Asos sale haul + new Nike AF1

Today’s haul is an Asos sale haul (mostly). It includes shoes, clothes, accessories, and make-up. So let’s get started.

The only thing in this haul that I didn’t get on sale are these Nike Air Force 1 Crater Flyknit MOVE TO ZERO sneakers. I’d been wanting them for a while, and at some point I finally decided to get them. I love the colours and the knitted fabric, and they’re very comfy.

The other pair of shoes in this haul I’ve been kind of obsessed with. I mean, how stunning are these green leather boots from Asos Design! I love the colour, the shape, and everything else about these boots, and I’ve worn them a lot.

And now on to a couple of T-shirts. The purple T-shirt with Mickey Mouse on it is from Daisy Street, and the navy one with the basketball playing skeleton T-Rex is from Adidas.

I also purchased two Christmas T-shirts on sale both from Asos Design. It’s always a good idea to get your Christmas clothes early and on sale.

Let’s get in to the accessories. I purchased the matching necklace to the earrings in this haul, because I thought it would be cute to wear them together. I also got a cute pair of flower earrings from Monki.

Then I also picked up a pair of reddish brown sunglasses and some big hair clips from Asos Design.

And last, but not least, make-up. I’ve already talked about the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter in my latest 5 favourites post, and I really enjoy this product (mostly). I’ve got the shade 1 Fair. I also picked up the Huda Beauty Glowish Soft Radiance bronzing powder in 1 Light, which is a very pretty bronzer.

The last three make-up items I picked up are the Huda Beauty Easy Bake powder in Sugar Cookie, the NYX Sweet Cheeks Glow blush in Silence Is Golden, and NYX Brow Glue Instant brow styler. I really don’t like the packaging on the Huda Beauty powder, and it has a very strong perfumy scent, so I actually haven’t worn it that much, but I’ve liked the way it looks when I’ve worn it. I love the NYX Sweet Cheeks Matte blush in Silence Is Golden, so I really wanted the glowy version as well. They’re both such great yellow blushers. I think I like the NYX Brow Glue Instant brow styler, but it is very sticky. I don’t reach for it very often, because I pretty much always go for the ABH Brow Freeze.

5 favourites – January

It’s the last day of the first month of the new year. A bit crazy, right? I feels like it’s been a long month, but at the same time, I can’t believe that we’ll be in February by tomorrow. Workwise and pandemic wise it was a very tough month, and I have to say that I’m a little nervous about Denmark opening up the country completely and cancelling all restrictions tomorrow. But on a happier note, I had a lot of favourites this month, but as always I’ve narrowed them down to five. So here goes.

Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter (shade: 1 fair): I have yet to haul this product, but I’ve been using it for a few months, and I’ve been especially in to it in January. I’ve only used it as a primer so far, and it gives the skin the mosts beautiful glow. I really like the doe foot applicator, and the luxurious feeling of the bottle, however there’s one thing I can’t stand about the packaging, and that is that the small red letters that make up the writing on the front and especially on the back they do not stick to the bottle, and they go everywhere! So whenever I use this product I’m stuggling to remove little red letters from my face. However, the product itself is so good that I just have to live with that.

e.l.f. Cosmetics Camo CC Cream (shade: Fair 120N): I just hauled this foundation the other day, and in that haul post I mentioned that it was my favourite product from that haul. This is a full coverage CC Cream, which might sound a bit strange, but it really does have amazing coverage, and the finish is beautiful. I’ve already purchased a back up of this foundation.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Magic Touch concealer: I only think I’ve hauled one of these concealers, but I’ve actually purchased three different shades; 1, 3, and 4. I’m still not sure that any of these shades are my perfect shade, but I can use them all on one way or another, and the product is so good that I’m going to make use out of them. This is a full coverage concealer, and it blends out beautifully and looks great on the skin.

Clinique all about eyes: I have a skincare favourite this month as well. I got a free mini size Clinique all about eyes with a Sephora order a little while back, and I loved it so much that I purchased a full size (the picture). I’m still using the mini though, because a little product goes a long way, but it just softens the undereye area and reduces circles and puffs exactly as it says on the jar.

Eddie the Eagle (film): I watched several great new (to me) films this month, and it was really hard to pick my favourite, but I actually think the film I enjoyed watching the most was Eddie the Eagle. I’d been wanting to watch this film for so long, and this was the month I finally convinced my boyfriend to watch it with me, and as it turns out, he liked too. It’s just such an uplifting story, which is just what I needed this month, and I loved the performances of both Taron Egerton and Hugh Jackman.

Huge Cocopanda haul

I have a huge Cocopanda haul to share with you today. This haul consists of products from e.l.f. Cosmetics, Essence, Wet n Wild, and NYX. Let’s kick things off with e.l.f. Cosmetics.

I purchased some products from the e.l.f. Cosmetics Mint Melt collection. I was sadly only able to get my hands on one of the two Bite-Size Eyeshadows, but I’m glad that I at least got one of them. The one I’ve got is in Chocolate Mint. I also picked up the other three shades of the Mint Melt Glosses (I’d already found the Mint Melt Gloss in the shade Chocolate Chip). The shades are Mint Sprinkle, A Hint of Mint, and Mint Chocolate.

Here are some more products I picked up from e.l.f. I purchased two of the Bite-Size Face Duos in Cantaloupe and Watermelon, one of the Putty Blushes in Bahamas, the Camo CC Cream in Fair 120N, and the Stay All Night micro-fine setting mist. I like all of these products, but my favourite so far has to be the Camo CC Cream.

Here’s a closer look at the blush and highlight colours.

Moving on to Essence. I’ve bought three The Big Glam Caring Glitter Lip Glow lipsticks and three Chrome On duo chrome liquid eyeshadows.

This is what the Glitter Lip Glows look like. I picked up the shades 01 Blinging Out Loud, 02 Let It Bling, and 04 Bam, Bling, Glam. I’m not quite sure how I feel about these. They’re definitely glittery, but I wish that they were a bit more opaque.

The shades I picked up of the Chrome On duo chrome liquid eyeshadows are Oh My Chrome 01, Chrome Over, Beauty 04, and Chrom’azing 05. I’ve heard that these transfer if you use them as liquid eyeshadows as intended. However, I’ve used one of them as a liquid liner, which worked very well.

Now, let’s move on to the last handful of items. From Wet n Wild I purchased the Prime & Set Prime Focus The Impossible primer, the Bare Focus Tinted Skin Perfector in Fair, the Color Icon 10-Pan palette in Call Me Sunshine, and the Colour Icon 5-Pan Palette in Camo-flaunt. I love the Impossible primer (I’ve even featured it in a 5 favourites post), but the Tinted Skin Perfector is too dark on me, even though it’s the lightest shade, so I’ve already decluttered that from my collection. From NYX I picked up the Sweet Cheeks Creamy Powder Blush Glowy in Citrine Rose.

I’ve always really enjoyed the Wet n Wild Color Icon palettes, and these new ones are so nice. I’ve loved the looks I’ve created with these palettes so far.

And here’s a closer look at the NYX blush. I really like these blushes from NYX; both the glowy version and the matte version.

Colourful collective Monki haul

It’s time for another Monki haul. This is a mix of sale and non sale items, however I don’t remember exactly which items were on sale and which items weren’t, because it’s been a while since I purchased these things. Let’s begin with tops.

First off, jumpers. I love a good colourful jumper, and I think both of these are so fun.

I love a fitted roll neck top, and both of these are great additions to my wardrobe. They’re perfect for retro inspired outfits.

If there’s something Monki does well, it’s funky patterns and fun colour combos. These short sleeve shirts are perfect examples of just that.

The first T-shirt I already own in purple, brown, and two different shades of green, and it’s just a great basic. I know for sure that I purchased the ramen T-shirt on sale, and I just thought it was cute.

I already own this dress in a lime green and white patterned version, and I love that dress, so I had to have it in my favourite colour as well.

I just love a patterned trouser these days, and I love both of these pairs. The first pair matches the second short sleeve shirt above and paired together they make a great outfit. The blue and cream trousers are great for colour blocking.

I own a dress in this pattern, which I love, so I decided to get the skirt version as well, and it’s so cute.

I wasn’t sure that I would be into stirrup leggings, but I so am. These are so fun, and I’ve loved creating outfits with these.

Lastly, I also purchased two pairs of black patterned tights. I just love a fun pair of tights.

Jeffree Star Pink Religion collection

I know it’s been a while since this collection launched, but I’m still so behind on posts. But anyways, these are the things I picked up from the Jeffree Star Cosmetics Pink Religion collection.

The main star (pun intended) of this collection is of course the Pink Religion eyeshadow palette. I really enjoy the Jeffree Star Cosmetics eyeshadow formulas, and I love pink and purple eyeshadows, so I had to add this palette to my collection. There are only three metallics in this palette, which I think is a shame, but it’s still a very pretty palette.

I was really excited to try the new Hydrating Glitz lip balm. It’s a shimmery tinted lip balm, and I picked up the shade Altar, which is described as a mauve pink. It’s quite sheer, but still hydrating and pretty on the lips.

I love the Velvet Trap lipsticks, so I picked up one of the new shades from the collection. This is the shade Always Faithful, which is described as a purple pink berry. It’s brighter in real life compared to what it looks like in this picture.

The last product I picked up from this collection was the Holy Mist Soothing Facial Spray. It has a very fine mist, and it smells great.

Collective haul (late July/early August)

It’s time for a collective haul. It’s a mix of shoes, accessories, and make-up. I puchased these things in late July and early August.

I’ve finally gotten around to show you the first pair of Crocs sandals I purchased last year. These are super colourful and summery, and even though I’ve mainly worn them at home, I’ve also worn them at work once and on a brunch date. I never thought that I would love a pair of Crocs, but I love both pairs I own. Btw, the Jibbitz are purchased separately.

I love Nike Air Force 1’s and I love lilac, so this was an easy purchase for me. What can I say, I love these sneakers.

The next three pairs of shoes (and the last ones in this haul) are all from Monki. I already owned the black version of the Mary Janes, and I love them, so I had to get them in white as well. I felt like I needed a pair of lace up boots, and I loved that the shape and heel are similar to the shape and heel of the Mary Janes. And lasty, how could I pass on the black and white checked knee high boots. I love the 60’s go go boots vibes.

Next up, a two pc of 70’s inspired scarves and the prettiest brown, pink and mustard colours. These are from Stradivarius.

And now on to the make-up. I purchased three products from Essence’s summer collection called Vintage Beach. I got the Essence Vintage Beach sea salt hair spray in 01 Salty Hair, I Mist You, the Essence Vintage Beach baked highlighter in 01 Sun, Sand, Me and Vitamin Sea, and the Essence Vintage Beach eyeshadow palette in 01 Sky Above. Sand Below. Peace Within. I’ve already gotten rid of the sea salt hair spray, because it didn’t work at all.

Here’s a closer look at the highlighter. It’s quite subtle, but pretty; I like the swirly design.

The eyeshadow palette is pretty too, and I remember the quality to be nice, but I have to try it again soon to make sure that I want to keep it around.

From Juvia’s Place I picked up the nourishing lip balm in 01 Peppermint, and I’ve used this so much. Peppermint is one of my absolute favourite scents, so I love the scent of this lip balm, but I love the formula and feeling on the lips as well.

Last, but certainly not least, I puchased six of the new (at least they were new at the time) Jeffree Star Velour liquid lipsticks. I picked up Forbitten Fruit (raspberry), I’m Vulgar (metallic magenta), Psychedelic Witch (muted mustard yellow), Deep Pockets (brown with yellow undertone), Special Order (deep yellow), and Cavity (neon doll pink). I think these are such fun and quite unique colours.

MAC haul – Botanic Panic + summer sale

I have a MAC haul to share with you today. This haul consists of a couple of products from the 2021 summer collection, Botanic Panic, and some summer sale items.

Let’s start with the two products I purchased from the Botanic Panic collection. I picked up the Extra Dimension Skin Finish in Fleur Sure, which is definitely a highlighter even though it comes in a smaller compact (the blush sized compact). I don’t mind though, since you almost never use up an entire highlighter. I also had to get one of the lipsticks and I chose the purple shade called Forget-Me-Naughty.

In the summer sale I picked up a back up of the Cherry Blossom scented Fix+ (this one is from the 2021 Black Cherry spring collection). I also picked up two Powder Kiss lipsticks and a Love Me lipstick.

The Powder Kiss lipsticks are in the shades Ripened and P For Potent.

And the Love Me lipstick is in the shade DGAF.

These last three products were free gifts with purchase. I can already say that I love the Magic Extension mascara, but I’ll be doing a first impressions post on it as well at some point.

I also got the Black Cherry Glow Play lip balm in Pinking of You. The Glow Play lip balms are very nice if you like coloured balms.

And the last gift I got with my order was the Lip Scrubtious in Candied Nectar. It smells delicious, and I really like the consistency as well.

Collective Christmas/December haul

Throughtout these first couple of weeks in December I’ve collected some beauty products and a jumper that I thought I would put together in one Christmas/December haul.

Everything in this haul is beauty related apart from this Christmas jumper. I actually think I purchased this on Black Friday, so not exactly in December, but I wanted to include it in this haul. It’s from H&M and it’s a men’s jumper, but I just thought it was so fun and nothing like any other Christmas jumper I own. I’m actually planning on wearing it tomorrow.

From Essence I purchased these Christmas nail stickers, and I’m wearing a couple of them on my nails right now. I love making my nails extra festive in December.

I’m pretty sure I purchased this MAC Trick Of The Light Extra Dimension Skinfinish Kit on Black Friday as well. The MAC Extra Dimension Skinfinishes are some of my favourite highlighters, and the one that came with this set is called Magnetic Attraction, and it’s a very pretty champagne shade. The set also came with a make-up bag and the 143SES brush.

I recently purchased the three MAC x Keith Haring Viva Glam lipsticks. 100% of the price is donated to the MAC Viva Glam Fund, which donates the money to local organizations supporting women and girls, the LGBTQIA+ community and people living with or affected by HIV/AIDS. I love the artwork on these lipsticks and the colours are so fun. The matte red lipstick is called Red Haring, the frosted yellow is called St, Marks Yellow, and the matte blue with has micro pearl is called Canal Blue.

Here’s a couple of products I purchased from Lyko. I had to get the Clinique Powder Pop Flower highlighter in Lunar Pop, and then I also picked up the Anastasia Beverly Hills Magic Touch concealer in shade 3. I already have this concealer in two other shades, which I haven’t hauled yet, but just so you know, I really like this concealer.

Here’s a closer look at the Clinique highlighter. Isn’t it just stunning!

The last products are from Sephora. I purchased these products last week, when all make-up was 20% off at Sephoras website.

I picked up the Hourglass Ambient Mini Lighting powder in Dim Light. I’ve been wanting to try this shade of Ambient Lighting powder, and I thought the mini would be so handy.

I also picked up two Natasha Denona products that I’d had on my list of saved products for a while. This is the Natasha Denona Bloom highlighting blush. I wore it two days ago, and it was stunning. It’s a mini as well, and it’s so cute.

I wasn’t sure if I really needed the Natasha Denona Mini Xenon palette in my collection, but after doing a couple of black and white eye looks lately (one of them including silver as well), I suddenly really wanted it.

Lastly, I got two gifts with purchase. I got the Sunday Riley Glycolic Acid Serum Treatment as a member gift and the Ren Ready Steady Glow Daily Aha Tonic was a gift that came with every purchase, I guess. I’m getting more and more into skincare, so it’ll be fun to try these at some point.

Revolution x Bratz

I loved Bratz dolls growing up, so the Revolution x Bratz collection is so nostalgic to me and I just had to get a handful of products from the collection. The pictures on the products are from the first collection of Bratz dolls, which released in 2001.

I decided to pick up the Forever Flawless Limitless palette, which is the big palette with all four of the original Bratz girls on it. This is such a fun and colourful palette, and I love the packaging.

I also picked up two out of the four smaller palettes. I picked up the Cloe eyeshadow palette and the Jade eyeshadow palette.

This is what the Cloe palette looks like. My very first Bratz doll was the Cloe doll from the very first collection of Bratz dolls, so I just had to have this palette.

I also had a Jade doll (though one from one of the later collections of dolls), so I decided to pick up the Jade palette as well. I really liked the colour story of this palette as well.

Then I also purchased the kohl liner set, which contains four pastel coloured liners; one for each of the four main girls.

And lastly, I bought the Maxi Plump lipgloss and the Lip Crayon both in the shade Cloe. They’re both very pretty nude shades.

I Heart Revolution x Elf collection

When I saw this collection from I Heart Revolution my Christmas loving heart skipped a beat. Elf is one of my favourite Christmas films, and this collection is the cutest, so of course I bought most of the collection.

The collection includes two eyeshadow palettes, and I got both. This is the Ninny Muggins palette, and it’s adorable! I love the the packaging of this whole collection, but the packaging on this palette might be my favourite. The colour scheme of this palette is very cute too.

This next palette is insane. It’s the OMG palette book collection, which is basically four palettes in one. I haven’t worn this palette yet, but by the looks of it my two favourite “pages” in this palette book are the second and third ones.

The last eye products in the collection are the Eye Glisten eyeshadows. I purchased both shades. The gold one is called New York and the pink/red one is called North Pole. I’m really excited to try these.

This is my most used product from the collection so far. It’s the I Heart Revolution x Elf primer, and it has a beautiful golden glow to it. The perfect base for festive make-up looks.

I also purchased the fixing spray, because it was so cute.

I had to pick up one of the Christmas Cheer highlighters as well. This is the shade Jovie, and it’s the lightest of three shades. I love the quote written inside of packaging. “The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singing loud for all to hear!”

I bought two of the three Candy Cane lipglosses. I picked up the brown nude shade called Best Coffee and the pink shade called Cheer.

The last product (or products) I picked up was the Smiling’s My Favourite lip balm & lip scrub duo. The collection also came with some bath and body products, but I decided to skip on those.
