Collective haul – fragrances (March + April 2026)

I have a collective fragrance haul to share with you today. I picked up most of these in March and the last four I picked up here in April. I’ve only worn a few of them so far, but I like those few, and I’m excited to try the rest.

I purchased these four fragrances from Niche-Beauty, when they had a 25% off sale. I got the PHLUR Matcha Milk body mist, which I have worn once I think, and then I picked up my first fragrances from Ellis Brooklyn. I got the Marshmallows perfume mist, the Banana Milkshake perfume mist, and the Queens Caramel perfume (10 ml). I see a gourmand/dessert theme here.

These next four fragrances I got from Sephora. I was very intrigued by the new KAYALI Eden Plush Pear Eau de Parfum, because the Eden perfumes from KAYALI are some of my absolute favourites. I’ve worn this Eden Plush Pear one once so far, and I really like it. I also picked up the Salt & Stone Bergamot & Hinoki body mist and the Salt & Stone Safran & Cedar body mist. And even though the Sol de Janeiro Cheirosa 91 perfume mist doesn’t sound like it would be my kind of scent, I thought I would give it a go anyways.

These limited edition summer scents from Sol de Janeiro on the other hand sounded like something I would like. Especially the Limonada Gelada one, but I’m also excited to try the Cheeky Biquini one. I didn’t pick up the third one, but I kind of want to.

Lastly, I recently made an order from The Body Shop. I haven’t purchased anything from The Body Shop in ages, but I got an ad for their new Velvet Fig & Pistachio collection, which sounded absolutely delicious to me, so I got both the Eau de Toilette (50 ml) and the fragrance mist (100 ml). I wore the fragrance mist a few days ago, and I really did like it. I also picked up the Dewberry fragrance mist and the You, Me & Bubble Tea fragrance mist, which both have tea vibes. I think I’m especially going to like the Dewberry one.

Collective indie haul (late February + March 2026)

I have a collective indie make-up haul to share with you today. I made an order from Nomad Cosmetics and one from Monolith. Let’s begin with the items I got from Nomad Cosmetics.

I made the Nomad Cosmetics order because I wanted to pick up some products from the new Cruise collection. I prefer a palette with a mix of shimmers and mattes, but I still decided to get both the Coastal Cruise intense matte color palette and the Aurora Cruise intense shimmer color palette. I also got the Sunrise Cruise Gradient Rose glow highlighter and I wore all three products here.

The Nomad Cosmetics Okavango Safari intense eyeshadow palette was on sale (it still is), and I love a murky green colour story, so I added the palette to my order as well. It’s not my favourite Nomad Cosmetics palette quality wise, but I did think this look I created with it turned out pretty.

Let’s move on to the palettes I purchased from Monolith. The Blend Bunny Cosmetics Diabla palette is the first Blend Bunny Cosmetics palette that I’ve been interested in in quite a while. I think this colour story is very beautiful and inspiring.

I was very drawn to the Bellabeautébar Dead Roses 2 palette from the moment I first saw it. There’s just something about this colour story that is very appealing to me. I created this look with it, and I’m excited to play with it again.

The last three palettes were on sale. The Bellabeautébar Recently Deinfluenced palette is not a new palette by any means, but I’ve always been intrigued by the colour story. I created one of the most beautiful red eyes looks I’ve ever worn with this palette, so I’m very happy to have finally added it to my collection.

The Unearthly Cosmetics Sorcerous Smoke palette has been on my wishlist forever, so when I found it in stock and on sale, I had to get it. I wore it on my eyes here.

Last, but not least, I added the Fantasy Cosmetica Artificer palette to my collection as well. Even though neutral colour stories are not my go-to, I think this is an interesting neutral colour story, and the quality is great as always. I created this look with it.

Frostbite

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. In my 5 favourites post from March, I featured the Unearthly Cosmetics Menacing Metals lipsticks, and the shade Frostbite which I’m wearing in these pictures is another great shade from the line.

(Base: primer – e.l.f. Cosmetics Liquid Poreless Putty primer, foundation – Maybelline Superstay Lumi Matte foundation (shade: 96) + Onesize B12 Base Thinner, concealers – e.l.f. Face make-up: bronzer – RMS Beauty ReDimension Hydra bronzer in Beachwalk Betty, blush – Clinique Cheek Pop blush in 15 Pansy Pop, highlighter – NYX The Simpsons light highlighter in 01 Donut Mind If I Do. Eyebrows: NYX Lift & Snatch! Brow Tint Pen in Ash Brown + e.l.f. Cosmetics Brow Lift. Lips: Anastasia Beverly Hills Lip Liner in Raisin + Unearthly Cosmetics Menacing Metals lipstick in Frostbite)

Matas haul (February 2026)

I have a Matas haul to share with you today. It includes a couple of body mists, and a bunch of limited edition Essence products and a few other bits.

I picked up these two body mists on sale. It’s the Fenty Skin Vanilla Flowers body mist (75 ml) and the Sundae Body Soft Serve body mist (90 ml). I wasn’t sure about the Fenty Skin one, when I just smelled the bottle before I sprayed it, but I was very pleasantly surprised when I sprayed it and wore it. It’s reminiscent of the PHLUR Vanilla Skin, which was in my 5 favourites post last month. The Sundae Body one is nice too. It reminds me a bit of Sol de Janeiro Cheirosa 71, which I really like as well.

I picked up some back-ups and a few new things from e.l.f. Cosmetics. I got a back-up of my favourite powder, the Halo Glow setting powder in Light, and I also got the new shade Light Pink.

I also got a back-up of the e.l.f. Cosmetics Brow Lift Clear, which is my favourite brow gel, and then I bought the e.l.f. Cosmetics Squeeze Me More lip balm duo set in Mint & Chocolate. I really like this lip balm formula, and these scents sound delicious.

Let’s move on to the Essence stuff. I purchased a few products from a handful of different limited edition collection. From the Get the Glaze! collection I got the makeup sponge & case in 01 Bake It & Glaze It and the baked highlighter in 01 Donut worry, be glazy!.

From the Essence Nuts About You collection, which was their 2025 holiday collection, I picked up the blushlighter in 01 Ballerina Glow! and the lip beautifier in 01 What’s Crackin’?. I bought these products mostly for the cute and fun packaging.

I got these three products from the Essence Disney Alice in Wonderland collection; the hand cream in 01 Bloom Where You Are Planted, the fluffy mousse matte blush in 02 So Paw-Dorable, and the Jelly Jewels glitter eyeshadow topper in 01 Be Adventurous.

Lastly, I got this little random selection of things. I got the Essence Crystal Crush dewy highlighter cream in 01 Diamond Dew, the Essence the Jeans Club eye & face bouncy luminzer in 01 So Dazzling Denim, and a back-up of the Rimmel Nail Care 7 in 1 multi benefit base & top coat, which is my go-to nail polish top coat.

Pleasantly surprised

Here’s what I wore Wednesday March 25. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that I could fit this floral shirt over my baby bump, and I really like how this whole look turned out.

(Blazer – second hand, flower pin – Black Colour, shirt – Monki, trousers – H&M MAMA, boots – Crocs)

Lyko haul (February 2026)

I have a Lyko haul to share with you today. It’s mostly new Catrice stuff and a few other bits.

For face/base I picked up the Catrice Lazy Day hydro serum stick and Catrice Glass Like pearl primer in 010 Pearlfection. I haven’t tried the serum stick yet, but so far I like the pearl primer.

Catrice came out with two new blush formulas; the Soft Blur powder blushes and the Velvet Pudding blurring blushes. I got the Soft Blur powder blush in 030 Cinnamon Sugar, and it’s super pretty. The Velvet Pudding blurring blush is in the shade 010 Raspberry Fudge, but I haven’t tried it yet.

The Catrice More Than Glow liquid highlighter in 010 Pearl Glaze is a very pretty liquid highlighter, and I liked the Catrice Aura Glam nail polish in 020 Solar Seduction as well. I haven’t worn the Catrice Drunk’n Diamonds jelly topper in 020 Blossom Lights yet, but I love the Catrice Drunk’n Diamonds eyeshadow sticks, so I’m excited to try the jelly topper version .

These are the Catrice Prismatic Shift eyeshadows in 010 Pink Horizon and 030 Midnight Wave. I really like when affordable make-up brands do shifty/multichrome eyeshadows, despite the fact that they’re not quite as good as indie ones.

For lips, I picked up the Catrice Blur-Real matte lipstick in 050 Airy Crush and the Catrice Colour Glaze lip tint in 050 Mocha Memory.

The last products I got from Catrice are the Jewel Glide Effect eye pencils in 030 Midnight Sapphire and 050 Ruby Crystal, and so far I really like these.

I also got another shade of the NYX Epic Inky Stix cream gel eyeliners, and it’s in the shade 15 Off-Grid Grey. I really like this eyeliner formula as well.

Lastly, I bought the Gleeze Bounce & Blend trio of sponges. The Real Techniques Miracle Complexion sponge is still my favourite, but it’s fun to try new sponges every now and then.

More simple and soft

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. It’s one of the more simple and soft make-up looks I’ve done in a long time, but I had a little less time to do my make-up that morning, and then a simple and soft make-up look is quicker and easier to do.

(Base: primer – e.l.f. Cosmetics Liquid Poreless Putty primer, foundation – Fenty Beauty Eaze Drop Blur + Smooth skin tint stick (shade: 2), concealers – e.l.f. Monolith haul (February 2026)

I have a Monolith haul to share with you today. I bought some eyeshadow palettes, some cheek products, and a couple of lipsticks.

I love this palette format from Gourmande Girls, and the Bleeding Hearts palette, which was their Valentine’s Day release this year, is so beautiful. I actually wore it on Valentine’s Day, when my sister in law got married.

Dede Signature also released a palette around Valentine’s Day, and it’s called the Sweethearts & Secrets palette. It has a really fun and unique colour story.

Wicked Widow Beauty doesn’t release new stuff that often, but when they do, I’m often intrigued. This is the Rocky Horror Show eyeshadow palette and highlight palette. I created this look with the eyeshadow palette, and I think it turned out so pretty.

This is my favourite colour story that Singe Beauty has released in a palette so far. It’s the Succulent Dew palette, and I love the succulents on the packaging as well.

I also got two of the the new shades of the Singe Beauty Evocative Silk blushes. I got Likeable Litchi and Fearless Fig. I love this blush formula, and these shades are so stunning.

Lastly, I picked up two lipsticks. I got the Kaleidos Glassload lip refill in Geek Out and lip capsule in Sugar Mode. I also got the Unearthly Cosmetics Menacing Metals lipstick in Frostbite, which had been on my wishlist ever since it launched and sold out.

Overall shimmer heavy

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. Pink and green were the obvious colours for this make-up look, and I love that it’s an overall shimmer heavy look.
