Bunch of different greens

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. The outfit might have been simple, but the make-up look is definitely not. I had so much fun playing with a bunch of different green shades.

Focal point

Here’s what I wore Friday March 4. A pretty simple outfit, but I love to let this jumper be the focal point of a look.

Collective haul (November/December 2021)

It’s time for a collective haul. This haul includes clothes, accessories, and make-up, and I purchased these items in November or December last year.

I only have a few clothing pieces to share with you. The denim dress is (funnily enough) from the brand Only, and you’ve already seen me wear this in a couple of outfit posts. The checkered jeans are from The Ragged Priest, and the tights are from Calzedonia, which has become one of my favourite brands for tights. I really like the quality and the colour selection.

Last summer, I purchased a handbag from the brand Silfen, and I really like that bag, so when I found these three bags from the same brand on sale (I got a really good deal on them), I couldn’t decide which one to get, so I got all three.

Let’s move on to make-up. It’s so difficult to get a good picture of the Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish Powder due to the shiny packaging. I got the powder in the shade 1 Fair, and this might be a very expensive powder, but it’s also a really great one.

From Wet n Wild I picked up the Fantasy Makers highlighter in Halo Effect and the Fantasy Makers blusher in Exit Stage Left. The highlighter is a very pretty pink shade, but the blush is nothing special in my opinion.

I also purchased a back-up of the Rimmel The Multi-Tasker concealer, which I love, and then I decided to try out the Pixi +Rose Glow-y powder in Rose Dew. I’m not quite sure how I feel about it though. I can’t figure out whether to use it as a blush/blush topper or a highlighter.

Last, but most certainly not least, I got the Anastasia Beverly Hills NORVINA pro pigment palette vol. 5. This is the only NORVINA pro pigment palette I own, but this purple/neutral colour story is just so pretty, and I do really enjoy using this palette.

Green on boots and eyes

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. There was a bit of green in my cowboy boots, so I decided to do green eye make-up to match and to bring a bit more colour to the whole look.

HD Undereye setting powder in Sheer + Essence Skin Lovin’ Sensitive mineral powder (shade: 01 Translucent). Face make-up: bronzer – e.l.f. Cosmetics Putty bronzer in Tan Lines, blusher – Milani Cheek Kiss Cream blush palette in 110 Sun Kissed Glow (shade 2), highlighter – RMS Beauty Living Luminizer. Eye make-up: base – MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Painterly, eyeshadows – Essence eyeshadow in 05 Granny Pants + BH Cosmetics Absinthe palette (shades: Blackout + Urban Legend + The Goblin) + MAC Nylon eyeshadow, mascara – Maybelline Lash Sensational Sky High mascara, eyeliner – Essence Wood You Love Me? Lips: Essence lipliner in 14 Femme Fatale + MAC Powder Kiss lipstick in Turn Up Your Luck)

Western spin

Here’s what I wore Thursday March 3. I’ve expressed my love for this matching houndstooth set before, and I love finding new ways to style it. This time around I did a western spin on the set, and I love how the outfit turned out.

Blue and red

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I love a blue eye look. Especially paired with a nude, brown, or red lip.

HD Undereye setting powder in Sheer + Catrice All Matt Shine Control powder Healthy Look in 100 Neutral Fresh Beige. Face make-up: The Balm Take Home The Bronze bronzer in Oliver, blusher – Clinique Cheek Pop Pearl blush in 05 Ruby Pop, highlighter – Ofra Cosmetics x Nikkietutorials Glazed Donut highlighter. That blue dress

Here’s what I wore Wednesday March 2. I always love styling up this blue dress which my late grandmother made. I think it looks cute with the red Mary Janes.

Green brown duochrome

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. It had been quite a while since I’d last done a green brown duochrome make-up look, but I had both a pigment and a lipstick lying around which were perfect for that kind of look, and I had a lot of fun doing my make-up that day.

(Base: primer – Essence Skin Lovin’ Sensitive primer, foundation – e.l.f. Cosmetics Camo CC Cream (shade: Fair 120N), concealers – L’Oréal Infaillible More Than Concealer (shade: 322 Ivory) + Nars Radiant Creamy concealer (shade: Vanilla), powder – Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish powder (shade: 1 Fair). Face make-up: bronzer – RMS Beauty Buriti bronzer, blusher – Natasha Denona Glam face palette Light (shade: Cream Blush), highlighter – Natasha Denona Glam face palette Light (shade: Star Glow). Eye make-up: bases – MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Painterly + NYX Glitter primer, eyeshadows – Essence eyeshadow in 05 Granny Pants + Natasha Denona Glam face palette Light (shades: Crease + Smoke + Star Glow) + Sleek MakeUP loose pigment in Trippin, mascara – Maybelline Lash Sensational Sky High mascara, eyeliner – Jeffree Star Cosmetics Automatic eyeliner in Armored Truck. Eyebrows: Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Freeze + Maybelline Brow Ultra Slim pencil in Medium Brown. Lips: MAC Stone lip pencil + MAC Spanish Fly lipstick)

Great mix of prints

Here’s what I wore Tuesday March 1. I love the mix of prints in this look, and I think the brown, cream, and green colour scheme works so well.

MAC x L collection

Last autumn, I picked up four items from the MAC x L collection. I absolutely love the purple glitter packaging!

Here’s what the inside of the eyeshadow palette looks like. I would say that it’s a neutral palette with pops of pink and purple. I think it’s very pretty, and some of the shadows have some interesting finishes.

I had to pick up the Extra Dimension Skinfinish in Show Gold (permanent shade), even though I have the shade in a palette from a previous holiday collection. I mean, just look at that beautiful flower embossing! The shade is really stunning too. The powder blush is in the shade Melba, which is also a permanent shade, and I do have it in a split pan blush duo, but I’m not the biggest fan of split pan products, so I wouldn’t mind having Melba as a stand alone blush.

The last product I picked up from this collection (this time around) was the Powder Kiss liquid lipcolour in the shade Sorry Not Sorry, and it’s a pretty pumpkin/burned orange shade. I really like the Powder Kiss formulas; both this liquid version and the bullet lipstick one.
