Here’s the make-up I wore with my NYE outfit. I decided to wear pink and purple on my eyes to match the hat and the tights and wore a nude lip to keep the focus on the eyes. A nude lip is also very practical when eating lots of delicious food.

Happy New Year! May this year be better than the last. Here’s what I wore last night. The dress is new (it’ll be in an upcoming haul), and it’s so festive yet so comfortable. In Denmark it’s a tradition to wear silly hats on New Year’s Eve (I’m not sure if it’s the same in other countries), so I wore a cute, little purple one that I borrowed from my mum. I also added a pop of pink/fuchsia to my outfit with the tights, and I love how my New Year’s Eve look turned out.
I usually dont’ buy beauty advent calendars, but I thought this one from Essence looked really cute, so I decided to treat myself. Some of the products inside are very cute, and I’ll definitely use them, and other’s are more gimmicky I guess, but the calender as a whole is fun and cute.
Here are the first six items from the calendar: Mini Matt Fixing powder, mini lipsticks (01 Feel The Magic! and 02 Spread The Love!), mini eyebrow tweezer, nail stickers, gift tags, and eyeshadow brush. I love the packaging on all the items; it’s super festive and cute. Of the these items, I’ve used some of the nail stickers and the eyeshadow brush. I’m also excited to try the fixing powder and the lipsticks.
The next six items were a kajal pencil, nourishing hand cream, mini metallic nail polish, I Heart Extreme volume mascara, charm bracelet, and colour changing lip balm. I’ve worn the metallic nail polish and the lip balm, and I really like both.
The second to last six items were the following: Face jewels, glitter duo sharpener, mini high gloss top coat, eyebrow styler, hair ties, and glitter lip topper. These items are not that exciting to me apart from the glitter lip topper and maybe the high gloss top coat.
And here are the last six items from the calendar: Make up remover towel, mini nail polish, notebook, mini highlighter stick, body jewellery tattoos, and mini highlighter brush. I’m excited to try the make up remover towel, and the nail polish looks pretty too.
If Essence makes a calendar again next year, I might consider getting it. Not all items are usuable for me, but I loved opening it every day in December, and the items sure are cute and festive.
I have a collective clothes, shoes, and accessories haul to share with you. I’ve collected these items over the past couple of months I believe, so it’s about time that I post this haul.
Let’s start with a couple of sweater vests. I’m still a fan of this trend, and I thought these two were so cute. The beige, black, grey, and cream one is from Stradivarius, and the purple and navy one is from Daisy Street (both purchased on Asos).
I know that this skirt is out of season right now, but I found it on sale on Monki’s website, and it’s just so pretty. It’s in the same style as this floral skirt, which I loved in the summer.
I have two more items from Monki in this haul. I love fun, cute socks, and these dark plum coloured socks with an embroidered orchid were just too cute to leave behind. Orchids are some of my favourite flowers by the way.
You have already seen me wear these brown animal print furry boots from Monki with this outfit. I was a little afraid that they would be uncomfortable, because of the hight of the heel, but they’re really not. I think I might get a lot of wear out of these.
And now on to another pair of boots. These chunky boots are from Asos, and I love the style and thought the colour was quite unique.
Here’s a couple of pretty, festive headbands; perfect for this time of year (or all year round if you are addicted to glitter and sparkles like I am).
Last up; jewellery. The ear studs with the bowls of confetti are from Flying Tiger, and I was obviously drawn to the confetti part. Not sure how I feel about the studs though. I’m loving the golden T-Rex earrings from Topshop though. Aren’t they just the cutest? And lastly, I’ve bought two rings from Asos. I love both of these rings, and I have already worn both of them so much.
Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I love a blue eye look, and these shades (all from the same little quad) look so nice together. And I’m obsessed with this glittery, glossy red lip. It’s so festive!

I know I recently posted another Jeffree Star haul, but I have one more to share with you, and as you might have seen in some of my recent make-up posts, I’ve already worn most of these products. So here’s what I got from the Blood Money collection.
Of course I had to get the Blood Money palette; I love the Jeffree Star eyeshadow formulas, and I love green eyeshadows. This palette is really pretty, and I’ve already done several looks using this palette (see here and here).
I also purchased three of the new Automatic eyeliners. I decided to get the shades (from top to bottom) A$$ets, Resting Rich Face, and Armored Truck. I’ve tried the two green shades, and I really like them. I’m also really excited to try the blue-brown duochrome one.
It’s time for a collective Beauty Bay haul. Some of these products you have already seen me wear, because I just couldn’t wait, but I still thought they needed to be featured in this haul. I have a bit of everything to show you, so let’s get started.
Let’s start with a couple of palettes, both from By Beauty Bay which is a brand, I hadn’t tried before, even though I shop a lot on the Beauty Bay website. This is the NikkieTutorials x Beautybay pressed pigment palette, which has a very fun and interesting colour story. I’ve only used a few of the shades so far, so I haven’t formed a proper opinion about this palette yet, but I’m really excited to play with it some more. As you can see the shade Vla arrived broken, but luckily it’s not a kind of shade that I use often, and I have that kind of shade in other palettes as well.
This is another By Beauty Bay palette, and so far I’m very impressed by the quality of these shadows. It’s the Book of Magic palette, and this colour scheme is right up my alley. I love purple and blue eyeshadows, so I was obviously very intrigued by the look of this palette. I’ve already done two full looks using this palette (se here and here), and I love how they turned out. I haven’t tried any of the purple shades yet, but those are some of the shades that I’m most excited to play with.
And sticking with purple and By Beauty Bay, I’ve also purchased one of their Liquid Crystal eyeshadows in the shade Amethyst. I have actually worn this, but I haven’t posted the look yet, but I can tell you that this liquid eyeshadow is absolutely stunning.
To finish the eye make-up part of this haul, I’ve purchased two of one of my favourite mascaras; the Maybelline Volum’ Express The Falsies mascara. Maybelline is new to Beauty Bay, and this mascara is pretty difficult to get a hold of, so I was really excited to find them on Beauty Bay.
Now let’s move on to lip products. I saw these NYX Diamond & Ice lip toppers and just thought that they looked so pretty. These are the shades That’s Fire and Power Trip, and they’re both beautiful, glittery, duochrome shades.
Then I got a few items from the Revolution Precious Glamour collection. They’re just so pretty and sparkly. Just take a look at this Bling Bomb lip gloss in the shade Opulent Light Beam. So pretty!
This is the Butterfly lipstick in the shade Extra Fancy from the same collection. I love the butterfly details.
The last item I got from the Revolution Precious Glamour collection is the Illuminator in the shade Million Dollars. How cute is the packaging!?
The second to last item in this haul is a product that I’ve heard many good things about. It’s the Milani Silky Matte Bronzing powder. I got the shade Sun Light, and it’s a pretty cool toned bronzer. I have only worn it a couple of times so far, and I need to wear it some more, because I have a feeling that I’m going to love this bronzer.
And now on to the last item in this haul. I’ve been really curious about those face rollers, so I thought getting this set would be a nice way to try one out and also get a few more items. This is the Brushworks Rose Quartz Roller Spa set and it comes with a roller, a Gua Sha, and a Konjac sponge. I haven’t had much time to try these items out yet, but hopefully I will soon.
Here’s what I wore Tuesday December 8. I thought that this reindeer jumper needed to have it’s moment, so I paired it with a simple pair of jeans and a pair of neutral coloured boots (which will be in an upcoming haul).
Lipstick is my favourite make-up category (eyeshadow palettes are a close second), so I’m always excited to try out a new lipstick formula, even though I have my favourite formulas that I wear most of the time. My favourite liquid lipstick formula is that of the Jeffree Star Velour liquid lipsticks, so I was really excited to try out the newest lip product in the Jeffree Star Cosmetics range; the Velvet Trap lipstick. He lauched 20 shades, and I decided to get 6 of them. The shades I chose are (from left to right) Naked Body, Chocolate Fondue, Unphazed, Drill Sergeant, Firestarter, and The Perfect Red. You have already seen me wear The Perfect Red several times, and I love it! The colour really is as close to perfect as it gets, and I really like the formula as well. It’s a really comfortable matte lipstick. I also love the light pink packaging; they have a magnetic closure as well which is always super satisfying in a lipstick. The only other shade I’ve worn so far besides The Perfect Red is Chocolate Fondue, and that’s a very nice shade too. But I’m really excited to try the other shades as well, and who knows, maybe I’ll be adding more shades to my collection in the future.
Here’s what I wore Monday December 7. I haven’t hauled this Christmas jumper yet, because it was an advent calendar present from my mum. It’s really nice and I think it looks great paired with my green corduroy trousers.
