Here’s what I wore Thursday April 5. I love this outfit! It’s a bunch of my favourite items put together, and I always love a good mix of patterns.

Here’s what I wore Saturday March 24 at my sister’s birthday party. This dress is a floral dream in my opinion. I love the fit of the dress and I love the beautiful, bright colours.

One of my sisters speaks highly about Essence eye shadows. More specifically the single eye shadows that you can put in a custom palette, and I thought about trying those out, but then I saw some new eye shadow palettes from their Trend Factory collection, and I chose to try out the one called In Love With Rose which is number 02 & Happily Ever After.

When you swatch the shadows with your fingers, the pigmentation seems decent, but as you can see that pigmentation doesn’t translate on to the eyelids; at least not with the lighter shades. They do blend out nicely though, and if you like a more subtle eye shadow look, these are very pretty. But be careful with the shimmery shades, because they have some fall out. The lasting power of the shadows were very good; I took the first picture right after applying my make-up and the second picture 12,5 hours later, and the eye shadows hadn’t changed much at all. Because I like pigmented eye shadows, I probably wouldn’t buy any more of these types of palettes from Essence, but I’m still curious about their single eye shadows, and I might try those out to see if the formula is different.

Here’s what I wore Monday March 19. I haven’t worn this kimono nearly enough, and even though it’s a more summery piece, I decided to style it up for colder weather.
(Jeans + kimono – H&M, roll neck top – second hand, belt + boots – Asos)

Here’s what I wore Thursday March 15. This skirt is very lady-like, so I dressed it down by pairing it with a jumper and sneakers.

It’s the final day of April and a very rainy one. April has propably been the busiest month for me this year so far. I’ve been working a lot, and I also moved. I still managed to collect a lot of favourites, and here’s 5 of them.

Rainbow hair pins: I’ve had this colourful hair pins for ages, and I’ve always used them a lot, but I’ve started to use them even more. I’m wearing them here, and it’s one of my go-to hair styles.

Pringles – Paprika: I definitely prefer sweets/candy over crisps, but I do like crisps, and I have found my favourite flavour in these Pringles. They are so good!

iPhone SE: I really needed to get a new phone for ages, and two weeks ago, I finally got a new one. I decided to get my first iPhone, and I didn’t need the newest one, so I went with the SE, and so far I’m very happy with my choice. I’ve always wanted a phone with a cute cover, and I found this awesome dinosaur one on Etsy (if you didn’t know already, I’m obsessed with dinosaurs).

Wonder Woman (film): I finally got to watch Wonder Woman in the beginning of the month, and I loved it. I’m always up for a good super hero film, and it’s so nice to see a strong, female super hero as the main character.

My new apartment: My last favourite of this month is my new apartment. I’ve only lived here for two weeks, but I love it! It’s nice to be out of the dorm and finally have a proper home. The picture is just a small part of my living room, and it’s one of my favourite spaces.

Here’s what I wore Wednesday March 14. I love this outfit! I’ve been adding more purple items to my wardrobe and considered that it is my favourite colour, it’s strange that I didn’t used to have many purple clothes.
(Blazer + roll neck top – second hand, trousers – Monki, belt – H&M, boots – Asos)

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. This lip colour is incredible; it’s probably my new favourite purple lipstick. It’s such a wearable lilac shade due to the grey undertone.

Face make-up: contour/bronzer – Benefit Hoola bronzer, blusher – MAC Mineralize blush in Modest Blush, highlighter – Sleek Highlighting palette in Solstice (shade: Hemisphere). Eye make-up: base – MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Painterly, eye shadows – Zoeva En Taupe eye shadow palette (shades: Stitch By Stitch + Hour By Hour + Gallery + Sheers & Voiles) + MAC Nylon eye shadow, mascara – Benefit Roller Lash mascara, eyeliner – MUA Intense Glitter eyeliner in Jade Jewel. Eyebrows – e.l.f. Clear Brow & Lash Mascara. Lips: Jeffree Star Velour liquid lipstick in Self Control)

Here’s what I wore Tuesday March 13. I’m really loving the colours green and purple at the moment, and I love the two colours together. This outfit has more green than purple, but the purple lips and nails add a final touch to the look.
(Jeans + top – H&M, belt – second hand, creepers – The Fabulous Creepers)

This is a very random mix of things that I purchased a while ago, but I wanted to share them with you. I needed something to wear at my sister’s 18th birthday party and found the beautiful, green, floral dress on sale at H&M. I love everything about it, and I’ll be posting the whole outfit I wore at my sister’s birthday soon. The day I bought the dress, I actually went to H&M to buy a new headband, because I’d lost my old one. It has finally started to get a bit warmer in Denmark, but back when I bought this it was still very cold outside, and this faux fur headband keeps my ears warm. Finally, my local supermarket started carrying a new type of glitter socks, so of course I had to add them to my glitter sock collection.
