Here’s what I wore Monday October 19. This oversized jumper called for fun denim, chunky boots, and a bucket hat.

It’s time for another Black Friday haul. These are the clothes, shoes, and accessories I puchased from various places on Black Friday.

The only clothes I bought was this Coca Cola sweatsuit from H&M, and I’m obsessed! I was never into wearing joggers, not even at home on the weekends, but that changed towards the end of 2020.

I only purchased one pair of shoes around Black Friday as well, and it was these purple boots from Asos that I’d had in my saved items for such a long time. You know how obsessed I am with everything purple, so I thought it was the time to get these.

And now on the accessories. I bought these sunglasses from Asos too, and I just loved the shape and the brown and beige colours. I can’t wait to wear these in a few months.

I also bought another big hair clip (in purple of course) to add to my rather extensive hair accessories collection. This one is from Asos as well.

How adorable is the Mickey Mouse watch! It’s from H&M, and I obviously had to have it.

A little while back I puchased a pair of golden T-Rex earrings from Topshop, and when I found the matching bracelet on Asos’ website, I added it to my cart immediately. I’m really into charm bracelets at the moment.

And speaking of charm bracelets, Trollbeads had such a great Black Friday sale, so I decided to buy the My Sweet Stories bracelet that came with the My Sweet Stories lock, the My Sweet Stories heart (a silver bead), and the My Sweet Stories glass bead (the two on the far right). I also puchased two more glass beads (Zebra and Red/Purple Armadillo) and two more silver beads (Crystal Heart and Singing in the Snow). I know that I’ll get so much wear out of this bracelet.

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I continued the purple and green colour scheme in my make-up look, and it turned out to be such a fun look.

Here’s what I wore Wednesday October 7. I went on a three-day course for work that day, so I wanted to wear a casual and comfy outfit, since I had to travel for a while to get to the hotel where the course took place. Yes, that was back when you could still go places, though there were restrictions back then as well.

It’s finally time to share my first Black Friday haul with you; I’m a little behind, I know:) Let’s start off with MAC.

I’ve never tried the Powder Kiss lipsticks before, so I decided to purchase the Showstopper Powder Kiss lipstick x 5 kit from the 2020 holiday collection. I still haven’t tried them out, but I like the look of them.

I got two lipglasses; one from the 2020 holiday collection called Break The Ice, and one from the 2019 holiday collection called Star Memoir. I’m wearing lipgloss more and more often these days, and these two are just so pretty.

I use Fix+ everything single time I wear make-up, and I love trying new versions and scents of the finishing spray. The Magic Radiance one is a back-up, because I already use and love that one. I haven’t tried the matte version before, so I’m really excited to do so. And I also added two more Fix+ from the Vibes collection (Calm and Play) to my Fix+ collection.

Now on to a little mix of different items, I also picked up in the Black Friday sale. I love the Glow Play blushes. They’re some of my favourites, so I picked up another shade called Totally Synced. Then I also picked up the Nylon eyeshadow (my favourite inner corner and brow bone highlight shade) in pot form, so it’s easy for me to take it with my when travelling. The lip pencil is in the shade Nightingale which is a beautiful berry shade, and the brush is the 221S Mini Tapered Blending brush.

Lastly, I wanted to show you the free gifts I received with my orders. First off, I got the Mischief Minx eye palette. As you can see it’s a bronzy, neutral palette, which is not the kind of palette I often go for, but I’m excited to compare the formula of the eyeshadows to MAC’s single eyeshadows.

I really can’t believe that I got three Extra Dimension Foil eyeshadows from the 2020 holiday collection for free! I thought about purchasing the middle shade when the collection launched, and now I’m glad I didn’t. The shades I picked are (from left to right) Firewerk The Room, Cooler Than Being Cool, and Explosive Chemistry. I’ve already worn Cooler Than Being Cool and Explosive Chemistry (see here), and they’re super pretty.

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I went for a completely matte eye look (apart from the inner corner and brow bone highlight), which doesn’t happen very often. I paired it with a glossy lip which is something I started to get more into in 2020.
(Base: primer – e.l.f. Poreless Putty Primer, foundation – Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless foundation (shade: 110 Porcelain), concealer – L’Oréal Infaillible More Than Concealer (shade: 322 Ivory), powders – e.l.f. HD Undereye setting powder in Sheer + Rimmel Stay Matte Long Lasting Pressed powder (shade: 001 Transparent). Face make-up: bronzer – Fenty Beauty Sun Stalk’r – Instant Warmth bronzer (shade: Inda Sun), blusher – MAC Prism powder blush, highlighter – Milani Strobe Light Instant Glow Powder (shade: Afterglow). Eye make-up: base – MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Painterly, eyeshadows – Huda Beauty Mercury Retrograde eyeshadow palette (shades: Momentum + Crash) + Jeffree Star Jawbreaker palette (shade: Gum Drop) + MAC Nylon eyeshadow, mascara – L’Oréal Paradise Extatic mascara, eyeliner – MAC Studio Chromagraphic pencil in NC15/NW20. Eyebrows: Maybelline Brow Ultra Slim pencil in Medium Brown + e.l.f. Clear Brow & Lash Mascara. Lips: MAC A La Plage lipstick)

Here’s the make-up I wore with my NYE outfit. I decided to wear pink and purple on my eyes to match the hat and the tights and wore a nude lip to keep the focus on the eyes. A nude lip is also very practical when eating lots of delicious food.
(Base: primers – e.l.f. Poreless Putty Primer + MAC Strobe Cream (shade: Pinklite), foundation – Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless foundation (shade: 110 Porcelain), concealer – L’Oréal Infaillible More Than Concealer (shade: 322 Ivory), powders – e.l.f.
