A little while ago, I ordered some things from Asos, and I thought I would share them with you.
I bought three tops. I love colours, and I thought the stripy knitted T-shirt would be really nice to just pair with jeans for a comfortable, but colourful everyday look. The rainbow stripy T-shirt is from the brand Stradivarius, and I can’t wait to create lots of colourful looks with it. The green crop top is from New Look, and it’s been a great little top to wear in the hot summer weather.
I been on the hunt for belts in different colours and styles, and I found these four on Asos. The white one and the mint green one are in the same style, and I really liked the round buckle. The brown one and the black one came as a set, and they’re great, simple belts that go with most outfits.
Here’s what I wore Thursday June 21. I’d been wanting to wear my Pluto jeans and denim jacket together since I bought them, and I decided to go with one of my favourite colour combos, black, white, and red. This might be the cutest Canadian tuxedo I’ve ever seen.
Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I used the Morphe x Jaclyn Hill palette for the first time, and I was instantly drawn to the gorgeous green shades in the palette. This eye look turned out a lot darker than most of my eye looks, but I really like it.

Here’s what I wore Wednesday June 20. I went to the cinema to watch Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom that day, so of course I went with a dinosaur theme for my outfit.
(Culottes – New Look, T-shirt – H&M, bag – Asos, sneakers – Adidas)
I haven’t posted a collective beauty haul in a while, and I’ve collected some bits and pieces over the past couple of months. I’ve been wanting the Morphe x Jaclyn Hill palette ever since it launched, and it’s so good! The shadows are super pigmented, blends really well, and they last for ages on the eyes. I’ve also been wanting to try the Physicians Formula Butter bronzer and the Maybelline Instant Anti Age Eraser concealer for ages, and so far I really like both products. Essence is a really nice affordable brand, and I liked the green colours of the double-ended eyeliner pencil. I also bought two Stila products; I got another shade of the Magnificent Metals Glitter & Glow liquid eye shadows (it’s in the shade Kitten Karma), and I found the Stay All Day lip liner on sale on Beautybay (it’s in the shade Sangria). I bought the L.A. Girl Perfect Precision lipliner, because it looked like a pinky purple, but it’s more of a light cool-toned pink. Lastly, I thought I would try out one of the Maybelline Master highlighters. This on is a holographic, prismatic one in the shade Opal, and even though it looks straight up white in the picture, it has a really nice pink shift to it.
Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I usually opt for a matte lip especially when wearing shimmery eye shadows, but I think the subtle shimmer on the lips works well with this eye look.

Another month has come to an end and for me it was the last month of work before the summer holidays. The warm summer weather has returned, and the timing is perfect. I’ll be spending most of July with my family in my parents’ summer house/cottage, so I won’t be blogging everyday, but I’ll still try to blog as much as possible. Anyways, I had a lot of favourites in June, but I managed to pick five, so here they are.
Oversized denim jacket with Pluto print: I’m sure, I’ve expressed my love for everything Disney more than once, and this denim jacket is no exception. Denim jackets are my go-to outerwear in the summer, and this one is so cute and it makes every outfit a little more fun and quirky.
Jeffree Star Velour liquid lipstick in Anna Nicole: I rarely feature lip products in my favourites posts, because I wear and love so many different ones, but I had to mention this gorgeous bright orangy-red shade from my favourite liquid lipstick brand. It’s the perfect summer red.
Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom (film): Having a huge dinosaur obsession, I was very excited about the newest addition to the Jurassic series, and I was not disappointed. It was a bit darker and creepier than the previous films, but I really liked that. Oh, and the dinosaurs were awesome.
That ’70s Show (TV series): My dad has talked about this TV series for years, and when I discovered that all 8 season were on Netflix, I decided to give it a go. I’m very inspired by ’70s fashion and home decor, so I knew I would love those parts of the series, but as it turns out, I love everything else as well.
Excuse Me – Salvador Sobral (album): I’ve featured two Salvador Sobral songs in previous 5 favourites posts, and I finally bought his debut album from 2016. I’ve been listening to this album on repeat throughout the entire month of June; it’s so beautiful! The song above is one of my favourites from the album, and I would recommend that you give it a listen.
Here’s what I wore Wednesday June 13. It was a bit chilly that day, so I wore trousers and my creepers, but I tried to keep it somewhat summery with the cherry print T-shirt and denim jacket.
(Denim jacket + trousers – H&M, T-shirt – Monki, belt – Asos, creepers – The Fabulous Creepers)
I’ve been saving some items on Asos from the brand Bershka and after watching a Bershka haul on Youtube some weeks ago, I decided to make an order myself from Bershka’s own online shop. I really recommend checking out this brand, because they have so many cute items and the prices are really affordable.
There are a lot of cute little crop tops on the website. As far as I remember, the blue one and the stripy one were on sale, but all three were really affordable.
They have these extremely affordable organic cotton T-shirts in a bunch of different colours and patterns, so I decided to get two striped ones. I’ve already worn the black and white one twice, and I love it! They’re so soft and the fit is great.
They also have some cute graphic tees, and of course I couldn’t resist the Jurassic Park one. I love Dirty Dancing, so I had to have the Dirty Dancing T-shirt as well.
Then I bought a matching set. It’s quite a casual suit, and I’m really excited to style it.
These pretty pink culottes were one of the items I’d saved on Asos, so I had to have these. They’re high waisted with a nice belt detail, and I love the pink and blue colours together.
The main reason why I decided to check out the website was because I was very interested in the polka dot skirt. Polka dots are obviously very trendy at the moment, and I wanted to try out the trend. I wore this skirt yesterday and the day before that, and I loved it! The stripy skirt was another item I’d saved on Asos, and I just love the colours and the asymmetric cut.
Lastly, I found these orange high heel sandals in the sale section, and even though I don’t wear stiletto heels very often anymore, I thought I would give them a try.
