Here’s what I wore Thursday November 28. I don’t think I’ve ever worn an all white/all cream outfit before, but I love how wintery this outfit is.

About a month ago when my youngest sister was visiting me, we went shopping, and here’s what I bought.

Most of the stuff I purchased on this shopping trip are from Monki including this dress. I don’t wear short dresses very often, but I thought this one was so festive and cute, so I decided to try it on, and I really liked it. I’m planning on wearing it on Christmas Eve.

I love roll neck tops, and I found this fun striped one on sale at the Monki store.

I’ve also purchased two solid coloured roll neck tops from my local supermarket. They’re such great layering pieces.

Here’s another Monki item I found on sale. I’ve been loving loose fitted “dad on vacay” type shirts (at least that’s what I call them), and I loved the colours and fun floral pattern on this one.

Last Monki sale item that I purchased is this pair of red corduroy trousers. I’ve been wanting a pair of red corduroy trousers for a while, so I was really happy to find these.

And speaking of corduroy, how great is this hot pink pencil skirt from & Other Stories! This skirt was also on sale, and I can’t wait to style it.

Lately, I’ve been on the hunt for colourful and printed tights, and I loved these two checked pairs from Monki. I also thought that the white socks with the lace trim was really cute.

Lastly, I’ve added two more scrunchies to my scrunchie collection (which is quite extensive). Both are from H&M, and they’re great little details to add to an outfit.

Here’s what I wore Tuesday November 26. I have many more outfits to share from November, but I thought I would post my christmassy outfits first, because they’re more relevant in December. But back to the outfit. This outfit is actually quite simple, but I love how fun and ’70s inspired it is.
If you’re wondering why the picture quality is different, it’s because I sadly dropped my camera on the floor and broke the lens, so I used my old camera. I’ve ordered a new lens, which I’ll hopefully receive soon.

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I usually don’t wear blue lipstick at work, but I used halloween as an excuse. Maybe I should just wear blue lipstick more often.

Here’s what I wore Thursday October 31. I’d been wanting to create a Duckie Dale inspired look for so long, so why not do it on halloween, since it’s slightly costumey (not that I wouldn’t where this any other day though).

It’s time for this year’s Christmas clothing haul, which is probably my favourite haul of the year. I have a bunch of jumpers, a sweater vest, a lot of socks, and a couple of accessories to share with you, so let’s get to it.

Let’s start with the prettiest (and most expensive) jumper. This beauty is from Topshop, and it was love at first sight. I love everything that sparkles, and the sequin work on this jumper is stunning. This jumper is not too in your face, so it’ll be perfect for holiday parties.

This Monki jumper is probably more of a winter jumper than a Christmas jumper (in my opinion), but that just means that it can be worn in November as well (which I obviously did). It’s long and oversized and so cosy, and I love the bright colours. I will definitely wear this every year from now on.

And from an oversized jumper to a more fitted one. This one is from Vila, and I just loved the colours and design.

I always look at men’s Christmas jumpers as well, because I often find some really great ones like this roll neck, candy cane goodness from Asos.

This one is ugly and over the top, but in a great way. It’s from my local supermarket’s brand VRS, and it has pom poms and bells, and I love that.

This jumper is way more subtle, and I’ve actually already worn it. It’s from H&M, and it also have some stunning sequin work on it. I really love the fit and shape of it too.

When I saw this sweater vest in the men’s section of H&M, I had to have it. How adorable is this! I can’t wait to style it.

And now on to the socks. H&M has a lot of cute Christmas socks this year. They have a 3 for 2 deal on socks and tights so I got these three pairs.

I also got this 5 pack from H&M with slightly more subtle, but still cute Christmas socks.

From my local supermarket, I got these three pairs of glitter socks. So cute!

I’ve purchased two chrismassy accessories. You might have noticed that I really like candy canes, so I couldn’t resist getting this candy cany striped scrunchie from Asos.

Lastly, I also purchased this Christmas tree necklace on Asos’ website, and I’ve already worn it a couple of times.
Finally! December is only one day away, and I’m so excited. November was a really tough month for me, but I’ve decorated my apartment and I’ve already worn festive jumpers for a week now, so the next month can only get better. But first, let’s talk about some November favourites.

Brown second hand coat: This coat was a part of my latest second hand haul. I wrote then that it was probably my favourite piece in the haul, and it sure is my most worn piece. It’s got ’70s vibes and it’s warm, and that’s all I want in a coat.

Essence The Highlighter (shade: 10 Heroic): I posted an Essence haul recently, and I love all the products in that haul, but this highlighter has been my favourite product. It’s such a beautiful highlighter, and I can’t believe how affordable it is.

The Body Shop Peppermint Candy Cane body butter: Last year in my December favourites, I featured the Peppermint Candy Cane shower gel from The Body Shop. I loved that scent so much, and I was really lucky to get my hands on the body butter in the same scent recently. It’s too bad that it’s not a permanent scent, because it smells incredible (if you like the scent of peppermint and candy canes).

The Sims 4 Get Famous (computer game): I got this The Sims 4 expansion pack for my birthday in August, but I hadn’t played the Sims in months, because I needed a new computer. But now that I’ve finally purchased a new computer, I’ve been playing the Sims again, and I’ve really enjoyed it in general, but I’ve especially enjoyed exploring this expansion pack.
Home for Christmas – ‘NSYNC (album): Last month I featured a old, classic Christmas album, and I’m still listening to that, but this month I’ve really been loving the ‘NSYNC Christmas album, which is actually not that new either now that I think about it. There are so many great songs on this album; ‘NSYNC does the best version of O Holy Night, but some of my most recent favourites include Home for Christmas and The Only Gift.

I swear by the Urban Decay All Nighter setting spray, but it’s not the cheapest option, so I thought I would give the Maybelline Lasting Fix make-up setting spray a try. It has a very fine mist, so you can barely feel it on the skin when you apply it (it’s much lighter and finer than the UD All Nighter). It’s also invisible on the skin. It has a slight make-upy scent, but it’s not too strong. They day I tested the setting spray for the first time, I wore my make-up just over 12 hours and it had held up very well. My skin was only a little bit shiny in the T-zone, but that’s normal for me, and it really wasn’t too bad. All in all, I think this a really good more affordable alternative to the UD All Nighter, even though I think I still like the All Nighter slightly better (that stuff is just so good).

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I love how this make-up look turned out! I’m wearing the Huda Beauty Ruby Obsessions palette on my eyes, and those burgundy shades are absolutely stunning.

Here’s what I wore Tuesday October 29. I’ve never thought about pairing burgundy and beige before, but I really like those colours together. I’m especially loving the burgundy tights. I would love to have more pairs of coloured tights.
