Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I don’t own a lot of Pat McGrath Labs palettes, but I got a very good deal on the Mothership VI palette, which had been on my wishlist for quite a while, so I had to go for it. I love how the eye look turned out. Pat McGrath Labs really does make great quality eyeshadows.

I have a collective Colourpop haul to share with you today. The haul includes products from the Alice in Wonderland collection, the Lav_ish collection, and more.
Let’s begin with the pieces I picked up from the Alice in Wonderland collection. I had to have the Lost In Wonderland palette and the two pressed powder blushes in Oh Dear! and Silence!, and then I also picked up the Fourth Ray Alice in Wonderland Pure Madness lip mask, because the little mushroom was so cute, and I really love the lip mask from Avatar: The Last Airbender collection.
I think this is the entire Lav_ish collection, which is obviously right up my street, since I love purple so much. The collection consists of the Lav_ish palette, three Super Shock shadows in the shades Angelic, So Surreal and Social Bb, the Super Shock highlighter in Lav Dream, and two So Glassy lip glosses in Cyberspace and Purple Aura. I’m wearing a lot of the products here.
Now, on to some more eye products. I purchased two of the BFF mascaras, and they’re in the shades Brownie Points and Left on Red. I also picked up two of the BFF Crème gel liners, which is a liner formula I already like a lot. I got the shades Prance and Aglow. And then I got the Graphix Ink liner in Drama Free at a discount at the check-out.
I also decided to give the new formulated Shadow Stix a try. I picked the shades in Hey Bestie, Juicy Gossip, Friday Feels, and Plum Tart. I haven’t try the Plum Tart shade yet, but it’s a matte one, so I’m hoping it’s better than the other three (which are shimmery), because I wasn’t very impressed by those.
I love me some Super Shock products, so I picked up two blushes, a highlighter, and a shadow. The blush shades are Georgette and Birthday Suit, the highlighter is in the shade Hippo, and the Super Shock shadow is the shade Rooftop Cocktails.
As a free gift with purchase I got these three velvet scrunchies. I love a good scrunchie, and these are in very nice colours.
Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. A colourful, almost all matte eye look, which is not something I wear very often. An all matte look I mean. Colourful looks I wear all the time.

Whoa Glow SPF 30 sunscreen (shade: Sunbeam), foundation – Urban Decay Stay Naked Hydromaniac Tinted Glow Hydrator (shade: 20 Fair Neutral), concealers – Ole Henriksen Banana Bright+ Vitamin CC Stick in Banana + Huda Beauty #FAUXFILTER Luminous Matte liquid concealer (shade: 1.3G Marshmellow), powder – Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder Ultra-Blur in Translucent, freckles – KimChi Chic Candy Girl Fake Freckles in Afternoon in The Flower Field. Face make-up: bronzer – Revlon SkinLights Prismatic bronzer in 110 Sunlit Glow, blusher – Made By Mitchell Blursh Press’d blusher in Sun Trap, highlighter – MAC Extra Dimension Skinfinish in Beaming Blush. Here’s the make-up I wore Friday August 4. I only used shadow sticks for my eye look, because I wanted to do a quick and easy look, but I don’t love how the eye look turned out. I think the lip is fun though.
(Base: primer – e.l.f. Cosmetics Liquid Poreless Putty primer, foundation – Urban Decay Stay Naked Hydromaniac Tinted Glow Hydrator (shade: 20 Fair Neutral), concealers – Smashbox x Becca Under Eye Brightening Corrector in Fair/Light + Huda Beauty #FAUXFILTER Luminous Matte liquid concealer (shade: 1.3G Marshmellow), powders – Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder Tone Up in Rose + Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder Ultra-Blur in Translucent. I have an Asos haul to share with you today. I bought most of the things on sale, and there’s a bit of everything; clothes, shoes, accessories and make-up/beauty.
How fun are these jeans! They’re from a brand called Bailey Rose, and I just love the print and colours.
I’ve already posted a look with this dress from COLLUSION. It’s very cute.
These are some pretty high platform heels, and I don’t wear heels this high very often anymore, but these were just too pretty to pass on. They’re from Topshop btw.
This is the kind of heel I wear most often these days. These summery mules are from Monki.
When I saw these Crocs, I just knew I had to have them. I love the retro floral print, and the cute Jibbitz that came with the shoes.
From Crocs I also picked up these colourful flower Jibbitz which are decorating my pink Mega Crush sandals.
I love dinosaurs and thought these rings were cute. They’re a bit small though.
I wear headbands all the time, and both of these have been favourites ever since I got them. The purple one is from Y.A.S, and the white one is from True Decadence.
These hair clips are from DesignB, and I bought them to use, when I’m doing my make-up, but they’re not that great. I’ll just stick to my Minnie Mouse headband.
Let’s move on to make-up. I picked up two foundations from MAC; the Strobe Dewy Skin Tint in Light 1, and the Studio Fix Every-Wear All-Over face pen in NC13. None of these are my perfect foundation, but I haven’t used them that much, so maybe I’ll change my mind?
These three Charlotte Tilbury products I love. The Airbrush Brightening Flawless Finish powder in Fair/Medium is a great undereye powder, and the Hollywood Contour Wand in Fair/Medium and the Matte Beauty Blush Wand Pillow Talk in Dream Pop are just great cream cheek products.
I purchased quite a few things from Revolution. I got the Conceal & Define full coverage foundation in F0 to mixed in with other foundations, the IRL Filter Finish soft matte concealer in C2, the Healthy Glow Sculptor cream blush and bronzer in Forgive and Forget Pink from the XXRevolution line, two Lustre Wand shadow sticks in Euphoric Lilac and Sinful Green, and the Ceramide Lip Swirl lip gloss in Cherry Mauve.
From e.l.f. Cosmetics I picked up two more of the No Budge matte shadow sticks, which are some of my favourite shadow sticks. These are in the shades Groovy and Stellar. I also bought another shade of the Luminous Putty blushes. The shade is called St. Barts. And from Rimmel I wanted to try out the Wonder’ Cloud all-day wear soft shadow, and I picked the shade 01 Honey Drop.
Lastly, I got a back-up of my favourite moisturiser from Wishful, which is the Honey Whip Peptide one. I’ve also been wanting to try the Huda Beauty Cheeky Tint blush sticks for quite a while, so I bought the shade Proud Pink, which is super pretty.
Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I love pink and red together, and Colourpop hit the nail on the head with their Flirty Talk palette.
(Base: primer – e.l.f. Cosmetics Liquid Poreless Putty primer, foundation – L’Oréal Paris True Match Nude plumping tinted serum (shade: 0,5-2 Very Light), concealers – Smashbox x Becca Under Eye Brightening Corrector in Fair/Light + Huda Beauty #FAUXFILTER Luminous Matte liquid concealer (shade: 1.3G Marshmellow), powders – Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder Tone Up in Rose + Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder Ultra-Blur in Translucent, freckles – KimChi Chic Candy Girl Fake Freckles in Afternoon in The Flower Field. Face make-up: bronzer – Tarte Sculpt Tape contour in Cool Bronze, blusher – about-face Cheek Freak Blush Balm in Laid, highlighter – Colourpop Super Shock highlighter in Candy Floss. Eye make-up: base – MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Painterly, eyeshadows – Colourpop Flirty Talk palette (shades: On Ur Mind + Talk 2 Me + Miss Me Yet? + Cuddle Up + Just My Type + Be Mine), mascara – Colourpop BFF mascara in Left On Red + Rare Beauty Perfect Strokes universal volumizing mascara, eyeliner – Revolution x Bratz Jade eye pencil. Eyebrows: e.l.f. Cosmetics Brow Lift + Maybelline Brow Ultra Slim pencil in Medium Brown. Lips: Natasha Denona I Need A Rouge lip crayon in Gigi + Natasha Denona I Need A Rouge Lip Styletto in Gigi)
The last summer month has come to an end, and we’re quickly heading into autumn. A lot of things happened in August; I went back to work after my maternity leave, my daughter started in daycare, and I turned 30. For the past many years, I’d been saying that I hoped to be a mother when I turned 30, and I am, so I’m very excited about entering a new decade in my life. But enough about that, here are my August favourites including a birthday present, some beauty bits, and a film.
Guess watch: My boyfriend (and daugther) gave me this beautiful watch for my birthday, and I’ve been wearing it pretty much everyday since. I was in desperate need of a new silver watch (I most often wear silver jewellery), and this one had a bit of colour and sparkle to it, which is right up my street.
e.l.f. Cosmetics Liquid Poreless Putty primer: The original Poreless Putty primer from e.l.f. Cosmetics is a long time favourite of mine, so I was very excited to try the liquid version, and it’s so good. I might even like this one more than the original one.
Colourpop Pretty Fresh hyaluronic acid setting mist: I have a couple of favourite setting sprays, some which I have repurchased several times, but I do also like trying out new ones, and I’m really enjoying this one from Colourpop.
KAYALI Yum Pistachio Gelato | 33 Eau de Parfum: KAYALI is one of my favourite perfume brands, and in my 5 favourites post from June I featured the Eden Juicy Apple | 01, which I’ve continued to wear very often, but this month my most worn scent has been the Yum Pistachio Gelato | 33, which is such a delicious scent.
Guardians of the Galaxy vol. 3 (film): The Guardians of the Galaxy franchise are some of my favourite MCU films, so I was so excited to watch volume 3, and it did not disappoint.
Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I love a very intensely pigmented colourful eye look, but I think this more muted one is quite nice as well.
(Base: primer – Iconic London Underglow blurring primer, foundation – Clinique Even Better Clinical serum foundation SPF 20 (shade: WN 01 Flax), concealers – Rare Beauty Positive Light under eye brightener (shade: Light) + e.l.f. Cosmetics Hydrating Camo concealer (shade: Fair Beige), powders – Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Brightening Flawless Finish powder (shade: Fair/Medium) + e.l.f. Cosmetics Sheer Tint finishing powder (shade: Fair/Light), freckles – KimChi Chic Candy Girl Fake Freckles in Afternoon in The Flower Field. Face make-up: bronzer – Charlotte Tilbury Beautiful Skin Sun-Kissed Glow bronzer in Fair, blusher – Colourpop Super Shock cheek in Count Me In, highlighter – Colourpop Winx Club Lite Stix in Darcy. Eye make-up: base – MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Painterly, eyeshadows – Essence eyeshadow in 05 Granny Pants + MAC Eye Shadow x 12: Pearlescence (shades: Blissful Blush + In The Shadows + Steamy) + MAC x Richard Quinn Quinning eye shadow palette (shades: Mono Dramatic + Blush Goddess), mascaras – MAC Extended Play Gigablack Lash mascara + Rare Beauty Perfect Strokes universal volumizing mascara, eyeliner – Essence Wood You Love Me? Duo Eye Pencil in 01 Forever Together (light green shade). Eyebrows: e.l.f. Cosmetics Brow Lift + Maybelline Brow Ultra Slim pencil in Medium Brown. Lips: Gosh Velvet Touch lipliner in 001 Nougat Crisp + Colourpop Lippie Stix in With The Band (Matte X))
I have a collective haul to share with you today. It includes a couple of clothing pieces and then the rest is make-up.
You’ve already seen me wear this soft, maxi denim skirt from H&M, which has been a go-to for those semi warm days.
You’ve also seen me wear these baby pink wide leg jeans from H&M. I got them on sale, and they’re perfect for pastel looks.
Let’s move on to make-up. I purchased the Clinique Pop Plush creamy lip gloss in Black Honey Pop and the Essence Long-Lasting eye pencil in 39 Shimmer Sunsation on sale from Matas (the Danish drugstore).
From Sephora I picked up three of the Rare Beauty Soft Pinch tinted lip oils in the shades Honesty, Serenity, and Wonder, and I love these lip oils! I also got the Rare Beauty Warm Wishes Effortless bronzer in Bright Side. I already had one of the Rare Beauty bronzers in the shade Power Boost, but when the brand came out with new shades, I thought I would get a more cool-toned shade. However, I think the two shades I own look so similar, so I probably didn’t need both.
I purchased the rest of the products in this haul from Lyko. For lips I got the Dashl Juicy AF lip oil in Melted Sugar and two more of the Catrice Scandalous matte lipsticks, and they’re in the shades 070 Go Bold Or Go Home and 090 Blame The Night.
For eyes and brows I picked up the SUVA Beauty Hydra Space Hydra FX palette, the NYX Ultimate Glow Shots in 09 Mango Moment, and the Schwarzkopf got2b Glued 4 Brows & Edges 2in1 gel.
I also got three blushers; two A’Pieu Juicy-Pang water blushers in CR01 and RD01 and a Nature Republic By Flower blusher in 03 Grapefruit Cotton Candy. I like the A’Pieu Juicy-Pang water blushers so far, but the Nature Republic By Flower blusher wasn’t anything special.
Lastly, I bought the Essence gel nail colour in 51 Someone Like Blue. These Essence nail polishes are some of my favourites.
