Asos haul pt. 2 – accessories

Here’s pt. 2 of my Asos shoes and accessories haul; the accessories. You can check out pt. 1 here.

I’m still obsessed with all kinds of hair accessories; headbands, hair clips, scrunchies etc. Headbands with rhinestones or any kind of stone are everywhere these days, and I thought this pink velvet one was really pretty.

I’ve also purchased some more hair clips. As if I didn’t have enough already.

Pink strømpebukser

I’ve been on the hunt for colourful tights lately, and I found these pink ones on Asos. Tights are a must in autumn and winter in Denmark, so why not wear colourful ones.

Fun socks are a another obsession of mine. They add a little extra something to an outfit. I obviously loved the dinosaur ones (since I’m obsessed with dinosaurs as well), and I thought the ’80s looking ones and the argyle ones were fun too.

5 favourites – October

It’s halloween today, which means that October will be over by tomorrow, which means that there’s only one more month left before December! But who I’m a kidding, I’ve been christmassing since the beginning of September. I even have a Christmas favourite this month, so let’s talk about those favourites.

Hvide sneakers m. Anders And - MOA (Master of Arts)

MOA Donald Duck sneakers: I’ve had these sneakers for a while now, and I’ve worn them the other months too, but for some reason they have been my go-to sneakers this past month. I guess they have just been working well with a lot of my outfits from October.

Maybelline City bronzer (shade: 100 Light Cool): I wasn’t sure I liked this bronzer at first, but the more I use the more I like it. It has a yellow undertone, which suprisingly looks great with a lot of make-up looks.

Jeffree Star Velour liquid lipstick in Celebrity Skin: I’ve had this lipstick for a long time, and it’s been my favourite nude lipstick ever since I bought it, but I’ve reached for it so many times this past month that I had to mention it. It’s the perfect nude in my opinion.

Essence This Is Me gel nail polish (shade: 03 Bold): I have an Essence haul coming up, but I couldn’t wait to share this nail polish with you. I love Essence’s nail polishes in general, and this is the most beautiful dark nude shade.

Christmas Songs – Frank Sinatra (album): I couldn’t choose just one Christmas song that has been my favourite this past month, but my favourite Christmas album has been this Frank Sinatra one. I’m a huge fan of old, classic Christmas songs, so it’s no wonder that I enjoy these Sinatra songs. I decided to feature the song ‘Christmas Dreaming’, which pretty much sums up my life right now:)

Asos haul pt. 1 – shoes

About two months ago, I ordered a bunch of shoes and accessories from Asos, and I’m just now getting around to do a haul. These are the shoes, I’ve bought. Accessories will be in a separate post.

Regnbuefarvet metallic sandaler - Asos

I bought most of these shoes in the end of summer, so that’s why most of these shoes are summery shoes. I love everything rainbow coloured, and these little metallic rainbow sandals are so cute.

Hvide sandaler m. gennemsigtige multifarvede remme - Asos

How cool are these sandals! I love the multicoloured sheer straps and the block heel.

Pastel regnbuefarvet wedge sandaler m. glimmer - Head Over Heels

Last pair of rainbow-ish sandals in this haul are these glittery wedges. I used to wear wedges all the time, but for some reason I stopped (I guess they went out of style). However, I couldn’t resist these beauties.

Pinkrøde leopardprint spidse mules - Asos

These red/pink leopard print mules were just so crazy and fun that I had to have them. They’re definitely a pair of statement shoes.

Sennepsgule velour loafers - Asos

I thought these heeled loafers had a retro feel to them, and the colour is kind of ugly, but that’s what makes them fun.

Brune chunky støvler - Raid

Lastly, I did buy a pair of boots. These also have a retro vibe, and I think they’ll be perfect with my autumn wardrobe.

Collective Sephora haul

I actually don’t order things from Sephora very often, but I’ve been craving the Huda Beauty Amethyst Obsessions palette for months and months, so when I found it on sale I had to have plus a few more things.

I’ve been wanting to try the Huda Beauty Obsessions palettes for a while, especially the Amethyst one, and when I found several of them on sale, I also decided to get Ruby Obsessions and Emerald Obsessions. I’ve only worn Emerald Obsessions so far, and I really liked the looks I created with it.

Another product I’ve been wanting to try for so long is the Hourglass Ambient Lighting powders. I decided to get a palette (Etherial Edit) with an Ambient Lighting powder, blush, and strobe lighting powder.

I also (finally) bought some new eyelash curlers from Sephora Collection, and then I decided to try these Marc Jacobs Glitter Glam Crayons in (Gem)Stoned and Glam Jam. I’ve heard many good things about Marc Jacobs eyeliners, and so far I’m impressed.

Zalando haul: lots of shoes

I’ve been doing a lot of shopping these past couple of months, and I’m really excited about all the things I’ve purchased. This is a Zalando haul with only one piece of clothing and lots of shoes and accessories.

Grå sweatshirt m. Anders And print - Bershka

The only piece of clothing in this haul is this Donald Duck sweatshirt from Bershka. I love a good piece of Disney clothing, and this sweatshirt is so nice. I love the laughing Donald Duck and the boxy, relaxed fit.

Hvide Air Force 1 Sage m. blå, orange og mint detaljer - Nike

And now for the shoes. I’ve had these Nike Air Force 1 Sage sneakers in my saved items since they released, and when they went on sale, I had to have them. They’re my first pair of Air Force 1’s, and I love the style, and they are super comfy. I loved this particular pair because of the colour scheme.

I know what you’re thinking; another pair of Nike Cortez sneakers, really? Yes! This is my favourite style of sneaker, and I really wanted a black pair. To be honest, this is probably not my last pair of Cortezs.

I’m on the hunt for a pair of brown knee high boots, and in my search I stumbled upon these Raid tiger print boots. I’m still obsessed with animal print, and these are so fun, so I ordered them, and I love them.

And speaking of animal print, these zebra print boots from Topshop had been in my saved items for months and months, so I thought it was about time that they became mine. I’ve always loved zebra print and look at the sparkly heel! So pretty.

Støvgrønne mules - Monki

I know summer is over, but these dusty green mules from Monki are another pair of shoes, I’ve been wanting for quite a while, and they were one sale, so I had to get them. I’m looking forward to wear these next summer.

I’ve purchased two leopard (or some other big cat) print bags both from Topshop. I’ve been wanting a bigger bag for a while, and this one is so nice.

The other bag leopard print bag is this little number. You can wear it either as a hand bag or a shoulder bag, and I think it’s the perfect printed bag to wear with most outfits, because of the neutral colour scheme.

Lastly, I got this glittery colourful headband from Topshop. You have actually already seen this in my most recent 5 favourites post, because I just love headbands at the moment.

5 favourites – September

The first month of autumn is now over, which means that we’re one month closer to December:) Work is super busy these days, but the autumn break is just around the corner, and I can’t wait! But first, here are some of my favourite things from the past month.

Rød quilted jakke m. blomstermønster og fløjlskrave - Monki

Red quilted jacket: In my May favourites, I featured the navy version of this jacket, and this red one has definitely become a favourite as well. I just love the quilted fabric, the shape of the jacket, and the corduroy details.

Beige baggy bukser m. lynlåse - second hand

Beige baggy trousers: I bought these trousers second hand about a year ago, and I’ve definitely worn them throughout the year, but this month I seem to have worn them quite a bit. They’re a part of one of my favourite outfits I’ve worn this year (which I’ll post soon), so I think it was about time that I’d feature them in a favourites post.

Hårbøjler

Headbands: I’m a huge fan of hair accessories, and my favourite kind this past month has been the headband. This is just a selection of the ones I’ve worn, and I have a feeling that I’ll continue to wear them for a while.

Wet n Wild Photofocus pressed powder (shade: Warm Light): I often go for a translucent powder, but I’ve really enjoyed using this coloured powder from Wet n Wild. It’s great for days where I’ve have lots of break-outs, because it provides more coverage than a translucent powder (obviously), but it’s not heavy or cakey on the skin.

Elton John plade

The Very Best of Elton John (record): I found some great records at a fleamarket this summer, among those this Elton John one. It contains two double sided records, and they’re filled with classic Elton John songs. It’s been my go-to record this past month.

Third BeautyBay sale haul of 2019

BeautyBay has had some great sales this year so far! This time I bought four Jeffree Star Cosmetics Velour liquid lipsticks, two eyeshadow palettes, and a highlighter, the highlighter being the Milani Strobelight Instant Glow powder in the shade Afterglow. This is one of my favourite highlighters, but the one I had broke, so I had to get a new one.

The four Jeffree Star Velour liquid lipsticks that I purchased in the latest BeautyBay sale are (from top to bottom) Delicious (Star Family collection), Mannequin (main collection), Bronze Blood (Summer 2019 collection), and Fudge Pop (Summer 2018 collection). These are all on the more neutral side of things, but I’m really excited to wear all of these.

I love the Wet n Wild Color Icon eyeshadow palettes, and even though I have the original Comfort Zone palette, which I love, I still wanted to add the newer version to my collection as well. This one has two additional matte shades that the original palette doesn’t have, so this one is more travel friendly.

Last, but most certainly not least, I’ve finally added the Tribe palette by Juvia’s Place to my eyeshadow collection. I’ve been drooling over this palette since it launched, and I’m so excited to play with this palette. I think the colour story is absolutely stunning.

Autumn H&M haul: tops + accessories

I’m so excited about dressing up for autumn, so I’ve bought some new autumnal pieces from H&M.

I love this style of fitted thin roll neck top from H&M. I have a black one and a leopard print one that I’ve worn so much, so I was really excited to find these gorgeous printed ones from the Richard Allan x H&M collection. The prints are inspired by retro scarf prints, and I love it!

And if three new roll necks weren’t enough, I also purchased these two animal print ones. These are just the best layering pieces for autumn and winter.

Lyserød sweatshirt m. Wonder Woman print - H&M

This sweatshirt isn’t particularly autumnal, but it’s definitely cosy, and I love the colours.

Beige fløjlsblazer - H&M

This might be the perfect corduroy blazer. The fit is great and the colour is delicious. I can’t wait to style this in all kinds of different ways.

Kamel + vinrøde strømpebukser

It’s season for tights again, and I would like to add some more colourful tights to my wardrobe starting with these autumnal ones.

Navy baker boy hat - H&M Gråternet beret - H&M

It’s also hat season again, which I’m very excited about. My two preferred styles of hats for autumn and winter are baker boys and berets, so I added these two to my hat collection.

Another big Monki haul

The Monki outlet was so good that I had to purchase more great items.

Lilla fløjsoveralls - Monki

As I wrote in my last big Monki haul, my love for overalls continues to grow. These ones were not a part of the outlet on the website, but I had to have them. They’re not just overalls; they’re purple corduroy overalls. It doesn’t get much better than that.

Grøn ternet buksedragt m. knapper og bindebånd - Monki

I’ve never been much of a jumpsuit person, but I really liked the look of this one. The colours and pattern are awesome, and I love the button down top and the wide leg bottom. It’s a great piece to throw on when you don’t know what to wear.

Blå cropped jeans m. vide og ternet mønster - Monki

These jeans were not in the outlet either, but I just really wanted them. They’re cropped, wide leg style, and I love the checked pattern. I’m always up for a pair of unique jeans.

Navy cropped bukser m. hvide pinstripes - Monki Hvide bukser m. sorte stribe og vide - Monki

I found these two pairs of pinstriped trousers in the outlet section. The navy ones are a culotte style trouser, and the white ones are long and wide legged. I’m really excited about styling both pairs.

I’m obsessed with ’70s fashion (as you might have noticed), and this T-shirt screams ’70s. I love the brown rainbow and the retro font.

This is another pieces which wasn’t in the outlet, but how adorable is the little sweater waistcoat. I love the colours and the cherry print. So cute!

I thought this belt bag would be great for autumn due to the check print and the neutral colour scheme.

Monki strømper

I love cute socks. I think that they add such a great little detail to an outfit, so I bought these three pairs, which I’m sure I’ll get a lot of use out of.

MAC sale lip products + one eyeliner

I recently found all of these MAC lip products + one eyeliner on sale. They were so cheap that I had to buy them:) The single eyeliner that I purchased is a Technakohl liner in the shade Sterling Silver.

I purchased 7 lip liners from three different lines/collections. I picked up three of the Liptensity lip pencils which I haven’t tried before, but I loved the purply colours (from top to bottom); Galaxy Grey, Hellebore, and La Sultana. The two shorter pencils are the Pro Longwear lip pencils, which I haven’t tried before either. The shades are Ms. Diva and Shock Value. The last two liners I’ve bought are from MAC’s regular lip pencil line, and they’re called Currant and Naked Liner.

I don’t wear blue lipstick very often anymore, but I used to have these two blue lipsticks on my wishlist. The bright matte blue is called Dreampot and the darker blue is called Designer Blue and has a frost finish. The purple lipstick also used to be on my wishlist, and it’s another frost lipstick in the shade Pick Me, Pick Me!. I thought these colours were a lot fun, and I’m excited about creating some fun make-up looks with them.
