Opted for comfortable shoes

Here’s what I wore Friday November 15. I went to a family birthday in the evening, so I wanted to be dressy, but opted for comfortable shoes, because the birthday party was in town and therefore in walking distance.

5 favourites – March

March has come to an end, and in Denmark we’ll be starting of April with a couple of beautiful sunny spring days. I’m so ready for warmer weather, so I’m hoping to see more of it throughout the month. All of my March favourites that I’ll be sharing with you today are beauty-related. I tried out two great foundations, fell more in love with a blush formula and a mascara shade, and wore a beautiful nail colour.

Maybelline Superstay Lumi Matte foundation (shade: 96): I’d been wanting to try this foundation ever since it launched, and I’m so glad I finally decided to buy it, because it’s so nice. I’m not into matte foundations, but a lumi matte foundation, I can get behind. It’s a buildable foundation, which I like, and it just looks great on the skin.

Essence foundation stick in (shade: 50): I love to wear a stick foundation on days where I have to get up early to go to work early, and I’ve been really enjoying this one from Essence. It’s quick and easy to apply, and it looks good.

Huda Beauty Liquid Blush Filters (various shades): These might be my favourite liquid blushes in my collection. This formula is so good! I have a bunch of shades, and I’ll probably continue to add more.

Maybelline Lash Sensational Sky High mascara (shade: Burgundy Haze): This is one of my absolute favourite mascara formulas, and I love that it comes in so many shades now. The shade Burgundy Haze has been my favourite though, because it goes with so many different eye looks.

Catrice Gel Affair nail lacquer (shade: 033 You’re The Lime To My Tequila): I’ve noticed that I’ve been loving lime green more and more, and this nail colour is so stunning. It’s pretty much the perfect spring nail colour.

Dark reds and lavender purple

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I think this make-up look is so pretty. I love the dark reds paired with the lavender purple on the eyes, and that red lip is stunning if I do say so myself.

(Base: primer – e.l.f. Cosmetics Liquid Poreless Putty primer, foundation – Missha M Perfect Cover B.B Cream Spf 42 (shade: 21 Light Beige), concealers – Rare Beauty Positive Light under eye brightener (shade: Light) + Huda Beauty #FAUXFILTER Luminous Matte liquid concealer (shade: 1.3G Marshmellow), powders – Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Brightening Flawless Finish powder (shade: Fair/Medium) + Anastasia Beverly Hills loose setting powder in Translucent. Face make-up: I forgot to write it down. Eye make-up: base – MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Painterly, eyeshadows – Essence eyeshadow in 20 Cream + Bellabeautébar Vamp palette (shades: Immortality + Drained + Mikaelson + Salvatore + Hello, Brother + Predator + Threshold + Skin of a Killer), mascaras – MAC Extended Play Gigablack Lash mascara + Pat McGrath Labs Dark Star mascara, eyeliner – Oden’s Eye Solmåne gel liner in 008 Lavender. Eyebrows: MAC Shape + Shade brow tint in Taupe + Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Freeze. Lips: MAC Centre of Attention lip pencil + MAC Macximal Sleek satin lipstick in Centre of Attention)

Black and grey that I like

Here’s what I wore Tuesday November 12. For an outfit that has both black and grey in it, I think it’s very fun and very me. I think the red and purple look so good together.

Asos haul – mainly sale (October 2024)

I have an Asos haul to share with you today. The haul includes clothes and accessories, and I purchased most of the items on sale. Let’s begin with clothes.

I picked up two oversized T-shirts from Asos Design. The first one has a bubblegum machine on the back, and the other one, as you can see, is leopard print.

And speaking of leopard print, I also got a leopard print tank top from Stradivarius.

The last piece of clothing I picked up was this wrap style denim skirt from COLLUSION, which I’ve worn quite a bit.

I purchased a bunch of spooky/Halloween inspired pieces of jewellery. The spider earrings and the spider brooch weren’t on sale, but I had to have those.

These are the other jewellery I picked up. The big pink beaded earrings are from Asos Design, the flower rhinestone earrings are from True Decadence, and the bow brooch is from Reclaimed Vintage.

The last thing I got was this big red sequin bow hair clip from Pieces, and you know I love me a big bow hair clip.
