Collective Cocopanda haul (January 2023)

I have a collective Cocopanda affordable beauty haul to share with you today. The vast majority of the products are from Catrice and NYX. Let’s begin with the Catrice stuff.

I was very excited to try the newest foundation from Catrice. It’s called the Nude Drop Tinted Serum foundation, and I got the shade 004N. So far I really like it. I also picked up the Cheek Lover marbled blush in 010 Dahlia Blossom and two of the Plump It Up Lip Boosters in 030 Illusion Of Perfection and 070 Fake It Till You Make It.

Here’s a closer look at the blush. It’s a super pretty, glowy blush.

And here’s a close up of the Plump It Up Lip Boosters in 030 Illusion Of Perfection and 070 Fake It Till You Make It; such fun shades.

The only product I purchased that is neither Catrice nor NYX is the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water, which is still my go-to make-up remover.

I got the Catrice Clean ID Transparent brow fixing gel as a free gift with my Catrice order.

Now, let’s move on to the products I purchased from NYX. I got the NYX Bare With Me Blur Tint foundation in the shade 02 Fair, which is actually a little light on me. Then I also picked up three of the Fat Oil Lip Drips and three of the Smooth Whip matte lip creams.

The Fat Oil Lip Drips are in the shades 04 Thats Chic, 05 Newsfeed, and 07 Scrollin. I haven’t worn all the shades yet, but I really like the formula.

The shades of the Smooth Whip matte lip creams are 20 Pom Pom, 19 Snuggle Sesh, and 16 Feelings. I haven’t tried any of these yet, but the colours are so fun.

Simple purple

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. You know how much I love a purple eye look, and this is quite the simple one, however, still pretty.

Zalando sale haul (January 2023)

I have a Zalando sale haul to share with you today. It includes clothes, shoes, and make-up.

Let’s begin with some Christmas jumpers. As I’ve mentioned before, I like to purchase Christmas jumpers from the previous season on sale and wear them the next many Christmas seasons to come. Both of these are from PULL&BEAR, and I’m already excited to wear these in the end of the year.

I’m still breastfeeding my daughter so if I’m going to wear a dress it’s either going to be a button up dress or a wrap style dress. This wrap style dress is from Glamorous, and I really like the mix of the two prints.

As I mentioned just recently, I really like a short sleeve button up shirt (which is also very breatfeeding friendly), and I love the colour of this one from Monki.

I think leopard print never really go out of style, and there’s a 70’s/rock’n’roll vibe to these trousers from Monki.

And now on to shoes. I love a pair of chunky flats, and I felt that I’d been missing a lace up pair like these ones from Monki in my shoe collection.

There was just something about these boots from RAID that drew me in. I love the beige and brown paired with the lilac, and I love the shape of the boots as well.

This style of shoe might seem familiar, and it’s because I own them in both black and in white as well. They’re from Monki, and I’ve worn both my black and the white pair so much, so I had to get the pink version too.

And speaking of pink, I think I have a thing for pink shoes. These sparkly sandals are from Bershka, and they’re giving me all the Barbie vibes.

Lastly, I purchased two make-up products. First, I got the Urban Decay Stoned mini palette, which I don’t think I’ve ever heard of, but I thought it looked pretty. I’m wearing it on my eyes here.

And then I also picked up the Makeup Revolution Disney’s Minnie Mouse Steal The Show blusher duo, because how couldn’t I. The packaging is so cute, and both shades look so pretty.

5 favourites – April

Another month has come to an end, and I can’t believe how quickly time flies by. I’m still enjoying my maternity leave, so I spend my days with my daughter, and it’s incredible to see her grow. We’re heading into the last month of spring, but I’m still longing for warmer spring weather. The days are longer and lighter, but it’s not particularly warm outside. Anyways, let’s talk about some of my favourite things from the month of April.

e.l.f. Cosmetics Holy Hydration! face cream: The past couple of years I’ve been a bit more interested in skincare and trying different products, and one product that is always a part of my daily skincare routine is a good moisturiser. At the moment, I’m using this one from e.l.f. and I’m really enjoying it. I got the fragrance free version, and I love the texture of the product. It has hyaluronic acid and peptide complex in it, which are ingredients I really like.

Tarte Sculpt Tape contour (shade: Cool Bronze): I’d heard great things about this contour wand, and that it’s supposed to be similar to the famous Charlotte Tilbury one. I haven’t tried the Charlotte Tilbury version yet, but I really like this Tarte one. It blends out so easily and looks really natural on the skin.

Colourpop custom face palette (pressed powders): Colourpop recently released a permanent line of pressed bronzer, pressed blushes, and pressed highlighters. You can buy them in individual cases or just in the pan so you can place them in an empty palette. As you can see, I did the latter. My palette contains one bronzer, three blushes, and two highlighters, and I travelled with this palette in the very beginning of the month, and it was the perfect travel face palette.

Maanesten earrings + necklace: I got this jewellery set for my birthday last year, and I’ve worn it a lot ever since, but especially this past month. The picture also shows a bracelet, but I’ve only been wearing the necklace and earrings, and I’ve been wearing those so often.

You (TV series): I watched the first season of You a few years ago, but it wasn’t until this past month that I finally decided to watch the rest, and I’m so glad I did. My two favourite seasons are season 2 and 3, and I’m excited for the 5th and final season, which I think will be released in 2024.

Pastels + black

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I wanted to wear pastel eyeshadows, but with the addition of black (which turned out to be a black wing), and I really like how the look turned out.

Cosmetics Poreless Putty primer, foundation – Maybelline SuperStay 24H skin tint (shade: 03), concealers – Smashbox x Becca Under Eye Brightening Corrector in Fair/Light + Catrice Cover + Care Sensitive concealer in (shade: 002N), powder – e.l.f. Cosmetics Halo Glow setting powder (shade: Light). Eye make-up: base – MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Painterly, eyeshadows – Essence eyeshadow in 05 Granny Pants + MAC x Richard Quinn Quinning eye shadow palette (shades: Fairy Fiasco + Gleam Queen + Lemon Fizz + Dusk Diva + Blush Goddess), mascaras – MAC Extended Play Gigablack Lash mascara + Maybelline Lash Sensational Sky High mascara Cosmic Black, eyeliners – MAC x Richard Quinn Colour Express Gel pencil eye liner in Lav-It + MAC Technakohl Liner eye-liner kajal in Graphblack. Eyebrows: Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Freeze + Maybelline Brow Ultra Slim pencil in Medium Brown. Lips: NudeStix Gel Color Lip + Cheek Balm in Posh)

Fun liner placement

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I had so much fun creating this make-up look, and I love how every part of it turned out. I haven’t played around much with graphic liner and different liner placements, but this look made me want to do it more.

(Base: primer – Wet n Wild Prime Focus The Impossible primer, foundation – Maybelline SuperStay 24H skin tint (shade: 03), concealers – Smashbox x Becca Under Eye Brightening Corrector in Fair/Light + Huda Beauty #FAUXFILTER Luminous Matte liquid concealer (shade: 1.3G Marshmellow), powders – Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder Tone Up in Rose + Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish powder (shade: 1 Fair). Face make-up: bronzer – MAC Radiant Matte bronzing powder (shade: Beige-ing Beauty), blusher – Essence Bloomin’ Bright blushlighter in 01 Bloom With Me!, highlighter – MAC Extra Dimension Skinfinish in Beaming Blush. Eye make-up: base – MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Painterly, eyeshadows – Essence Bloomin’ Bright eyeshadow & eyeliner palette in 01 See Me Bloomin’ (shades: 1 + 2 + 4 + 5 + 6 + 7 + 9), mascara – Rare Beauty Perfect Strokes universal volumizing mascara, eyeliner – Oden’s Eye Solmåne gel liner in 001 Pitaya. Eyebrows: Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Freeze + Maybelline Brow Ultra Slim pencil in Medium Brown. Lips: Colourpop Lippie pencil in BFF + Essence Bloomin’ Bright lip glow stick in 02 Bloom Up!)

Who knew

Here’s what I wore Wednesday April 12. I’m really into this colour combo; who knew that purple, pink, orange, and brown looked so good together (Monki apparently did when they made the sweatshirt).

(Sweatshirt + trousers – Monki, boots – Miss Selfridge)
