I have a Lyko haul to share with you today. Everything is from Catrice apart from the first three products.
These first three products were all on sale. I picked up the KVD Beauty Good Apple liquid foundation in Light 010. I’ve only worn it a couple of times, because I think the shade might be a little too dark on me. I’m also not sure if I love the finish, however, it looks pretty in pictures (I’m wearing it here). I’d been wanting to try the Iconic London Underglow blurring primer for a while, and as my March favourites suggest, I love it. I also really like the Ofra Cosmetics highlighters so I picked up this pretty light pink shade called Peppermint.
And now, let’s move on to the Catrice stuff. I got the Beautiful.You. Cream-To-Powder blushes in C01 Worth It and C02 Treat Yourself. They look really pretty.
These are the rest of the Catrice products I purchased. I got the Holiday Skin Bronze & Glow palette in 010 Out Of Office, the Cheek Flirt face stick in 020 Techno Pink, the All Over Glow Tint in 020 Keep Blushing, the 20H Ultra Precision gel eye pencil waterproof in 100 Light Up, and the Scandalous matte lipstick in 050 Sucker For Love.
Here are some close ups of the face palette and the lipstick. The face palette is obviously heavily inspired by Charlotte Tilbury’s Filmstar Bronze & Glow. The lipstick is actually a pretty unique shade, and it’s so stunning (I’m wearing it here).
I have another big collective Colourpop haul to share with you today. I was very impressed with a lot of the products from my first haul, and Colourpop offers so many cute and pretty products, so I just had to make a couple more orders. We have lots of products to go through, so let’s get into this haul.
First, I purchased the Spring Mystery Box. It included 10 products, three of which I had already purchased. The box included two palettes (the Moon Haze palette and the Malibu Barbie palette), two blushes (the Powerpuff Girls pressed powder blush in Saving The World and the Blush Stix in Coastal Drive), four lip products (The Nightmare Before Christmas Créme Lux lipstick in Sally, two Lippie Stix Matte x in With The Band and Fly-Fi, and a Lux Gloss in Ticklish), an E13 brush, and a Sol Body Comforting Bath Soak in Vanilla Dream.
Here are some close ups of some of the products from my Spring Mystery Box.
Let’s move on to a number of collections/sets I picked up. This first one is the Happy Daze eye & lip set, which includes the In A Daze palette, the Super Shock shadow in Not Too Much, and the So Glassy lip gloss in Poppy.
I haven’t worn the Super Shock shadow or the So Glassy lip gloss yet, but I wore the In A Daze palette here, and the colours were very pretty.
How pretty is the Snow White collection! I had to pick up the Dreams Come True palette, the three Super Shock blushes, and the Just One Bite lip scrub.
The colour story of the palette definitely matches the Snow White character.
I was the most excited about the Super Shock blushes from the Snow White collection. They’re called (from left to right) I Wish I Wish, Fair Enough, and Just Rosy, and they’re all in the pearlized finish. Aren’t they pretty?!
The Just One Bite lip scrub has the cutest packaging, and it smells lovely of apples.
I also decided to pick up some things from the It’s A Small World collection. I got the palette, two pressed powder blushes, and a Super Shock highlighter.
The pressed powder blushes are in the shades Dancing Darlings and Happiest Cruise, and the Super Shock highlighter is in the shade Jubilant Chorus.
Then I bought the Mariale Cyber Queen eye & lip set, which includes the ctrl+alt+glam palette, the Super Shock blush in Virtual Reality, the Crème Lux lipstick in Digital Twin, and the So Glassy lip gloss in Player 1. This set was on sale.
Here are what the products look like.
I got the Malibu Barbie palette in my Spring Mystery Box, but I had already bought it in the sale. It’s super pretty though.
From the Barbie collection I also picked up the Dreamhouse lux lipstick kit, which comes with a matching lipstick and lip pencil.
In the sale I also got the Hello Kitty Yummy Smoothie Glowing Lip Balm kit, which includes the following shades; Fun In The Sun, Tropic Cute, and Hello Fruity. The pressed powder blush, I got, is in the shade Aloha Honey.
Let’s move on to some Super Shock shadows. I purchased the Disney Princess Heart of Gold Super Shock shadow vault, which includes 12 Super Shock shadows representing 12 Disney Princesses.
These are the other eight Super Shock shadows I picked up.
I got the Snitchery Final Girl Super Shock shadow kit including the shades Main Character Energy and Plot Twist.
This is the Lawn Party Super Shock shadow kit including the shades Entranced and Beloved.
These are the shades Ritz and Ladybird from the permanent line of Super Shock shadows.
And the last two Super Shock shadows, which I got on sale, is in the shades Fruit Punch and Ur My Sunshine.
I also bought six Jelly Much shadows. The top three are from the Jelly Much eye set in So Jelly, and the shades are Big Ego, Close To You, and Boo-Kay. The bottom row were all on sale, and the shades are So What, Drama Szn, and Scandal.
Sticking with eye products, I picked up one Crème gel liner in the shade Plum Smash. I didn’t already own a plum eyeliner, so this one is a great addition to my eyeliner collection.
And now let’s move on to some more palettes. This is the Troublemaker palette, and it’s such a pretty cool-toned, grungy palette.
This the Daisy Does It palette, which I got in the sale.
I also got three 9-pan palettes; the Glow Getter palette, the All Amethyst palette, and the That’s Taupe palette.
I wore the Glow Getter palette last week, and I really like how my eye look turned out, even though it’s a more neutral palette.
I actually ordered a different palette in the sale, but received the All Amethyst palette by mistake, but you know I love purple eyeshadow, so I’m going to give this one a try instead.
The That’s Taupe palette is a classic neutral palette from Colourpop, so I have to see if it’s worth the hyped.
I also picked up two quads; the Tidal Wave palette and the Violet It Be palette. I wore the Violet It Be palette here, and it was okay, but not my favourite Colourpop palette.
These pressed powder highlighters and pressed powder blush are from this year’s Valentine’s Day collection. They’re in the shades (from left to right) Makin’ Memories, Love Struck, In My Feels, and Woo Me. They’re all super pretty.
I also purchased these two pretty pressed powder blushes in the sale. They’re called Prairie Air and Burn Card.
This Super Shock cheek is called All Laced Up, and it’s beautiful.
I love the Glowing Lip lipsticks, and this one is from a 2022 summer collection, and it’s called Mid Century.
Lastly, I got the Cabana Club palette as a free gift with purchase, and it seems to be a fun summer palette.
I have an Oden’s Eye haul to share with you today. I made this order when the Perfect World collection launched, and I picked up all three palettes; the Sea Talk palette, the Planet Spirit palette, and the Flora Story palette.
The Sea Talk palette was made in collaboration with Lauren Mae Beauty, and this is what it looks like. I used this palette to create the eye look I wore on the day of my daugther’s christening, and I loved how the look turned out.
Here’s a closer look at the colourful Planet Spirit palette made in collaboration with Betty Jean. I love colourful eyeshadows, and this palette is so fun!
The third and last palette is this beautiful green and purple colour story made in collaboration with Makeup Just For Fun.
Lastly, I purchased three lip products. I got one more of the Alva cream lip stains, because I really liked the first one I bought (which I’m wearing here). This one is in the shade A106 Poppy Girl. I also picked up one of the Alva Kiss of a Fairy cream lipsticks in S102 Love Jasmine and one of the Alva Kiss of a Fairy velvet lipsticks in L203 Fig Jam. I love the packaging of the Oden’s Eye products.
I have my first ever R.E.M. Beauty haul to share with you today. I purchased some of the products from Feelunique and the rest from Sephora.
I picked up three of the Interstellar highlighters. They’re in the shades (from left to right) Miss Mercury, Miss Neptune, and Mama Earth. Miss Mercury is a champagne shade, Miss Neptune is a lavender, and Mama Earth is green. So far I really like this highlighter formula.
These are the lip products and the other cheek product I purchased. I got the Eclipse Cheek & Lip stick in Broadway Baby, the Essential Drip lip oil in Lavender Kiss, the On Your Collar matte lipstick in Wine n Dine, and two of the On Your Collar classic lipsticks in Attention and Cabernet.
Here are some close ups of all the different shades. I really like the packaging which looks kind of space and/or astronaut themed.
Lastly, I picked up two of the Midnight Shadows liquid eyeshadows and the Midnight Shadows eyeshadow gloss. The Midnight Shadows liquid eyeshadows are in the shades Fembot and Science Fair. I’m especially loving the shade Fembot.
This is my collective beauty haul from February. It’s a good mix of everything when it comes to make-up. I’m going to group the products by the store/online shop I purchased them from.
Let’s begin with the products I purchased from Zalando. I love a coloured mascara, so I was very intrigued by the Kiko Milano Smart Colour mascaras. I picked up the shades 01 (Metallic Purple), 07 (Navy Blue), and 08 (Jungle Green). The formula is very nice, and the colours are pretty.
I also purchased three of the Kiko Milano Velvet Passion matte lipsticks. I picked the shades Sapphire Green, Imperial Blu, andLight Sienna. I wore the navy blue one here.
From Maybelline I picked up another shade of the Superstay Vinyl Ink liquid lip colours, and it’s in the shade 120 Punchy. I also got two more of the Green Edition Balmy Lip Blushes, and they’re in the shades 003 Sunshine and 007 Moonlight. I love both of these lipstick formulas.
I purchased the next four products from Magasin, and I got them all 20% off. I’ve been wanting to try the Nars Light Reflecting foundation for so long, and I picked up the shade Mont Blanc, which was supposed to match my skin, but I think it’s a little dark. I can make it work though. I also picked up the Sephora Collection Color Shifter face palette in Rose Fantasy, the Fenty Beauty Fenty Icon lipstick red case plus Fenty Icon lipstick in Kissin’ Kutie, and another shade of the Rare Beauty Soft Pinch liquid blushes. It’s in the shade Encourage.
Here’s a closer look at the Sephora Collection Color Shifter face palette in Rose Fantasy. It includes a powder blush, a powder bronzer, a shimmery topper, and a cream blush.
And here’s what the Fenty Icon lipstick looks like in the beautiful red case.
These next five products are from Sephora.
I picked up another shade of the Rare Beauty Positive Light Silky Touch highlighter. It’s the pink shade called Mesmerize, and it’s stunning!
I picked up the following three lip products: Fenty Beauty Poutsicle Juicy Satin lipstick in Go Deep (70% off on sale), Fenty Beauty Mattemoiselle Plush matte lipstick in Dragon Mami (50% off on sale), and Pat McGrath Labs Lip Fetish Divinyl lip shine in Temptress (70% off on sale).
And then I got the Kayali Sweet Diamond Pink Pepper I 25 Eau de Parfum 10 ml 20% off. I love Kayali scents!
From Matas (the Danish drugstore) I picked up two more of the Clarins Instant Comfort lip oils. I got 04 Pitaya and 08 Strawberry. This is one of my favourite lip oil formulas if not my top favourite. I also purchased two Gosh Velvet Touch lip liners. They’re in the shades 001 Nougat Crisp and 002 Antique Rose, and they’re both beautiful shades.
Lastly, I finally got my hands on the Cosmic Brushes Serenity palette, and at the same time I also purchased the Cosmic Brushes Royal Rose palette.
I see why this palette is so hyped up. The colour story is stunning, and the one look I’ve created with it so far turned out beautiful.
The Royal Rose palette also looks beautiful. I haven’t played with it yet, but I’m excited to be doing so hopefully soon.
It’s the last day of spring (calendar-wise), and I’m so excited about the warmer weather we’ve been having lately. June will be my last month on maternity leave, however, in July I’m taking vacation time, and then I’m going back to work in August (or July 31 to be exact). I’ll try to really enjoy the rest of my maternity leave and the summer. But first, let’s talk about some favourites from the month of May, which are all make-up products.
Missha M Perfect Cover B.B Cream Spf 42 (shade: 21 Light Beige): When you first apply this product, it looks almost grey, but as you blend it out, they grey undetone disappears, and it just looks beautiful on the skin. It has great coverage as well.
Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Brightening Flawless Finish powder (shade: Fair/Medium): The original Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish powder is one of my absolute favourite powders, so I was very excited to try the brigthening version. It’s definitely brightening, and it looks beautiful on the undereye area.
e.l.f. Cosmetics Brow Lift: The Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Freeze is my all time favourite brow gel, but this one from e.l.f. Cosmetics is a very good alternative. They look and feel quite similar. The only difference I’ve found is that the ABH Brow Freeze keeps the hold longer, but I still really enjoy the e.l.f. Cosmetics version (which is also a lot more affordable).
Colourpop Super Shock cheeks: These are a new obsession of mine. I’ve completely fallen in love with the Super Shock cheek formulas. I love both the bronzer and blushes as well as the highlighters. I’ve worn all the colours you see in the picture plus more throughout May.
Hydrating lip tints/lip stains: I decided to put these two products as one favourite, because they’re similar in multiple ways. I’ve been loving these hydrating liquid lip products which tint the lips and leave a stain. The Rare Beauty Soft Pinch tinted lip oils are very liquidy and thin, whereas the Fenty Beauty Poutsicle hydrating lip stains are a little thicker in texture. Both products are stunning on the lips and so comfortable.
Here’s another Monki dress, but I haven’t worn this one yet. I love the pattern and all the colours, but it’s not very breastfeeding friendly.
I love coloured tights and picked up a green pair from Monki and three pairs from Calzedonia in navy, purple, and pink.
I got two pairs of Mary Jane style shoes. The purple pair is from Koi Footwear and the orange pair is from Monki. The Monki style I also own in black, white, and pink.
Lastly, I picked up some Coca-Cola Jibbitz for Crocs. So fun, right.
I have a collective Lookfantastic haul to share with you today. This haul consists of products from Natasha Denona, L’Oréal, and MAC.
I was so excited about this lip product launch from Natasha Denona since my go-to lip colour is red. These are the I Need A Rouge Lip Stylettos in Gigi and Emilia and the I Need A Rouge lip crayon in Emilia (I had already picked up the lip crayon in Gigi from Sephora). I absolutely love the formula of both the lipsticks and the lip crayons.
From Natasha Denona I also picked up the Pastel Plexi Glow highlighter and a lash guard, and from L’Oréal I got the Infaillible 24H Fresh Wear Matte bronzer in 250 Light.
Here’s a closer look at the highlighter and the bronzer. The highlighter is a golden champagne colour even though it might look more pastel, and the bronzer is such a nice matte bronzer.
Lastly, I picked up four shades of the MAC Locked Kiss Ink Lipcolours. I wore the dark purple here, and it’s called Sardonic. The yellow orange is called Yes, the pinky red is called Gossip, and the grey is called Stoic. I thought Sardonic was a bit patchy, but I loved the shade Yes. I’m excited to try the other two colours as well.
I have an Asos haul to share with you today. All of these items were on sale, and there’s a mix of clothes, accessories, and make-up. Let’s begin with clothes.
I love a good sweater vest, and I’d had my eye on this one from Asos Design Men. I love a Disney print, and I think the green and blue looks great together.
You can never go wrong with a colourful T-shirt. This one is from JJXX.
Moving on to accessories. Topshop makes great shoes and great bags, and this multicoloured holographic bag is no exception.
I love a hat even though I don’t wear them all the time. This one from Asos Design, and I have actually already worn it. I wore it here.
This might be a slightly boring purchase, but man, I’ve worn this big black hair clip from Asos Design a lot!
Let’s just talk about all the jewellery pieces at once. I thought the Halloween selection from Asos Design was fun, and they were very heavily discounted. The golden, pearly earrings from SVNX are super pretty, and the little star and moon hoops with amethysts from Kingsley Ryan has come in very handy. The simple braided silver ring is also from Kingsley Ryan.
And now let’s move on to make-up. I picked up another e.l.f. Cosmetics No Budge shadow stick, and this one is in the shade Blue Steel. I’d heard great things about the Revolution Ultra Cream Bronzer, so I picked it up in the shade Light. I’d also heard good things about the Iconic London Super Smoother Blurring Skin Tint, however, the shade I picked up, which is Warm Fair, is not a great match for me.
How stunning is this Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Beautifying face palette – Light/ Medium! I’d been wanting it for a while, so I was very happy to get it on sale.
Lastly, I got two lip products from the Valentine’s Day launch from MAC. I picked up the Lady Danger lipstick, which is a shade I’ve always wanted to try, and it is stunning. I also picked up the Glow Play lip balm in Bouncing Bloom.
I have a collective Cocopanda affordable beauty haul to share with you today. The vast majority of the products are from Catrice and NYX. Let’s begin with the Catrice stuff.
I was very excited to try the newest foundation from Catrice. It’s called the Nude Drop Tinted Serum foundation, and I got the shade 004N. So far I really like it. I also picked up the Cheek Lover marbled blush in 010 Dahlia Blossom and two of the Plump It Up Lip Boosters in 030 Illusion Of Perfection and 070 Fake It Till You Make It.
Here’s a closer look at the blush. It’s a super pretty, glowy blush.
And here’s a close up of the Plump It Up Lip Boosters in 030 Illusion Of Perfection and 070 Fake It Till You Make It; such fun shades.
The only product I purchased that is neither Catrice nor NYX is the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water, which is still my go-to make-up remover.
I got the Catrice Clean ID Transparent brow fixing gel as a free gift with my Catrice order.
Now, let’s move on to the products I purchased from NYX. I got the NYX Bare With Me Blur Tint foundation in the shade 02 Fair, which is actually a little light on me. Then I also picked up three of the Fat Oil Lip Drips and three of the Smooth Whip matte lip creams.
The Fat Oil Lip Drips are in the shades 04 Thats Chic, 05 Newsfeed, and 07 Scrollin. I haven’t worn all the shades yet, but I really like the formula.
The shades of the Smooth Whip matte lip creams are 20 Pom Pom, 19 Snuggle Sesh, and 16 Feelings. I haven’t tried any of these yet, but the colours are so fun.
