Here’s what I wore Friday November 2. I’d never thought about pairing brown and purple, but I quite like it.

Since 2014 I’ve been purchasing a couple of products from the MAC holiday collections, and this year is no exception. The collection this year is called Shiny Pretty Things, and it has shiny silver packaging. I bought two products; a face palette and a lipstick.

The Nutcracker Sweet peach face compact from the 2016 holiday collection is one of my favourite MAC products of all time. Therefore, I decided to get one of the face compacts from this year’s collection. I got the one in Fair (it also comes in Medium/Deep), and it consists of an Extra Dimension Skinfinish in the shade String Lights, an Extra Dimension blush in the shade Sweater Weather, and an Extra Dimension bronzer in the shade Five-Alarm Kiss. The Nutcracker Sweet compact didn’t include a bronzer, so I’m really happy that MAC included one in this year’s face compacts. I love the Extra Dimension formulas, and I’m really enjoying this product so far. I think it’ll be great for traveling as well.

I always get one of the lipsticks, and from this collection I chose the shade Straight Fire. It’s in a matte metallic finish, which I hadn’t tried from MAC before, but I absolutely love this lipstick. I love the finish and I love the colour. It’s a beautiful deep metallic red; perfect for the holiday season (and autumn and winter in general).

Here’s what I wore Thursday November 1. Even though Disney cartoons will always be my favourites, I can make room for a little Looney Tunes as well.

Here’s what I wore Wednesday October 31. Since it was halloween, I decided to wear my new Ghostbusters T-shirt. It’s pretty chilly outside these days, so I decided to layer the T-shirt on top of a long-sleeve roll neck top. It’s a great way of wearing graphic T-shirts during autumn/winter without covering them up.
(Trousers – Monki, roll neck top + T-shirt + hat – H&M, belt + boots – Asos)
Here’s part two of my most recent collective haul; the clothes. Well actually, it’s only tops. I’ve apparently bought a lot of tops lately and no bottoms.

This first T-shirt I actually haven’t bought myself. It was a gift from a colleague who saw it and thought of me. How incredibly thoughtful is that! I absolutely love it, and I’ve already worn it (stay tuned for an outfit post).

I love a cute or fun graphic T-shirt, and I found this Ghostbusters T-shirt at H&M a few days before halloween. I obviously decided to wear it on halloween (stay tuned for that outfit post as well).

In that incredible Monki sale I mentioned in the first part of this haul, I found five different tops, and they were all so cheap! The first one is this white T-shirt (the third white T-shirt in this haul), and this is actually a picture of the back (the front is plain). I love red and navy together, and I like the idea of having the graphic on the back of the T-shirt.

I also bought this plain purple T-shirt in the Monki sale, because I loved the colour, and if I am to wear a plain T-shirt, it should at least have a beautiful colour.

This black glittery goodness of a top (also from the Monki sale) is perfect for the upcoming party season.

This mesh top is so much fun. Just look at that pattern and colours! I wore this last Saturday when I went out for dinner and drinks with my cousin, and I wore a pink cami on top (I took pictures of that outfit too). I think this is going to be a great layering piece.

This sweatshirt is not from Monki. It’s from Bershka, and I’ve been wanting this sweatshirt since I first saw it on Bershka’s website. I love the iconic Farrah Fawcett picture, and of course I’ve worn this with flared jeans and my Nike Cortez sneakers.

This jumper is not from the Monki sale either. This is just a burgundy jumper from H&M that I saw, tried on, and bought, just because I love jumpers.

The last jumper is from the Monki sale though. I have the same style of jumper in grey, and I love that grey jumper, so I got it in this gorgeous plum colour as well.

Here’s what I wore Tuesday October 30. I actually don’t wear dresses very often, but this denim one is perfect for this time of year. It definitely has a ’70s vibe to it, and it reminds me of something Jackie Burkhart would wear on That ’70s Show, which I really don’t mind.

Here’s what I wore Monday October 29. This outfit is so colourful and fun, and I love it! The rainbow jumper is incredible; especially paired with the blue glitter boots, I showed you in yestersdays haul. And the Mickey Mouse jeans just fit so well.

I’ve been doing some shopping lately, both online and in physical stores, and since I’ve collected a good amount of things, I thought I would do a two-part haul; one for the shoes and accessories and one for the clothes. Let’s start with shoes and accessories.

I’ve been wanting a pair of snake print boots for so many years, and now that snake print is a big trend again, there are so many options when it comes to snake print boots. I wanted a pair perfect for everyday use, and these ones from New Look are just that. I love the beige and black colours, and they are so comfortable to wear. They also come in an all black version that I’m considering getting as well.

A couple of weeks ago, when my sister was visiting, we went shopping and found that one of the Monki stores in my town where about to move location, so the whole store was 50 % off. Some of the items were even further recuced in price, among others these blue glitter sock boots that I’ve been wanting since the hit the stores a while back. They’re are in a similar style to these checked boots that I’m obsessed with, and they’re just as comfortable.

The third pair of shoes I’ve bought lately are these beauties from & Other Stories. I felt like I missed a pair of simple, black heels for special occations, and these are so comfortable because of the block heel. And how pretty are those buckles! Oh, and they were on sale too.

It’s getting quite cold outside, so it’s time for hats, gloves, and scarfs. I found this purple beanie in the Monki sale, and I’ve already worn it several times.

Lastly, I’ve purchased some earrings from the UK webshop Lisa Angel. I obviously couldn’t resist the little blue stegosaurus earrings. How cute are they! And I also thought the dainty earcuff was really pretty.

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. Who doesn’t like a bit of glitter on the eyes and a dark lip. I sure do!

Here’s what I wore Tuesday October 23. I love this outfit! If I could only wear one type of outfit throughout the autumn months, it would be something like this. I love stripes, I love corduroy, and I love a cute pair of boots.
(Overalls + top + boots – Monki)
