Collective Black Friday haul (November 2024)

I have a collective Black Friday haul to share with you today. The haul includes a mix of everything from beauty to clothes, shoes, and accessories.

From Jolie Beauty I picked up the Spellbound palette, the Moonchild highlighter palette, and the multichrome lipgloss in Ethereal. I got 15% off all products. I’m wearing all three products here, and I think the look turned out so fun.

Let’s move on to the other random make-up bits, I purchased during the Black Friday sales. I got a back-up of my favourite concealer, the Huda Beauty #FAUXFILTER Luminous Matte liquid concealer (shade: 1.3G Marshmellow), and a back-up of one of my favourite foundations/skin tints, the Rare Beauty Positive Light tinted moisturizer (shade: 14W). I also wanted to try out the Huda Beauty Easy Blur natural airbrush foundation, and I got the shade 110N Angel Food, which I think is sadly a little to light for me.

From Makeup By Mario I bought the Soft Sculpt shaping stick in Light, the Mario Soft Pop blush stick in Watermelon, and the Soft Pop plumping blush veil in Perfect Pink, because I’ve been wanting to try out more products from the brand.

The last make-up products I purchased were the Benefit Cosmetics Plushtint moisturizing matte lip tint in 20 Red Velvet, the Haus Labs PhD Hybrid lip glaze plumping lip gloss in Persimmon, and a back-up of the MAC Extended Play Gigablack Lash, which I love to use on my lower lashes.

From Asos I picked up the e.l.f. Cosmetics Squeeze Me More lip balm duo in Mango and Watermelon and a big, red, tartan scrunchie from the brand DesignB London.

You know I love colourful tights, so I got a blue pair and a green pair from Sneaky Fox.

I don’t wear a lot of black, but I thought this beaded zebra print bag form Topshop was really cute.

I bought two pairs of shoes in the Asos sale; the floral, sheer sling-backs are from River Island and the black mules with the flowers are from Asos Design.

Lastly, I picked up two pretty dresses. The orange checkered one is from the brand Stella Nova, and the floral one is by Danish designer Stine Goya. I think I might wear the floral one for a wedding next month.

Dark and vampy

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I had a lot of fun creating this dark, vampy make-up look now that my outfit was in a darker colour scheme.

Warm eyes and dark purple lips

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I had to do an warm toned eye look to match the browns and oranges of my outfit, and the dress has some dark purple in the pattern, so I thought a dark purple lip would pair well with the look.

Glam Shop Black Friday haul (November 2024)

I have a Glam Shop haul to share with you today. Glam Shop is a Polish indie brand that makes really beautiful eyeshadows. I picked up some palettes and some cheek and lip products during their Black Friday sale.

This is the Santorini palette. I really like the mix of neutrals and jewel tones in this palette, and I created this beautiful eye look with it.

The Multikolor palette has some beautiful pastels and iridescent shades, which I used to create this look.

The Zlota Era palette is another super pretty palette. I’ve done a warm, rusty look with this palette.

The last palette I picked up was the Z Fioletem palette, and I also got a couple of other products from this collection. I’ve worn a purple and brown look that I did with this palette.

The other two products I got from the Z Fioletem collection was the bronzer in Chocolate and the highlighter in Mist, and these were very nice, and somewhere in between a cream and a powder formula.

For cheeks I also bought the Kwiat Paproci illuminating blush in Myths and the Kwiat Paproci highlighter in Aurora.

I was a bit disappointed in the Valentine’s Day Sparkler eyeshadows in Cukierek and Szal. The packaging is adorable, but I don’t think the quality was up to par with the shimmer shadows in their palettes.

Lastly, I picked up two shimmering lipsticks in Bling and Fetish. I’m not sure how I feel about them yet.

The risk of baking

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. As you can see, I took these pictures before I put the rest of my birthday celebration outfit on. I was baking a cake, so I didn’t want to risk getting anything on my dress.

(Base: primer – e.l.f Cosmetics Power Grip primer + 4% Niacinamide, foundation – Rare Beauty Positive Light tinted moisturizer (shade: 14W), concealers – e.l.f. Cosmetics Putty Color-Correcting Eye Brightener (shade: Fair) + Huda Beauty #FAUXFILTER Luminous Matte liquid concealer (shade: 1.3G Marshmellow), powders – Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder Tone Up in Rose + e.l.f. Cosmetics Halo Glow setting powder in Light. Face make-up: bronzer – Makeup By Mario SoftSculpt serum bronzer in Fair, blush – Cosmic Brushes Blush Butter in Got Chills, highlighter – Colourpop Liquid Hi-Lite dewy liquid highlighter in Pink Pony. Eye make-up: base – GlossGods Cosmetics That Base! Crease Killer eyeshadow base, eyeshadows – Cosmic Brushes Sinister palette (shades: Bone + Fear + Creepy + Ominous + Haunted + Shiver + Eerie), mascaras – MAC Extended Play Gigablack Lash mascara + Blend Bunny Cosmetics Omni Lash lash perfecting mascara, eyeliner – MAC Colour Excess Gel pencil eye liner in Lav-It. Eyebrows: MAC Shape + Shade brow tint in Taupe + e.l.f. Cosmetics Brow Lift. Lips: MAC Brick-O-La lip pencil + Maybelline Superstay Teddy Tint lipstick in 30 Coquettish)

Birthday bows

Here’s what I wore Saturday February 1. We had my boyfriend’s family over to celebrate his birthday in January, and I thought this bow look was perfect for a birthday celebration.

(Dress – Monki, belt + tights – Asos Design, heels – ALDO x Wicked)
