Collective clothing haul – including Black Friday (November)

I have a collective clothing (and accessories) haul to share with you today. Some of the items were purchased in Black Friday sales. Let’s begin with the items I purchased from H&M.

I had to go out and buy a new pair of jeans after I gave birth in October, since I couldn’t (and still can’t) fit my trousers from before I was pregnant. I picked up this pair, which is described as 90’s baggy jeans. I’ve worn them so much, but they’re already a little big on me, but that’s okay; I’ll keep them for a potential future pregnancy:)

Here’s another pair of trousers that I’ve also worn a ton. They’re so comfy.

I know this matching velvet tracksuit is very 2000’s, but as I mostly wear comfy clothes these days, I thought I would purchase it and see if I liked it, and I do.

How cute is this Bambi sweatshirt?! I love swearshirts and I love a Disney print, so I had to pick this one up.

Here’s another cute Disney piece. I love an oversized T-shirt, and I love pink, so this is a very cute T-shirt to me.

These nursing tops from H&M MAMA are a stable in my wardrobe right now, so when the white and black duo was back in stock in my size, I immediately picked them up.

Now let’s move on to the pieces I got from Monki.

Ever since I first saw pictures of these blazers, I knew I had to add them to my wardrobe. I have this style of blazer from Monki in several different prints and colours, and these two could very well become new favourites. I’m obsessed with the colour combos of both.

I love this style of pleated flared trousers (I’ve worn my blue floral ones to death), so when I found these two pairs on sale, it was meant to be.

The last item in this haul is this set of food themed Jibbitz that I purchased on sale. I’ve added them to my purple classic Crocs, which are almost filled up with fun Jibbitz now.

Pink, purple, and sparkle

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I often go for pinks and purples for my New Year’s Eve make-up looks. And lots of sparkle too.

New Year’s Eve dress repeat

Here’s what I wore on New Year’s Eve. The pictures are not the best, but my boyfriend rarely takes my pictures:) The dress is two years old. I purchased and wore it on New Year’s Eve two years ago, and I thought it was perfect for New Year’s Eve 2022, because it’s a wrap dress, which is my go-to style at the moment since it’s breastfeeding friendly.

(Top – H&M MAMA, dress + tights + heels – Monki)

Christmas party look

Here’s the make-up I wore Monday December 26. We were having a family Christmas party at my parents’ house that day. I wanted to take pictures of my outfit as well, but I didn’t have the time (a little human needed me more), but I managed to take these pictures of my make-up look, which I think turned out quite pretty and festive.

Asos haul – including Black Friday

I have an Asos haul to share with you today. It’s a collective haul including things I purchased in the Black Friday sale.

The only clothing item I purchased was this pair of purple velvet joggers from Topshop. I wore them earlier this week, and they’re so comfortable; perfect to wear at home, when you’re on maternity leave.

I picked up two pairs of shoes. The blue boots are from Topshop as well, and I love them. I’ve already worn them several times, and they’re really comfy. They’re pretty much the perfect everyday boots. The pink metallic chunky Mary Janes are from Asos Design, and they’re so cute. I love a fun, chunky, yet comfy pair of shoes.

I also bought some earrings. All of these are from Asos design, and I just thought they were cute.

Let’s move on the make-up. These first four products are all from NYX. I picked up another Ultimate eye paint. This one is in the shade Calling All Allies, and it’s a pretty periwinkle shade. I also got two more Ultimate Glow Shots liquid eyeshadows. They’re in the shades 01 Blueberry Baller and 02 Kiwi Killa. The last NYX product I decided to try is the Smooth Whip matte lip cream in the shade Pillow Fight.

I’ve been wanting to try the e.l.f Cosmetics Power Grip primer for quite a while, and when I saw that it was back in stock on Asos’ website, I immediately put it in my basket. It’s a very effective gripping primer, and I do really like it so far.

Speaking of primers, I’m so glad I picked up the Huda Beauty Glowish Blur Jam silicone-free smoothing primer, because it’s been one of my go-to primers ever since I tried it for the first time. It’s has a very unique, smooth texture, and I love that it feels cooling on the skin.

For once, I purchased a couple of Benefit holiday sets/products. This is the Benefit Blush ‘n Brush Delivery set, which comes with a mini blush in the shade Terra Spark and a brush. How cute is that blush with the little reindeer ‘stamp’.

I also got the other holiday cheek palette from Benefit (I included the other one in this haul). This one is called the Cheek Party Package palette, and it includes two blushes, Shellie and Dandelion, and the Dandelion Twinkle highlighter. It’s just so pretty and super wearable.

The last few products in this haul are from Charlotte Tilbury. This is the Superstar Glow Mini Beauty Light Wand Duo, which comes with the Spotlight highlighter and the Pinkgasm blush. I’m really excited to try these.

And last, but most certainly not least, the Charlotte Tilbury Hypnotising Pop Shots eyeshadow in Cosmic Rocks. This is an expensive eyeshadow, but it’s oh so stunning, and I’m glad to have it in my collection.

Two Christmas palettes

Here’s the make-up I wore with my Christmas Eve outfit. I brought my two Oden’s Eye Christmas palettes, the Christmas Eve palette and the Merry Christmas palette, with me when I visited my family during the holidays and created some fun looks combining the two palettes.

(Base: primer – Huda Beauty Glowish Blur Jam silicone-free smoothing primer + e.l.f. Cosmetics Halo Glow Liquid Filter (shade: 1 Fair), foundation – L’Oreal Infaillible 24H Fresh Wear foundation (shade: 015 Porcelain), concealers – Sigma Beauty Spectrum Color-Correcting Duo in Light to Medium + Huda Beauty #FAUXFILTER Luminous Matte liquid concealer (shade: 1.3G Marshmellow), powders – Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder Tone Up in Rose + Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish powder (shade: 1 Fair). Face make-up: bronzer – Rare Beauty Warm Wishes Effortless bronzer in Power Boost, blusher – Fenty Beauty Double Cheek’d Up cream blush duo (shade: Mali’booze), highlighter – Natasha Denona My Dream cheek trio (shade: Glow Cream Base). Eye make-up: base – MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Painterly, eyeshadows – Oden’s Eye Christmas Eve palette (shade: Just Now) + Oden’s Eye Merry Christmas palette (shades: Jingle Bell + Snow Man) + MAC Nylon eyeshadow, mascara – Maybelline Lash Sensational Sky High mascara Cosmic Black, eyeliner – Oden’s Eye Solmåne II gel liner in 006 Green Tea. Eyebrows: Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Freeze + Maybelline Brow Ultra Slim pencil in Medium Brown. Lips: Essence Stay 8h lipliner in 08 Passionate + Maybelline Superstay Vinyl Ink in 25 Red-Hot)

Christmassy gold

Here’s the make-up I wore Thursday December 22. Besides green, gold is one of the most festive colours for a christmassy eye look in my opinion.

(Base: primer – e.l.f. Cosmetics Jelly Pop dew primer, foundation – e.l.f. Cosmetics Camo CC Cream (shade: Fair 120N), concealers – Fenty Beauty Bright Fix Eye Brightener (shade: Golden Ivory) + Rimmel The Multi-Tasker concealer (shade: 020 Fair), powder – Sigma Beauty Soft Focus setting powder in Vanilla Bean. Face make-up: bronzer – Physicians Formula Butter Donut bronzer in Sprinkles, blusher – Kokie Cosmetics Soft Gradient blush in Tease, highlighter – Essence X-mas highlighter (advent calendar 2022). Eye make-up: eyeshadows – e.l.f. Cosmetics No Budge matte shadow stick in Vintage Suede + Revolution The Grinch x Revolution Don’t Give A Grinch liquid eyeshadow (shade: Max) + NYX Ultimate Glow Shots (shade: 03 Come Thru Coconut), mascara – Maybelline Lash Sensational Sky High mascara Cosmic Black, eyeliner – MAC Powersurge eye kohl. Eyebrows: Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Freeze + Soda #browpurrfection Ultra Thin Brow Liner in 003 Kim. Lips: Revolution Pro X Marilyn Monroe lip liner in Marilyn Red + Pat McGrath Labs BlitzTrance lipstick in Blood Rush)

MAC x Black Panther: Wakanda Forever collection

You probably know by now that I love MAC Cosmetics, and I’m also a huge Marvel fan, so I obviously had to pick up some products from the MAC x Black Panther: Wakanda Forever collection. I haven’t watched the film yet, but I will when it releases on Disney+. I have used most of these products though, so let’s take a closer look at them.

It’s not that often that I pick up eyeshadow palettes from MAC collections, but this palette called Eye Shadow X 8: Marvel Studios’ Black Panther Collection By M·A·C had an interesting colour scheme. I don’t think all shades are created equal (at least not the shades I’ve tried), but it’s not a bad palette.

I absolutely had to pick up one of the Extra Dimension Skinfinishes. I mean, just look at it! I bought the lightest shade called Royal Challenge, which is described as a warm gold with rose flecks, and even though it looks a little dark for light skin, I can make it work with a light hand.

I purchased two of the lip products from the collection. Both are purple shades, which is no surprise if you know me. I got a Love Me liquid lipcolour in Wakanda Forever and a lipstick in Wakandan Sunset.

These products are obviously not from the Black Panther collection, but I got this Take Care Skin Trio as a free gift with purchase. The trio includes a Gently Off eye and lip makeup remover, a Fix+ Magic Radiance, and a lip conditioner. I’ve already used the lip conditioner so much, and I really like it.
