Here’s what I wore Friday March 26. There’s something very satisfying about wearing a one-colour outfit. Even more so when all the clothing pieces are from the same brand.

It’s already time for another Beauty Bay haul, and I have quite a few more waiting to be posted. The products in this haul was purchased in mid-late March.

Most of the products in this haul are from BH Cosmetics, which is a brand that I’m obsessed with at the moment. The quality of their eyeshadows and blushers and highlighters is amazing! I purchased the eyeshadow palette and the blush palette from the Flower Power collection. I love the shades in both palettes, and the packaging and names are so cute.

I’ve been wanting the Avocado Toast palette ever since I purchased the Blueberry Muffin palette, so I had to get it this time around, and the quality and colour selection in this palette is incredible too.

The last BH Cosmetics eyeshadow palette I bought this time around was the Drop Dead Gorgeous Full-On Crazy palette. I think I’ve only done one look with this palette so far, but I remember it to be very pretty.

I also decided to get the Aprés in Aspen highlighter palette from BH Cosmetics. I love a coloured highlighter with certain looks, and I thought this selection of shades was so pretty. I’ve already used this palette quite a bit.

The last thing I got from from BH Cosmetics is the Take Me Back To Brazil brush set, which contains 10 brushes, and BH Cosmetics makes great, affordable brushes and they come in all different kinds of sets.

The last two items in this haul are from Jeffree Star Cosmetics, and I got them on sale. I got the Magic Star setting powder in the shade Lavender, which is a very nice brightening powder; great for setting the undereye area. And then I also got another Velour lip liner in Prom Night, which is Jeffree Star’s classic hot pink shade.

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I’m pretty sure it was the first time I wore the BH Cosmetics Lost In Los Angeles palette, and it’s such a great pastel palette. The pastel shades actually show up on the skin without being too bright.

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. It was the third day in a row that I wore a Natasha Denona Mini palette. This time around I wore the Mini Nude palette, and the quality of this one is incredible too.

Here’s what I wore Wednesday March 24. I’ve been neglecting my overalls this past spring, so I thought I would create an outfit around these rust coloured denim ones, and the brown second hand printed shirt seemed like the perfect item to pair with them.

I have another Lyko haul to share with you today.

I got an eyeshadow quad and two liquid eyeshadows from e.l.f. and a mascara from L’Oréal.

I got one more of the e.l.f. Bitesize eyeshadows. This one is called Carnival Candy, and it consists of three neutral mattes and one metallic royal blue shade.

I also picked up two more Glitter Melt liquid eyeshadows. These are in the shades Ocean Eyes and Dirty Martini.

The L’Oréal Lash Paradise/Paradise Extactic is on of my favourite mascaras, and I thought that it would be fun to try it in this brown shade called Sandalwood Wonder.

I also picked up a few items from Catrice.

The first Catrice product I decided to try was the Camouflage Cream concealer. I got the shade 010 Ivory, which is a good match for me. I haven’t used it that many times yet, but so far I like it.

The Catrice 5 In A Box Mini eyeshadow palettes are very obviously inspired by the Natasha Denona Mini palettes, but there’s a huge difference in quality. I picked up the 040 Modern Smokey Look palette, and I was very disappointed with the quality. The darker shades especially were very dusty, patchy and not that easy to blend, so I don’t see myself picking up any more of these 5 In A Box Mini eyeshadow palettes from Catrice.

The other palette I bought from Catrice is the Pro Lavender Breeze Slim eyeshadow palette in 010 Sea Of Blossoms. I’ve only used this palette once so far, and my first impression is that it’s definitely better than the 5 In A Box Mini eyeshadow palette, but I also found that the shades are very light and maybe not the most pigmented. I need to use it bit more though before I can form a proper opinion on this palette.

Lastly, I got a few things from Essence. I got the Essence Hello, Good Stuff! Tinted Beauty Cream in 10 Light, which is definitely not light if you ask me. It’s was too dark on me, even though it’s a more sheer product, so I don’t think I’ll be getting much use out of this product. The nail polish, however, I’ve already used a lot, and I love the colour. It’s in the shade 74 Lilac Vibes. I also really like the Essence brushes. In this haul, I picked up the eyeshadow brush and the eye blender brush.

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I wore another Natasha Denona Mini palette that day, the Mini Tropic palette, which is the brightest, most colourful mini palette that I own (and that exist I think). I used all five shades in the palette, and they all look so good together.
(Base: primer – Essence Prime+ Studio Hydrating + Skin Refreshing primer, foundation – Maybelline Dream Urban Cover foundation (shade: 100 Warm Ivory), concealer – L’Oréal Infaillible More Than Concealer (shade: 322 Ivory), powders – Hourglass Ambient Lighting Ethereal Edit palette (shade: Etherial Light) + Rimmel Clear Complexion Clarifying powder in 021 Transparent. Face make-up: bronzer – MAC Radiant Matte bronzing powder (shade: Beige-ing Beauty), blusher – MAC Extra Dimension blush in Look, Don’t Touch!, highlighter – Soda #babygethigher Pressed Highlighter in 102. Eye make-up: base – MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Painterly, eyeshadows – Essence eyeshadow in 05 Granny Pants + Natasha Denona Mini Tropic palette (shades: Laguna + Tiger Lily + Exotic + Mint Frost + Zena) + MAC Nylon eyeshadow, mascara – Maybelline Lash Sensational Sky High mascara, eyeliner – LA Girl Shockwave Neon Liner (shade: Electric). Eyebrows: Maybelline Brow Ultra Slim pencil in Medium Brown + MAC Brow Set in Clear. Lips: MAC Fruit Cocktail lip pencil + MAC Sugar Sweet Cameo lipstick + Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb in Taffy Tea$e)

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I decided to go with darker purples for my make-up look, because I really wanted to wear my Natasha Denona Mini Love palette. I think the look turned out really pretty.
(Base: primer – NYX The Marshmellow Primer, foundation – Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless foundation (shade: 110 Porcelain), concealers – e.l.f. 16HR Camo matte concealers (shades: Light Sand + Fair Warm), powders – e.l.f.
