Sickly sweet pastels

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I love a pastel eye look, and the Blend Bunny Cosmetics Sickly Sweet palette (which I haven’t hauled yet) could easily become my new favourite pastel palette.

First of 2024

Here’s what I wore Thursday January 4. These are the first outfit (and make-up) pictures I took in the new year. I think I needed to wear something very different from my Christmassy looks, so I went with pastels.

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I wanted to try out a some of the MAC Bizarre Blizzard holiday 2023 products that had launched around that time, therefore the icy blue eyes and red lips.

Last of 2023

Here’s what I wore Wednesday November 11. This is my last look from November before I started wearing Christmassy looks, and since I’ve posted all of those, my 2024 looks will be up next.

Zalando sale haul (September 2023)

I have a Zalando sale haul to share with you today. It includes a mix of everything.

I already own this type of dress from Monki in another pattern, but it’s just such a comfortable dress to wear in the summer.

These pastel Jeffrey Campbell loafers were a bit of a splurge, but I’d been eyeing them for so long, and I got a Zalando gift card for my birthday last year, so I decided to finally get them. I’m wearing them here and here.

You know I love Crocs, and I love to accessorise them with fun Jibbitz, so I picked up these three 5-packs in the sale.

The only thing I picked up from the Revolution x Grease collection was the It’s The Word shadow palette. I really like the colour story, and it actually performed quite well. I’m wearing it here.

BH Cosmetics is sadly not the great brand that it used to be, but I still decided to try out a couple of their newer products; the Summer Heat cream bronzer in Light and the Juicy Gossip lip oil in Mango. Both products are nice, but not my absolute favourites.

Bright green shimmer

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. There’s something so pretty and eye-catching about a bright green shimmer eyeshadow.

Eyebrows: Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Freeze + Maybelline Brow Ultra Slim pencil in Medium Brown. Lips: Anastasia Beverly Hills Lip Liner in Mocha + MAC Dulce De Hooray! lipstick)

Wear hats

Here’s what I wore Monday November 6. I’ve said it more than once before, but I need to wear hats more often.

(Hat – Stradivarius, roll neck top + crochet top + jeans – H&M, belt – Glamorous, loafers – Asos Design)

Make-up go-tos

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. Purple eyes and red lips are definitely some of my make-up go-tos.

Pink, red, purple

Here’s what I wore Thursday November 2. You know I love pink and red together, but adding pops of purple makes the look even more fun.

Collective haul (September 2023)

I have a collective haul to share with you today. It mostly consists of make-up, but there’s also one clothing item and one piece of jewellery in the mix.

I love a good roll neck top and this one from Monki is just so cute and a perfect layering piece.

This “bolo tie” necklace is from Reclaimed Vintage. I got it 20% off from Asos, and I thought it was cute.

Let’s move on to make-up, and let’s begin with this little mix of products. I picked up a lighter shade in the Nars Light Reflecting foundation. It’s in the shade Oslo, and it might actually be a little light on me, so when I wear this foundation I mix it with the other shade I own, Mont Blanc. The other foundation I purchased is the KVD Beauty Good Apple Skin-Perfecting foundation balm in Light 006. I’ve been wanting to try this foundation ever since it launched, and this shade Light 006 is a great match. I really enjoy this foundation. I think I might have had the Catrice True Skin High Cover concealer in my collection before, but decided to try it out again. I got the shade 002 Neutral Ivory, and I think I like it. I mainly picked up the Lottie London Bubble Tea primer for the gimic. And I know I like the Huda Beauty Cheeky Tint blush sticks, so I got another shade. It’s called Rebel Red, and it looks very pretty.

I don’t wear a lot of neutral eyeshadows, but I love the Natasha Denona eyeshadow formulas, so I caved and bought the I Need A Nude palette. For a neutral palette this is very pretty. I’m wearing it here.

Last, but most certainly not least, I obviously had to have the Oden’s Eye x Angelica Helaween collab palettes. I love Oden’s Eye eyeshadows and Angelica Nyqvist is one of my favourite content creators, and she’s all about colourful eyeshadow, so these palettes are right up my street. The first palette is called Little Ghost and the second one is called Trick Or Treat. I’m wearing Little Ghost on it’s own here and both palettes in combination with each other here.
