Fighter

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I’m very impressed by the Fantasy Cosmetica eyeshadow formulas, and the Fighter palette is such a cool neutral palette; I love the mixed metals vibes.

GlossGods Cosmetics palette sale haul (May 2024)

GlossGods Cosmetics is a great Swedish indie brand, and they had a sale back in May, which I decided to take advantage of. I picked up five beautiful palettes.

The Let’s Get Nude was their newest palette at the time. I would call this a neutral palette with a twist, and I really like the first look I created with it.

I didn’t own any of their “First Gal on…” palettes, so I picked up all four. The First Gal on Venus palette came in a discounted set with the Let’s Get Nude palette. This palette has such a beautiful warm and fiery colour story.

If you love cool-toned eyeshadows the First Gal on Jupiter palette is for you. This palette has some intense and beautiful shimmers.

The last two palettes are all special shimmer palettes. This one is the First Gal on Mars palette, which includes some beautiful pinks, purples, and warmer tones.

And this very last one is the First Gal on the Moon palette, which includes all of the blues and greens. Another beautiful palette.

Dead roses

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I’m wearing the Bellabeautébar Dead Roses palette on my eyes, and I think the look turned out so pretty.

(Base: primer – e.l.f. Cosmetics Liquid Poreless Putty primer, foundation – L’Oréal Paris True Match Nude plumping tinted serum (shade: 0,5-2 Very Light), concealers – Smashbox x Becca Under Eye Brightening Corrector in Fair/Light + Huda Beauty #FAUXFILTER Luminous Matte liquid concealer (shade: 1.3G Marshmellow), powders – Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder Tone Up in Rose + e.l.f. Pink and red perfection

Here’s what I wore Wednesday June 12. I think this was the first time I wore my pink and red Nike Cortez sneakers, and I think they went perfectly with the outfit.

(Dress – Glamorous, top – H&M, tights – Calzedonia, sneakers – Nike)

Great time savers

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. Like the day before I had to do another quicker make-up look, and Colourpop Super Shock shadows are great for when you need to save time on doing your eye make-up.

Zalando sale haul (May 2024)

I have a Zalando sale haul to share with you today. The haul includes a lot of shoes and a few make-up bits.

Yes, I’ve added yet another pair of Nike Cortez sneakers to my shoe collection. Nike has just released so many good colour ways of the Cortez sneakers this past year or so.

I bought my first pair of Jeffrey Campbell shoes about a year ago, and I’ve since falling in love with the brand. These are the Akita lace up boots, and I can’t wait to wear them this upcoming autumn and winter.

Did I really need these white Jeffrey Campbell Litas with silver flames? Maybe not, but I think a small Jeffrey Campbell obsession is forming.

These shoes are from the brand Lamoda, which has a lot of fun shoes as well. I actually really like a platform flat (if you can call it that), and I love a pop of red in an outfit.

The Crocs obsession is well and thriving:) I got my first pair of Siren Crocs during Black Friday last year, and I’ve been on the look-out for more colours since. This bone colour is very neutral for what I usually wear, but because it’s such a statement shoe, I thought the light, neutral colour would work well with a lot of looks.

However, I also picked up this crazy, colourful Hello Kitty pair, because how could I not?! I love the glitter, the bows and the Hello Kitty jibbitz. They’re just so fun and cute.

And now we move on to the make-up bits. This is the MAC Teddy Takeover eye & face palette: Light. It’s from the Teddy inspired collection they did earlier in the year, and even though it’s a very neutral little palette, I wanted to try it out, since I haven’t tried a palette of this format from MAC before.

The last thing I picked up is the Bobbi Brown Sheer Finish pressed powder in Soft Porcelain, which I featured in my 5 favourites post for June, so as you can imagine I really enjoy this powder. The packaging is stunning as well.
