Here’s the make-up I wore Monday September 4. The eye look consists of only cream and jelly eyeshadows, and I’m pretty impressed with how it turned out. The lip is just a bit of fun.

I have a Beauty Bay haul to share with you today. These are products I purchased back in May of this year.
I picked up three liquid eyeshadows. I got two more of the Jeffree Star Cosmetics Liquid Star Shadows. They’re in the shades Pink Tablet and Manifest, and they were both on sale. I also decided to pick up the about-face Fractal Glitter Eye Paint in Smolder to try out the formula.
Here’s a little mix of different products I bought. I got the MAC Skinfinish Sunstruck Radiant bronzer in Radiant Light Rosy, and I like this one just as much as the matte version. I also got the e.l.f. Cosmetics Luminous Putty bronzer in Summer Fridays, which I also like a lot. From e.l.f. Cosmetics I also picked up the Camo colour corrector in Yellow, and from Revolution Pro I bought the Hydra Bright cream blush in Peach.
Let’s end this haul with lip products. I got five shades of the e.l.f. Cosmetics O Face satin lipsticks, and I really like the packaging, colour selection, and formula. I chose the shades (from left to right): All Night, Me, Myself and I, Loud AF, Effortless, and Pleased.
Lastly, I purchased two more shades of the about-face Cherry Pick lip color butters. They’re called Cherry Good and Watermelon Take.
Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. A rather simple red and pink look is actually quite pretty.
(Base: primer – e.l.f. Cosmetics Liquid Poreless Putty primer, foundation – L’Oréal Paris True Match Nude plumping tinted serum (shade: 0,5-2 Very Light), concealers – Sigma Beauty Spectrum Color-Correcting Duo in Light to Medium + Huda Beauty #FAUXFILTER Luminous Matte liquid concealer (shade: 1.3G Marshmellow), powders – Huda Beauty Easy Bake powders (shades: Cherry Blossom Cake + Sugar Cookie), freckles – KimChi Chic Candy Girl Fake Freckles in Afternoon in The Flower Field. Eyebrows: e.l.f. Cosmetics Brow Lift + Maybelline Brow Ultra Slim pencil in Medium Brown. I have a Sephora haul to share with you today. It includes a good mix of products, so let’s get started.
Before this haul, I think I owned one Pat McGrath Labs palette, but now I own three:) I’d been wanting to try one of her big holiday palettes, and the MTHRSHP MEGA: Celestial Nirvana eyeshadow palette from last holiday season finally became available on Sephora Scandinavia, so I picked it up right away. I love the mix of neutrals and colourful shades, and I did this colourful look with it.
This is another Pat McGrath Labs palette that has been on my wishlist for a while. It’s the Mothership VI Midnight Sun palette, and it was 20% off, but then I got an extra 20% off, so it was definitely a sign for me to pick it up. I’m wearing the palette on my eyes here.
The packaging on this Fenty Beauty summer collection is so stunning to me. I think the Fenty Icon lipstick formula is really nice, so I picked up the shade Nosy Rosy together with the Fenty Icon Summatime Edition lipstick case. And I love the Poutsicle hydrating lip stains, so I had to get one of the new shades. I went with Fuchsia Wife. The only product I hadn’t tried before was the Match Stix color adaptive cheek and it’s in the shade Strawberry Pop. It’s really pretty too.
Here’s a mix of different products I also picked up. I love the Rare Beauty Soft Pinch tinted lip oils and picked up another shade (Happy). From Rare Beauty I also (finally) got my hands on the Positive Light under eye brightener in Light. From R.E.M. Beauty I bought the On Your Collar liquid lipstick in Doll Face, because I thought it looked pretty. And lastly, I purchased the Benefit Hoola & WANDERful World face palette in Hoola Secret Oasis, which includes Hoola Light and Willa; two Benefit cheek shades I didn’t own already.
The last two products I bought (I also got a gift with purchase) are these two scents. I’ve said it before, but I love KAYALI perfumes, and the Yum Pistachio Gelato|33 Eau de Parfum really is yummy. I also decided to get the Solinotes Vanille Eau de Parfum, because I love vanilla scents. It was on sale too.
My gift with purchase included these 9 skincare and make-up products. I love trying out new products this way.
Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I used another Unearthly Cosmetics palette for this eye look, and once again I was very happy with the result.
(Base: primer – e.l.f. Cosmetics Liquid Poreless Putty primer, foundation – Clinique Even Better Clinical serum foundation SPF 20 (shade: WN 01 Flax), concealer – Clinique Even Better All Over concealer + eraser (shade: WN 01 Flax), powder – Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder Ultra-Blur in Translucent. Face make-up: bronzer – Fenty Beauty Sun Stalk’r Instant Warmth bronzer (shade: Inda Sun), blusher – Colourpop High School Musical pressed powder blush in Playoffs, highlighter – Rare Beauty Positive Light Silky Touch highlighter in Enlighten. Eye make-up: base – MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Painterly, eyeshadows – Essence eyeshadow in 05 Granny Pants + Unearthly Cosmetics Dead of Night palette (shades Gloom + Bedtime + Dead of Night + Nightfall) + Colourpop Super Shock shadow in Tassel, mascaras – Kiko Milano Smart Colour mascara in 07 Navy Blue + Rare Beauty Perfect Strokes universal volumizing mascara, eyeliner – Marc Jacobs Fineliner Ultra-Skinny Gel Eye Crayon (shade: Steel(etto)). Eyebrows: e.l.f. Cosmetics Brow Lift + Maybelline Brow Ultra Slim pencil in Medium Brown. Lips: Natasha Denona I Need A Rouge lip crayon in Emilia + Natasha Denona I Need A Rouge Lip Styletto in Emilia)
Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I tend to go for a colourful eye look, however, every time I wear a neutral eye look, I do really like how it looks. Especially paired with any red lip.
(Base: primer – Catrice The Vitamin C Fresh Glow primer, foundation – Missha M Perfect Cover B.B Cream Spf 42 (shade: 21 Light Beige), concealers – Smashbox x Becca Under Eye Brightening Corrector in Fair/Light + NYX Bare With Me concealer serum (shade: 02 Light), powders – Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder Ultra-Blur in Translucent + Hourglass Ambient Lighting powder in Dim Light. Face make-up: bronzer – The Balm Take Home The Bronze bronzer in Oliver, blusher – Colourpop Alice in Wonderland pressed powder blush in Silence!, highlighter – Catrice Glowlights highlighter in 010 Rosy Nude. I have a collective beauty haul to share with you today. It’s going to be a mix of drugstore, high end, and Indie products.
Let’s kick things off with some products I purchased from Lookfantastic. I picked up the viral L’Oréal Telescopic Lift mascara, which I don’t like and have already decluttered. It transferred a lot me. I love the Urban Decay Moondust eyeshadow in Space Cowboy though, which is a product I’d been wanting to try for a long time. I also bought the Natasha Denona Hy-Glam concealer in the shade RN1, which is sadly a little light on me, but the formula is lovely. The last two products, I got from Lookfantastic, are two Laura Mercier products; the Translucent Loose Setting Powder Ultra-Blur In Translucent, which is now my favourite loose powder in my collection, and the High Vibe lip colour in 142 Pop, which I actually haven’t worn yet.
I’d heard great things about the Bobbi Brown Pot Rouge blushes, so I picked up two shades on sale, Pale Pink and Fresh Melon, and they’re really pretty.
From Kiko Milano I got the following three products; the Glow Up face & body highlighter in Champagne (I’m not quite sure how I feel about it yet), the Radiant Fusion baked powder in 01 (I’m liking this one so far), and the Juicy Tint Lips Cheeks liquid colour in Versatile Red (I didn’t like this product, so I decluttered it).
I haven’t tried the Rimmel Kind & Free lip balms yet, but I’m excited to do so maybe soon. I chose the shades 001 Air Storm and 006 Berry Twist.
Here are three foundations that I already knew I really liked. I got a full size of the Missha M Perfect Cover B.B Cream Spf42 in 21 Light Beige, a lighter shade of the Clinique Even better Clinical serum foundation SPF 20 (the shade is WN 01 Flax and it’s a really nice match for me), and a slightly darker shade of the MAC Studio Radiance Face And Body Radiant Sheer foundation (it’s in the shade N1). All three foundation were on sale.
Let’s move on to some Indie make-up. I made an order from GlossGods Cosmetics, which is a Swedish Indie brand that I really enjoy. I got the New Neutrals remixed palette, because I wanted to see if they make as great neutral eyeshadows as they do colourful eyeshadows.
Then I also purchased this big set including the What’s Your Power? remixed eyeshadow palette, four of the split-pan Power Liners (they’re in the shades Unapologetic & Passionate, Ambitious & Courageous, Proud & Happy, and Powerful & Valuable), a That Base! Crease Killer eyeshadow base, and their sharp eyeliner brush. I’ve tried everything apart from one of the Power Liners, and I’ve enjoyed it all.
And last, but not least, I picked up the two newest at the time eyeshadow palettes from Oden’s Eye, which is another Swedish Indie brand and one of my favourite Indie brands. These are the Jewels & Gem palette and the Stone & Rock palette. They’re slightly more neutral than most other Oden’s Eye palettes, but they’re still super pretty.
Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. It was my first time trying Blend Bunny Cosmetics eyeshadows, and I really liked the quality and pigmentation of the shadows. I obviously also loved these purple shades.
(Base: primer – e.l.f. Cosmetics Liquid Poreless Putty primer, foundation – L’Oréal Paris True Match Nude plumping tinted serum (shade: 0,5-2 Very Light), concealers – Sigma Beauty Spectrum Color-Correcting Duo in Light to Medium + Huda Beauty #FAUXFILTER Luminous Matte liquid concealer (shade: 1.3G Marshmellow), powders – Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder Tone Up in Rose + Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder Ultra-Blur in Translucent, freckles – KimChi Chic Candy Girl Fake Freckles in Afternoon in The Flower Field. Face make-up: bronzer – NABLA Skin Bronzing in Ambra, blusher – Colourpop pressed powder blush in Cupid’s Bow, highlighter – Half Magic Light Trap Duochrome glow powder in Enter The Glow. Eye make-up: base – MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Painterly, eyeshadows – Essence eyeshadow in 05 Granny Pants + Blend Bunny Cosmetics Lure palette (shades: Jellyfish + Tenticles + Charmed + Pearl) + Natasha Denona Flutter eyeshadow (from Retro Glam palette), mascaras – MAC Extended Play Gigablack Lash mascara + Rare Beauty Perfect Strokes universal volumizing mascara, eyeliner – L.A. Girl Perfect Precision lip liner in Pinky + Huda Beauty Lip Blush creamy lip & cheek stain in Rosy Kiss + Colourpop So Glassy lipgloss in Poppy)
Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. You know I love a purple eye look, and I really like the little green/purple duochrome liner detail on this one.
(Base: primers – Danessa Myricks Beauty Yummy Skin Blurring Balm Powder (shade: Universal) + e.l.f. Cosmetics Halo Glow Liquid Filter (shade: 1 Fair), foundation – Missha M Perfect Cover B.B Cream Spf 42 (shade: 21 Light Beige), concealers – Huda Beauty #FAUXFILTER Luminous Matte liquid concealer (shade: 1.3G Marshmellow) + Natasha Denona Hy-Glam concealer in RN1, powders – Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder Ultra-Blur in Translucent + Hourglass Ambient Lighting powder in Dim Light, freckles – KimChi Chic Candy Girl Fake Freckles in Afternoon in The Flower Field. I pretty much started September with being ill, and I’m ending it with being ill. And I’m almost never ill. I’m hoping for a healthier October. I’m generally really excited for October. It’s my daughter’s birthday month (I can’t believe that she’s almost one year old), and we have an autumn break/holiday coming up as well. So let’s put this September behind us, and talk about some favourites from the month.
e.l.f. Cosmetics Power Grip primer: If you want your make-up to last all day, this is the primer for you. I’ve had this primer for quite a while, but I’ve been using is more lately. It’s perfect for long work days.
Makeup By Mario SoftSculpt Transforming Skin Enhancer (shade: Light): I’d been wanting to try this product for so long, so when Makeup By Mario launched at Sephora Scandinavia I ordered it right away. It blends like a dream and looks beautiful on the skin.
Ole Henriksen Strengh Trainer Peptide Boost moisturizer: I’d heard great things about this moisturiser, so I was really excited to try it, and so far I love it. The texture of the product is quite unique, but I really like how it blends into the skin.
Maanesten Apsara bracelet: I got this bracelet as a present from my mum on Christmas Eve last year. I loved it right away, and I’ve worn it a lot, but especially recently it’s been one of my go-to bracelets. It’s just so pretty and versatile.
Elemental (film): I didn’t expect much from the newest Pixar film, but I was very pleasantly surprised by how sweet and emotional it was. The story and characters were cute, and I teared up several times.
