I have a Monolith haul to share with you today. I bought some eyeshadow palettes, some cheek products, and a couple of lipsticks.
I love this palette format from Gourmande Girls, and the Bleeding Hearts palette, which was their Valentine’s Day release this year, is so beautiful. I actually wore it on Valentine’s Day, when my sister in law got married.
Dede Signature also released a palette around Valentine’s Day, and it’s called the Sweethearts & Secrets palette. It has a really fun and unique colour story.
Wicked Widow Beauty doesn’t release new stuff that often, but when they do, I’m often intrigued. This is the Rocky Horror Show eyeshadow palette and highlight palette. I created this look with the eyeshadow palette, and I think it turned out so pretty.
This is my favourite colour story that Singe Beauty has released in a palette so far. It’s the Succulent Dew palette, and I love the succulents on the packaging as well.
I also got two of the the new shades of the Singe Beauty Evocative Silk blushes. I got Likeable Litchi and Fearless Fig. I love this blush formula, and these shades are so stunning.
Lastly, I picked up two lipsticks. I got the Kaleidos Glassload lip refill in Geek Out and lip capsule in Sugar Mode. I also got the Unearthly Cosmetics Menacing Metals lipstick in Frostbite, which had been on my wishlist ever since it launched and sold out.
I have a collective Beauty Bay haul to share with you today. They had a really big sale back in January and their website has since been down, but it looks like it’s back up, and it’s had a makeover. I took advantage of the sale, and I also picked up my first products from Flower Knows.
By BEAUTY BAY had just launched a new eyeshadow palette in a new format right before the big sale, and since I buy most limited edition palettes from By BEAUTY BAY I had to pick it up. It’s called the Wanderscape 20 colour palette.
The rest of the products were on sale apart from some of the Flower Knows stuff. I got another palette from Samplr. This is the #01_ENERGY 25-pan colour palette. I liked the first palette I got from Samplr, and I like the single shadows/customisable concept of the Samplr palettes. I created this look with this particular palette.
I got this Trixie Cosmetics Play Pigment in Pac Ma’am, which I think is mainly meant for the eyes, but I guess you can use it however you like.
From Anastasia Beverly Hills I got the Smooth Blur contour stick in Halftone, the Lip Velvet in Blackberry, and a mini Brow Wiz in Ash Brown. The contour stick came a little smooshed, but I can still use it, and I like it so far. I love the Lip Velvet formula from ABH, and the Blackberry shade was on my wishlist, and I’ve never tried the Brow Wiz, so I thought I would give it a go.
I’ve been really enjoying the Sacheu Beauty lip liner STAY-IN in getREDy, so I decided to get the Bestseller Bundle, which includes the shades 02 MUAH-ve, 03 p-INKED, and 04 HEY-zal.
I bought these four blushes in the sale; the MAC Extra Dimension blush in Wrapped Candy, two Urban Decay Face Bond blushes in the shades Touch Me and Slow Burn, and the Urban Decay Hydromaniac Blush Glow Hydrator in Red Flag. I haven’t tried the Urban Decay Hydromaniac Blush Glow Hydrator yet, but I really like the other three blushes.
Let’s move on to the items I got from Flower Knows. This brand might not be perfect for my make-up taste and use, but the packaging is stunning. So I decided to get the Flower Knows Shell’s Jewel Collection satin blush in Luna Pearl and the Flower Knows Shell’s Jewel Collection 6-Color makeup palette in Moonlight Pearl (which was actually on sale, when I bought it). These products are almost too pretty to use.
I also got the Flower Knows Shell’s Jewel Collection highlighter balm & charm sets in Blue Tears (not sale) + Moonlight Stone (sale). The packaging on these are not as nice as the packaging on the blush and the eyeshadow palette though.
The last product I purchased from Flower Knows was the Strawberry Cupid Dall Day Glow liquid blush in 04 Apple Glow. Such cute packaging as well.
Lastly, I got two gifts with my two orders. I got a Flower Knows Midsummer Fairytales Collection hand mirror in White Vanilla and a By BEAUTY BAY lip liner in Whip.
I have a collective Colourpop haul to share with you today. I purchased some items from this year’s Valentine’s collection, a few new lip products, and the entire The Twilight Saga Eclipse collection.
I’ve loved Valentine’s palettes from Colourpop previous years (my favourite being the Flirty Talk palette), so I was excited to try this year’s palette, the Heart to Get palette, as well. I wore it last weekend, and it was cute, but not my favourite.
However, I absolutely love the three Super Shock blushes that launched with the Valentine’s collection. They’re all in the pearlized finish, and they’re stunning glowy blushes. They’re called (from left to right) Not Your Baby, Feeling’s Mutual, and Cuter Than Cupid.
I also bought these three lip products. I got a set of two of the new Cloud Whip blurring liquid lipsticks in Sky’s the Limit and On Cloud 9. I also picked up the Disney Princess Ultra Glossy Lip in Courageous Rapunzel. I really like these lip products.
As I mentioned I picked up the entire Colourpop x The Twilight Saga Eclipse collection.
All of the now three eyeshadow palettes Colourpop has released in their Twilight collections have captured the colour scheme of the corresponding films so well including the Eclipse palette.
I really like the Jelly Much shadows from Colourpop and this collection includes two shades called in Cullen Coven and Newborn Army.
The Colourpop Super Shock highlighter formula is one of my favourites, so I’m always excited about adding a new shade to my collection. This one is called Change Me. I have to say that I don’t prefer this big packaging though.
The collection also includes two Lippie Pencil + Lippie Stix kits in Opposites Attract (Emmett Cullen and Rosalie Hale) and New Love (Jasper Hale and Alice Cullen). I’m excited to try this creamy Lippie Stix formula.
This last product is new from Colourpop and it’s the Powder-to-Crème lipstick in the shade Newborn. I have worn this, but I didn’t love it.
I have a very large collective beauty haul from January to share with you today. I’m going to go through everything based on places/websites I purchased the different products from. Let’s begin with a couple of indie palette purchases.
From Nomad Cosmetics, I picked up the Paris La Bohème intense color & chrome palette and the Paris La Bohème crème rouge face palette. I think the theme of this collection is fun, and I really like the unique colour story of the eyeshadow palette. I think it’s the first time, Nomad Cosmetics have released blushes, so I had to try the blush palette as well, and the shades I’ve tried so far were very pretty on the cheeks. I’m wearing both palettes here.
When Cosmic Beauty launched their Angelic palette, I made an order from their website including that palette and the Death palette, which had been on my wishlist for a while. I haven’t worn the Angelic palette yet, but I created this fun eye look with the Death palette.
The next set of items are from Lyko, and I got a lot of them 20% off including these Essence Juicy Bomb Sweet Drop body mists in 102 Caramel Cloud and 104 Cookie Crazy.
From Essence, I also got the Jelly Grip Extreme hydrating primer and the Feelin’ Comfy blush balm duo in 01 In My Blushin’ Era.
These two Moira blushes weren’t on sale, but I really wanted to try these formulas, so I picked up the Love Steady shimmer blush in 002 So Lucky and the Marvelous baked blush in 008 Cherry Crumble.
Lastly from Lyko, I got four products from Catrice. I got the Soft Embrace hand & nail spa treatment, the Soft Embrace Soft Blur primer & beautifier in C01 Bare Beauty, and the Soft Embrace liquid shimmer blushes in C01 Rosy Glow and C02 Mulberry Glow.
Moving on to three things I got from Magasin. I got a big size of the Clinique All About Eyes 50% off, which is such a good deal. I also bought two of the holiday limited edition Lancôme L’Absolu Rouge Drama Matte lipsticks. I got the glittery matte lipstick in 296 Shimmery Dramaphoria and the matte lipstick in 025 Pink Express.
Here’s a stand alone product that I got with an order from Boozt. You probably know that I love the MAC Colour Excess gel pencil eye liners, so I picked up this pretty yellow shade in Permanent Vacation on sale.
Next up are the things I got from Matas. I purchased three new products from e.l.f. Cosmetics; the Soft Glam satin concealer in 13 Fair Neutral, the Glitzshow eyeshadow stick in So Gleamy, and the Halo Glow silky powder highlighter in Soft Pearl Era. I also picked up another shade of the Rimmel Turbocharged Glows. This one is in the shade 003 Main Character, and it was 20% off.
NYX also launched some new goodies, so I bought the Wonder Snatch powder in 01 Sugar Serve, which I’m really been enjoying, two of the Buttermelt Stix in 01 Big Melt Energy and 02 Love At First Melt, and two of the Epic Inky Stix cream gel eyeliners in 05 Robotic Red and 10 Violet Volt.
The last order in this collective haul was from Sephora. I wanted to try the new Huda Beauty Easy Bake pressed powder, and I got it in the shade Cherry Blossom Cake. I’m really liking it so far. I also needed a back-up of the Rare Beauty Positive Light under eye brightener, because I’m almost out.
I also purchased two blushes. I was very intrigued by the new Tarte Macaron Blush & Glow duo, and I chose the shade Pink Champagne. The cream blush was stunning on the cheeks, but sadly, I didn’t think the glowy powder layered on top very well. I’m sure it’ll be beautiful on it’s own though. And I’ve had the Sephora Collection Color Twister creme blush in Audacious Viola in my wishlist for so long, and since it was heavily discounted, I thought it was time to give it a try, and it’s a very pretty purple cream blush.
I have a rather large collective haul from January, so I decided to divide it in to two parts. This first part is going to be the accessories, shoes, and clothes.
I picked up three headbands in a Boozt sale. The first two beaded ones are from Becksöndergaard, which is a favourite brand of mine when it comes to headbands. The third headband is from Marimekko, and it’s bigger than what I usually go for, but I really liked the colour combo and the iconic Marimekko flowers, so I thought I would give it a try.
And speaking of Marimekko, I also got this set of pins from the brand. I love a good pin or brooch.
Moving on to shoes, and I’ve got three pairs to show you. These raspberry pink velvet Bae Crocs had been on my mind, since I first saw them, so when I found them on sale at Asos, it was my cue to get them.
I keep seeing ballerina sneakers everywhere, and even though ballerinas were never my type of shoe, I thought I would give the ballerina sneaker trend a go. I opted for this more affordable option from the brand SEQWL, because I quite liked the unique colour combo.
The rest of the items in this haul are from Desigual, which is a brand that I’ve been intrigued by for quite a while, but their pieces are a little expensive. However, they’ve had an insane sale going on lately with a lot of pieces being 60% off, so I made my first two orders from their website. These fun heels were my second order. They’re designed by Tyler McGillivary, and I love the mismatched flowers and the colour of course. I can’t wait to wear these this summer.
This oversized puffer jacket was designed by María Escoté, and it was the most expensive piece I bought, but I’m glad I did, because it’s so good! It’s like a piece of art, and it’s really warm at the same time.
I also purchased this matching newspaper blazer and trousers set. I obviously can’t fit the trousers right now, but hopefully they will fit a some point.
I had to get one of the many Mickey Mouse pieces from Desigual, and I picked the most colourful piece I could find. I love an oversized T-shirt, and I think this will be fun to style.
The last piece I bought in the Desigual sale, you have already seen me wear. I wore this beautiful Desigual x Christian Lacroix dress at my sister in law’s civil wedding, and luckily it had room for my baby bump.
I have a collective Zara and H&M haul to share with you today. Everything was on sale except for the last pieces from the e.l.f. x H&M collection.
It’s always a good idea to buy Christmas jumpers on sale after Christmas, so I picked up this cute Home Alone jumper from Zara.
I picked up these four items from the Harry Lambert for Zara x Disney collection. The T-shirt is from the men’s section, but I thought it was really cute, and I liked the orange with the light blue. I love a sweater vest, so I picked up both the Mickey Mouse one and the Minnie Mouse one. Love the colour combos on these as well. And then I got one of the key rings, which is now living on my work backpack.
The last item I got in the Zara sale was this pair of golden mustard slingback heels with big bows on the front.
Let’s move on to the things I picked up from H&M, and let’s begin with coats, because I bought three; a long faux fur leopard print coat, a shorter bomber style leopard print coat with a faux fur collar, and a khaki green coat with a built in scarf. I love to have options, when it comes to outerwear.
These are the four tops I got from H&M. Can you tell that I’m into olive green and khaki at the moment?
I bought two pairs of jeans in the H&M sale. The first pair is for after I’ve given birth, and they’re a pair of flared jeans with a built in belt. The other pair is another pair of straight leg maternity jeans.
Let’s move on to accessories and shoes. I picked up four scarves. Is that a bit excessive? Maybe, but I hate not having scarves that go with all of my different coats, so now I have options.
I also got some white fluffy ear muffs, a pair of corn earrings, and an eye cream spatula and massager set.
And then I bought one pair of shoes in the H&M sale, which is this pair of faux fur leopard print boots. They’re very cute and comfy.
Lastly, I picked up the hand bag and the three perfumes from the e.l.f. x H&M collab. e.l.f. Cosmetics is one of my favourite make-up brands, so I thought this was a fun collab.
I have a collective accessories, shoes, clothes, and beauty haul to share with you today. I picked up these items back in December. Some of the things were on sale and some of them were not. Let’s begin with accessories.
I got these first pieces of accessories in an Asos sale. The earrings are from the brand True Decadence, the necklace is from ALDO, the chain belt is from My Accessories, and the hair bow is from Easilocks x Asos.
This cute little burgundy sequin handbag is from Asos Design.
I picked up two pairs of stiletto pumps. Is it a little stupid to pick up heels when you can’t wear them for quite a while? Maybe, but I’d been eyeing both of these pairs for a while, so I had to have them. The electric purple ones are from Asos Design and the red floral ones are from H&M.
I have a weakness for fun, oversized T-shirts, so I picked up this pasta one in the Asos sale. It’s from Asos Design, and I wore it here.
I’ve dreamed of this Stine Goya coat since probably spring last year, so when I found it 60% off with an extra 10% off, I had to finally get it. This colour is what dreams are made of, at least my colourful dreams.
I haven’t tried this brand Sundae Body before, but I was intrigued by their Candy Cane Whipped shower foam, since I love anything candy cane scented.
Let’s move on to the make-up I got from Monolith back in December. I had to have the Dede Signature Festive Elegance palette, because it such a stunning Christmas-themed palette.
Another Christmas-themed palette that I picked up was the Glaminatrix Cosmetics Merry Chrissy palette, which is themed around the Australian Christmas.
The last Christmas-themed palette I got was the Gourmande Girls Mostly Merry palette. This is not my favourite colour story, but the packaging is so cute.
The Unearthly Cosmetics Dead Cute collection really is cute, and I had to have the palette and the 4pcs lipstick set. The lipsticks are in the shades (from left to right) Toxic Taffy, Bubble Scream, Vampire Truffle, and Ghost Milk.
The last four products are from the newest limited edition collection from MAC called Metamorphosis. I bought the Face & Eye palette, the Macximal silky matte lipstick in Juiced Raspberry, the Glow Play Tendertalk lip balm in Frolic, and the lip pencil in Spiced Tea. I still love limited edition MAC.
I have a Lyko haul to share with you today. These are the products I picked up during their Cyber Week sale.
I picked up two base products; the Maybelline Grippy serum primer and a back-up of the Danessa Myricks Beauty Yummy Skin Lift & Flex concealer in shade 2. I’d heard good things about the Maybelline Grippy serum primer, and even though I’ve only used it a few times so far, it seems to be a very nice primer.
Let’s move on to eye products. I got two eyeshadow sticks; the MAC Dazzleshadow eye shadow stick in Bedazzled Denim and the Rimmel Turn Up the Volume Wonder shadow stick in 008 Green Grove. Both are really pretty.
For eyes, I also picked up two of the Moira Prism Pop pigments in 001 Sugar Plum and 002 Happy Holo and one of the Moira Chrome Light Shadows in 010 Aquamarine. I haven’t tried any of these yet, so I don’t know if they’re any good.
I got some back-ups of some of my favourite mascaras; the Catrice Pure Volume Magic Brown mascara (which wasn’t on sale) and the Maybelline Lash Sensational Sky High mascaras in Green Altitude, Burgundy Haze, and Blue Mist. Blue Mist is a new shade to me though.
I’ve been intrigued by the Make Up Store Iconic Luster blushes and Iconic Radiance highlighter ever since I first saw them, so I decided to get three shades of the blushes (20 Frosted Pink, 30 True Pink, and 40 Vintage Rose) and the highlighter in the shade 10 Pearl Glow. I’m really liking these so far.
These are the other cheek products I bought. I got the Maybelline Sunkisser matte liquid blush in 38 Pink Ripple, the Rimmel Turbocharged Glow in 001 Not A Basic B and 004 Chelsea Glow, and the Moira Glow Show liquid highlighter in 001 Vanilla Bliss. I haven’t worn the Maybelline Sunkisser matte liquid blush yet, but it was love at first sight with the other three products. I’m wearing the Rimmel Turbocharged Glows here, and I was so impressed by the application, the pigmentation, the finish, and the wear.
Lastly, I picked up two lip products; I got the Anastasia Beverly Hills Lip Velvet in Pomegranate and the rom&nd The Juicy Lasting Tint in 10 Summer Scent. Both products are beautiful on the lips.
Colourpop had a 30% off sitewide sale for Black Friday, and these are the products I decided to purchase.
I really wanted the How The Grinch Stole Christmas palette and the Change of Heart Super Shock highlighter kit from The Grinch collection, but I didn’t want to buy just those two items when the collection launched, so I was hoping that they would still be in stock and on sale for Black Friday, so I could pick them up. I think the colour story and quality of the palette are lovely, and I love Super Shock highlighters, and these two shades, 2 Sizes Too Small and Grew 3 Sizes, are so pretty. I’m wearing the palette and the pink highlighter here.
I’ve been so impressed by the other two Bratz Lippie Kits that I’d purchased, so I decided to get one final one (I think). This is the Yasmin kit, which includes the Lippie pencil and Lippie Stix in the shade Pretty Princess.
I picked up a handful more lip products. This is the Just A Tint sheer tint lip crayon in Cutie Fruity and the HydraPop lip stain in Fruit Punch.
And I love anything candy cane scented, so I got the Mistletoe Kisses Fresh Kiss Lip Scrub + Mask + Balm Set.
Lastly, I picked up a bunch of products from the Pretty Fresh line. I got the Pretty Fresh Lock It In setting spray and the Pretty Fresh Set It Up primer as a set. Both are back-ups. I also decided to give the Pretty Fresh hyaluronic acid tinted moisturizer another try. I used to own it, but in the wrong shade, but now that I have it in the right shade (Fair 1 N), I really enjoy it. I’m also really liking the Pretty Fresh hyaluronic creamy concealer, which I bought in the shade Fair 10 N.
I have a collective Sephora haul to share with you today. First, I’m going to go through the products I picked up in their Black Friday sale. Afterwards, I’m going to show you the things I picked up in December. Some of those things were new, and some were on sale. I also got some gifts with my purchases, which I’ll add in the end.
I own the most perfumes from KAYALI, and I love most of their scents. These two scents had been on my wishlist for a while, so I decided to finally pick them up in the Black Friday sale. It’s The Wedding Velvet Santal 35 and the Oudgasm Cafe Oud 19.
I also got this The 7 Virtues Mini Vanilla giftset, which includes two mini perfumes in Vanilla Woods and Candied Lychee.
From Rare Beauty, I bought the Selena’s Fav Mini Set, which comes with a mini Rare perfume and the Soft Pinch dewy liquid blush in Happy. I also thought I would get one of the fragrance layering balms and picked Woody Oak.
The last set I got in the BF sale was the Kosas Blush Is Life trio, which comes with the three shades Euphoria, Dare, and Spellbound. I’ve been really enjoying these blushes.
Moving on to the items I picked up in December. I got a back-up of the Milk Makeup Hydro Grip gel tint in shade 2, because it was on sale, and it’s one of my favourite foundations/skin tints. I also got the Onesize B12 Base Thinner, because it sounded like an interesting product, and I’d heard good things about it.
I know, I got some more fragrances. I was very intrigued by the scents from Le Monde Gourmand and decided to try the one called Chai Épicé, and I really like it. I also had to try a couple of the new KAYALI Freedom scents. I chose Freedom Musk Matcha 45 and Freedom Musk Latte 41.
I purchased these last two palettes from the R.E.M. Beauty Wicked: For Good collection on sale. It’s the Ozian Forest eyeshadow palette and the Cherry Blossom blush palette in Warm Coral. The eyeshadow palette performed very well (I wore it here), whereas I haven’t tried the blush palette yet, but it looks very pretty.
Lastly, I received these gifts with my orders. I got the Huda Beauty Easy Bake setting spray mini and then the Holiday Beauty Box, which included a bunch of different stuff.
