Resurrection again

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I was so excited about the Wicked Widow Beauty Resurrection palette which I wore here that I wanted to create another (and completely different) look with it. I love how versatile this palette is.

Not very Valentine’s

Here’s what I wore Tuesday February 13. This look wasn’t really inspired by Valentine’s Day as the rest of my looks were that week. This is just what I felt like wearing that day.

(Blazer – second hand, roll neck top – Monki, sweater vest – Asos Design (Men), jeans + socks + heels – H&M)

Reckless romance

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I used the By BEAUTY BAY Reckless Romance 20 colour palette (which I haven’t hauled yet) to create this eye look. I thought it was fitting since it’s actually a Valentine’s Day inspired palette.

Cosmetics Liquid Poreless Putty primer, foundation – Missha M Perfect Cover B.B Cream Spf 42 (shade: 21 Light Beige), concealers – Smashbox x Becca Under Eye Brightening Corrector in Fair/Light + Huda Beauty #FAUXFILTER Luminous Matte liquid concealer (shade: 1.3G Marshmellow), powders – Huda Beauty Easy Bake powders (shades: Cherry Blossom Cake + Sugar Cookie). Loosely inspired by Valentine’s Day

Here’s what I wore Monday February 12. That week I was loosely inspired by Valentine’s Day for many of my outfits and make-up looks, and I had a lot of fun creating looks with Valentine’s Day in mind.

Collective clothing + accessories haul (December 2023)

I have a collective clothing and accessories haul to share with you today. I either bought or received these items as presents back in December.

You have already seen me wear this denim maxi dress from Monki. I’ve had my eye on it for a while, and when Monki had a sale, I decided to finally get it.

I also got this dress in the Monki sale. I’ll be posting a look with this dress soon-ish.

I’ve already worn this jumper several times, and it’s just so comfy. I’m wearing it here.

I love a fitted roll neck top, and purple and red are two of my favourite colours, so I had to have this top from Monki. I wore it underneath the denim maxi dress.

The last item(s) I bought in the Monki sale was a 5 pack of Christmas socks for next Christmas season.

This denim skirt from H&M has quickly become a favourite. I’m wearing it here and here.

I featured this Stine Goya Lotta bag in my January 5 favourites post, and it’s the perfect everyday bag. It was a Christmas present from my parents.

This lilac Silfen Ulrikke bag was also a Christmas present, and I really like Silfen bags.

Lastly, I got some jewellery for Christmas. The hoops are from Pandora, and I’ve been wearing them with some Disney pendants. The Nightmare Before Christmas Pandora charm was a Christmas present from my boyfriend; we love The Nightmare Before Christmas and watch it every year on Halloween. Then I also got two Trollbeads glass beads and a ring from Maanesten called Brook. I’ve worn the ring every day since I got it.

Dark and vampy

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. This is the darkest, vampiest look I’ve done in a long time, but I kind of love it, and I definitely had a lot of fun creating the look.

(Base: primers – Huda Beauty Glowish Blur Jam silicone-free smoothing primer + Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter (shade: 1 Fair), foundation – Make Up For Ever HD Skin Undetectable stay-true foundation (shades: 1N00 + 1N06), concealer – Natasha Denona Hy-Glam concealer (shade: RN1 + N2), powders – Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Brightening Flawless Finish powder (shade: Fair/Medium) + Dior Backstage Face & Body Powder-No-Powder in 0 Neutral. Face make-up: bronzer – Milk Makeup Sculpt Stick in Toasted, blusher – Natasha Denona Love Glow cheek palette (shade: Glow Cream Base), highlighter – Colourpop Super Shock highlighter in Stole the Show. Eye make-up: base – MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Painterly, eyeshadows – Wicked Widow Beauty Resurrection palette (shades: Divine Light + Rebirth + Sinner + Adorned Carving + Devotion) + Colourpop Super Shock highlighter in Stole the Show (inner corners), mascaras – Essence I Love Extreme crazy volume mascara + Colourpop BFF mascara in Left On Red, eyeliner – Colourpop High School Musical Crème gel liner in Spring Musical. Eyebrows: Catrice Brow Fix Soap Stick in 010 Transparent + Maybelline Brow Ultra Slim pencil in Medium Brown. Complete contrast

Here’s what I wore Friday February 9. This look is in complete contrast to the pastel look I wore the day before, but that is one of the things I love about personal style; you don’t have to look the same every day.

(Jumper – second hand, skirt – H&M, tights – Monki, Mary Janes – Asos Design)

Intense, shiny pastels

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. Have you ever seen such intense, shiny, pastel metallic eyeshadows? I think my eyelids can be seen from space!

(Base: primer – e.l.f. Cosmetics Liquid Poreless Putty primer, foundation – L’Oréal Paris True Match Nude plumping tinted serum (shade: 0,5-2 Very Light), concealer – NYX Pro Fix Stick correcting concealers (shades: 0.2 Pink + 03 Alabaster), powders – Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder Tone Up in Rose + Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish powder (shade: 1 Fair). Face make-up: bronzer – Fenty Beauty Match Stix contour skinstick in Amber, blusher – Colourpop Super Shock blush in Lil Vibe, highlighter – Colourpop Twilight Super Shock highlighter in Meadow. Eye make-up: base – Sigma Beauty Eyeshadow Base Primer in Ignite, eyeshadows – Essence eyeshadow in 20 Cream + Bellabeautébar Pastel Garden palette (shades: Bluebell + Hydrangea + Morning Glory + Pansy + Forget-Me-Not + Ranunculus + Zinnia + Green Wizard), mascaras – Catrice Glam & Doll False Lashes mascara + Maybelline Lash Sensational Sky High mascara (shade: Pink Air), eyeliner – MAC Powerpoint eye pencil in Mistletoe Mint. Fit again

Here’s what I wore Thursday February 8. It had been almost two years since the last time I wore these pastel bandana print trousers. That was in the very beginning of my pregnancy, and now they fit again:)

(Cardigan + trousers – H&M, T-shirt – GAP, boots – Public Desire)

Beauty Bay sale haul (November 2023)

I have a small-ish Beauty Bay sale haul to share with you today. I purchased these products back in November last year.

I’d been wanting to try out Nikkie Tutorials’ brand Nimya for a while, so I picked up the eyeshadow pro kit, which includes the Nimya The Palette, the Set It & Forget It setting spray, and the Blow Before You Go fan. I wore the palette here, and I loved how my eye look turned out. I haven’t tried the setting spray yet, but I love the fan and use it every time I do my make-up.

I’ve already featured the Danessa Myricks Beauty Yummy Skin serum skin tint (shade: 2) in a 5 favourites post, and I still love this product! I also love the Danessa Myricks Beauty Yummy Skin Blurring Balm Powder Flushed in the shade Prima Donna. It wore so well all day, and I would love to get my hands on more shades. I’m wearing the blush here.

Lastly, I picked up two of the Trixie Cosmetics Stay The Night liquid shimmer toppers. They’re in the shades Love Potion and Take A Hike. They look really pretty.
