Here’s what I wore Monday October 3. I’ve had a lot of fun styling up these overalls. This time around I styled them with one of my favourite colour combos; purple and green.
(Overalls – H&M MAMA, top – second hand, boots – Asos Design)
Today’s haul consists mainly of new Catrice products, but I also have some Maybelline lipsticks to share with you, so let’s get started.

As I mentioned in my last post, I was so impressed by the Maybelline Superstay Vinyl Ink liquid lipstick. I wore the shade 25 Red-Hot, and it was so pretty and so long lasting. I also picked up the shade 15 Peachy, which is a peachy nude, and I’m so excited to try out that shade as well now that I know that I love the formula.

From the new Catrice autumn release, I purchased three lipsticks. I got two shades of the Melting Kiss Gloss Sticks and one of the Shine Bomb lipsticks.

The Melting Kiss Gloss Sticks are in the shades 040 Strong Connection and 030 Blushing Hard. As the name of the product suggests, these are pretty much lipgloss in a stick. They’re not fully opaque, but they do have some pigment to them. I’m wearing the shade 030 Blushing Hard here.

I picked up the Shine Bomb lipstick in the shade 020 Blushed Nude, and I was a little nervous that it would be too light for my liking. However, I wore it recently, and it was actually really nice.

As I’ve mentioned several times by now, one of my current make-up obsessions is cream and liquid eyeshadows including cream eyeshadows in stick form. Therefore, I was excited to see that Catrice came out with their Aloe Vera Eyeshadow Sticks. I picked up two shades; 030 Olive Glam and 040 Lavender Brown.

I usually really like Catrice blushers, so I had to get one of each of their new blush formulas. I got the AirBlush Matt in 130 Spice Space and the AirBlush Glow in 030 Rosy Love. I’ve only worn the AirBlush Matt version so far, but I really liked it.

The last two products I picked up were The Glowifier illuminating primer in 010 Glow Rush and the Cover + Care Sensitive concealer in 002N. I think the primer is supposed to do the same as e.g. the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter, and it does give the skin a nice glow. I haven’t tried the concealer enough times to give a proper oppinion on it yet.

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I wore one of the Maybelline Superstay Vinyl Ink liquid lipsticks on my lips (it’ll be featured in my next haul), and I was so impressed by it. It stayed put all day, and there was barely any transfer. I’m excited to try out more shades.

Here’s what I wore Saturday October 1. My boyfriend and I went out on a little lunch date; our last date while we’re just the two of us. I wore another dress that my mum wore when she was pregnant with my youngest sister, and you probably know that I’m not the biggest fan of too much black, so I had to add some colour to the outfit through the accessories.
(Dress – second hand, scarf – Gina Tricot x Emili Sindlev, bag – Topshop, sneakers – Reebok)

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I wanted to create a look that was simple, subtle, and glowy, and I think I achieved that.

We don’t see a lot of make-up collections from Jeffree Star Cosmetics these days, so when he launched his Star Wedding collection I was intrigued, even though it’s a very neutral collection colourwise.

I had to get the Star Wedding palette. Mine sadly came broken; the shade Cut The Cake (the second shade in the first row) was shattered, and it was all over the palette, but I managed to save at lot of the shade and sort of clean up the palette. Even though this is a neutrals heavy palette, I really like the different tones of neutrals mixed with pops of berry and grey. I created this berry look and this neutral look with this palette.

Jeffree Star Cosmetics also launched a brand new product with this collection; the Liquid Star Shadows. I picked up two shades; Toss My Bouquet and Behind The Veil. Toss My Bouquet is a matte dusty rose shade and Behind The Veil is described as a glittery white with iridescent/multi coloured pearl. I’m wearing both of these on my eyes today, and they were very easy to work with. The glittery shade pulls quite green though, but it’s very pretty and reflective.

I hadn’t gotten a new shade of the Velour liquid lipsticks in what seems like forever, so I picked up one of the shades from this collection. It’s called Down The Aisle and it’s described as a rust brown nude.

The last product I picked up from the collection was the Wedding Proof Makeup Setting Spray. I haven’t tried it yet, because I’m trying to use up the setting sprays I’ve got open right now, but I love trying out new setting sprays.

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I love this make-up look just as much as I love the outfit. These berry tones are just so pretty!

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I love how this make-up look turned out. I think the eye look is so pretty, and I love the soft, orange lip as well.
