Animal print week

Here’s what I wore Monday October 7. Sometimes I like to challenge myself with a styling theme for the week, and this week in October my styling theme was animal print. I started off the week with this neutral look including several different animal prints.

Ketchup and mustard

Here’s what I wore Thursday October 3. Red and mustard is not a colour combo I’ve played around with much if at all, but maybe there’s something to this ketchup and mustard combo:)

Oden’s Eye Luminous & Shadow collection

The Oden’s Eye Luminous & Shadow collection launched last autumn, and the collection included an eyeshadow palette, three blushes, and three highlighters. I love Oden’s Eye, so I got them all.

This is the Eternal Twilight palette, which is the biggest palette Oden’s Eye has launched so far. It’s not my favourite colour story the brand has ever done, but I did like the look I created with it.

The Shadows blushers and the Luminous highlighters came in similar packaging to the Solmåne Sunlight Love blushers and their Solmåne Moonlight Feel highlighters, but in new colours and with new images.

The Shadows blushers are in the shades (from left to right) D101 Glow Powder, S101 Radiant Flame, and S102 Luminous Heat. They’re all very fun and bright.

The Luminous highlighters are in the shades (from left to right) L101 Dim Glow, L102 Subtle Radiance, and L103 Gentle Firefly. It’s really hard to capture the shifts in a picture, but they’re super sparkly and pretty.

Flattering blue and red

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. You know I love a “blue eyes and red lips” make-up look, and I find this particular version quite flattering.

Everyday tulle

Here’s what I wore Wednesday October 2. I really wanted to style up my polka dot tulle skirt for work, and I think this outfit is so cute. I remember feeling really good in this look.

Rosewood

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I’ve never worn a rosewood-coloured mascara before, but I think it kind of works with this look.

Muted rosy tones

Not so difficult to style

Here’s what I wore Monday September 30. I originally thought that the Adidas skirt would be difficult to style in a lot of different ways, but I think this was the third time I styled it, and this look is definitely different from the first two. I’ve loved all the looks.

(Shirt – Monki, flower pin – Black Colour, skirt – Adidas Originals, tights – Calzedonia, sneakers – Nike)
