Here’s what I wore Wednesday December 18. I’ve always really liked this Christmas jumper, because it’s so Christmassy, and I think it looked cute with my cropped green trousers and my denim western boots.
(Jumper – H&M, trousers – second hand, boots – PULL&BEAR)
Here’s what I wore Tuesday December 10. At first sight this might not appear to be a super Christmassy outfit, but the Christmas elements are definitely there, and I also just think that it’s a fun look.
(Blazer + skirt/trousers – second hand, shirt – Monki, sweater vest – VRS, tie – My Accessories, tights – Calzedonia, boots – Asos Design)
Here’s what I wore Saturday November 30. I went to my grandfather’s annual Christmas party/get-together, and I love how fun and Christmassy this look is. So far, this is the Christmas outfit to beat.
(Cardigan – PULL&BEAR, T-shirt + tights + heels – Asos Design, skirt/kilt – second hand, bag – Topshop)
Here’s what I wore Tuesday November 19. Yes, it’s that time of year again. Time for Christmassy looks! From now on I’ll be posting my Christmassy outfits and make-up looks, and when I’m done posting those, I’ll get back to where I left off, which is with my August looks. This week I’m wearing my more wintery jumpers.
(Hat – second hand, jumper – H&M, skirt – COLLUSION, tights – Calzedonia, boots – Asos Design)
Here’s what I wore Saturday July 27. I wanted this pleated, second hand skirt to be the focal point of the look, so I paired with some simple, neutral pieces.
(Shirt + skirt – second hand, heels – Stradivarius)
I went second hand shopping at a couple of different charity shops during my summer holiday, and these are the things I found.
At the first charity shop I went to, I got these two skirts (I actually got two more skirts, but I’ll get back to those). I really like the pleats and colours of the first one, I like the second one too, even though I find it a bit difficult to style. However, I did come up with a cute look with it that I wore in the end of August.
As I mentioned, I purchased two more skirts, but they both came as part of a set. This purple set might be my favourite find in this haul. The details on the top and the pleats on the skirt are just so good. I can’t wait to style and wear this set.
And now you’re probably wondering, where’s the fourth and last skirt. Well, this beautiful blazer came with a matching pencil skirt, but the skirt was too small for me, so I’m not going to use it. I purchased the set anyways, because it was “on sale”, and I loved this fitted blazer.
These are the last two items I purchased at the first charity shop. The fuchsia shirt has a long, oversized fit, and it’s so comfortable. And the tropical, floral, animal print shirt is just so fun, and just the kind of shirt I love to find, when I go second hand shopping.
The next three things I purchased from a local charity shop on a day where the store had 50% off all clothes. I was a bit unsure about this blazer. Mostly because it’s black, and I don’t wear a lot of black, but the fabric is just so pretty, so I decided to give it a try.
I was actually also unsure about this dress, because it’s so fitted, and I ususally don’t like to wear something this tight to the body. However, I loved the colours and the window print, and I did wear it this past summer, and it was actually really cute.
I’m obsessed with brooches at the momemt, and I thought this cute, little heart-shaped one would be nice to layer with other brooches on a blazer or something like that.
The last thing in this haul is this incredible Save The Children tie that I found at a flee market. I really want to wear ties more often, and I just loved this one; the colours are great and the print is adorable. I also love the message behind it.
Here’s what I wore Saturday July 20. My little family and I visited one of my sisters and her boyfriend, and it was such a hot summer day, so we spend a lot of it outside.
(Hat – Crás, shirt – second hand, top – H&M, flower pin – Black Colour, shorts – Asos Design, sandals – Teva)
Here’s what I wore Thursday July 18. As I’ve mentioned before, Carrie Bradshaw was one of my big inspirations this past summer, and this look was also inspired by her.
(Hat + top + skirt + heels – H&M, waistcoat – second hand, belt – Glamorous)
Here’s what I wore Friday July 5. I sadly found an unfixable hole in the tulip shirt, so I had to get rid of it, which was a shame. However, I had it for a long time, and I bought it second hand, so it’s been used and loved.
