Switch it around

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. When I wear purple outfits I often go for purple eye make-up and a more neutral lip, but this day I decided to switch it around, and I think this look is very pretty as well.

Sephora birthday haul (20% off everything)

I have a 20% off Sephora haul to share with you today. I purchased these product some time last autumn. Some of them during the Sephora birthday sale.

I’ve already posted a couple of make-up looks featuring this palette, but here’s a closer look at the Natasha Denona Glam palette. As you might have noticed I prefer colourful eyeshadows, but this sure is a very pretty cool-toned neutral palette.

I wore both of these products from Anastasia Beverly Hills in my last make-up post. It’s the Stick Blush in the shade Peachy Keen and the Cream Bronzer in Sun Kissed. I’ve heard a lot of people online rave about these cream products, especially the bronzer, and I agree that these are great products. I’ve worn the bronzer quite a bit.

I’ve already posted the Make Up For Ever lipstick in a December haul, because it was a holiday release, but at the same time I purchased the Huda Beauty Glowish Luminous pressed powder in 01 Fair and the Huda Beauty Glowish blush powder in 01 Healthy Peach. I’m still not quite sure how I feel about these two products.

The last product I purchased this time around was the Sephora Collection DO NOT DRINK - Sweet And Salty Blend Vanilla + Sea Salt eau de parfum in the 30 ml bottle. I love vanilla scents, and even though it doesn’t beat the Kayali Vanilla 28 eau de parfum, I still really like this Sephora Collection perfume.

Wild python

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. This is one of my favourite make-up looks from last autumn. I used the Huda Beauty Wild Obsessions Python palette on my eyes, and I’m obsessed with how the eye look turned out.

Cosmetics Camo CC Cream (shade: Fair 120N), concealer – L’Oréal Infaillible More Than Concealer (shade: 322 Ivory), powder – Laura Mercier Translucent Loose setting powder. Light and soft

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. Obviously, I had to go with a lilac and pastel yellow eye look and decided to pair it with a nude lip to keep the look light and soft.

Eyebrows: Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Freeze + Maybelline Brow Ultra Slim pencil in Medium Brown. Lips: Jeffree Star Cosmetics Velour liquid lipstick in Mannequin)

Relish and fireball

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I wanted to wear a couple of single eyeshadows that I hadn’t worn in forever, and it was easy to create a look with them, because the shades went so well together.

(Base: primer –  e.l.f. Poreless Putty primer, foundations – Catrice True Skin Hydrating foundation (shade: 002 Neutral Ivory) + Huda Beauty Glowish Multidew skin tint in 3 light (sample), concealers – e.l.f. 16HR Camo matte concealers (shades: Light Sand + Fair Warm), powder – Laura Mercier Translucent Loose setting powder. Face make-up: bronzer – By Beauty Bay powder bronzer in Fawn, blusher – MAC Star-Dipped Face Compact light Extra Dimension blush in Sippin’ On Stars, highlighter – MAC Star-Dipped Face Compact light Extra Dimension Skinfinishes in Show Gold + Hi-Sequincy. Eye make-up: base – Milani eyeshadow primer in 01 Nude + NYX Glitter primer, eyeshadows – Essence My Little Copper eyeshadow palette (shades: Wear The Crown + Pretty Rich + Insta-Rich) + Urban Decay Relish eyeshadow + NYX Prismatic Shadow in Fireball + MAC Extra Dimension Foil eyeshadow in Firewerk the Room, mascaras – Essence Volume Booster lash primer + Maybelline Lash Sensational Sky High mascara, eyeliner – Marc Jacobs Highliner Glam Glitter gel eye crayon in Glam Jam. Collective haul (September)

It’s time for a collective haul. These are all things I purchased back in September 2021, and there’s a mix of clothes, shoes, and make-up.

Let’s start with clothes. This jumper is by Asos Design and I love it! I really like sheep, and I just think this jumper is so cute.

Here’s another cute item. This sweater vest is from Stradivarius, and I of course love the Mickey Mouse print, but I also love the pink and red colours together.

I love fun, patterned jeans, and I really like this pair from PULL&BEAR.

I also love fun patterned and/or colourful tights. The first pair is by Asos Design, and the second pair is by a brand called Sneaky Fox.

Jurassic Park is my favourite film (together with Breakfast At Tiffany’s), so I had to have these Jurassic Park x Reebok sneakers. They have even more details on the back, and I just think they’re awesome.

And now on to the make-up. I picked up three powders, two blushers, and a back-up of the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Freeze, which is my favourite brow product. One of the powders that I picked up on a separate occasion from the others was the Catrice HD Baking & Setting loose powder in C01 Translucent. The packaging is a bit annoying, so I actually haven’t used it much yet.

The other two powders I picked up were the Laura Mercier Translucent Loose setting powder and the NYX Can’t Stop Won’t Stop mattifying powder in 01 Fair. I haven’t used the NYX one that much, but I’m obsessed with the Laura Mercier one. I think it might be my new favourite powder.

And lastly, the two blushers that I purchased were the Dior Backstage Rosy Glow blush in 001 Pink and the Clinique Cheek Pop Pearl blush in 05 Ruby Pop. I’ve already featured the Clinique blush in several posts, and I love it! The Dior blush went viral at some point, and it’s super pretty, but I actually haven’t worn it much yet, since it’s not a shade I go for very often.

Ice, Ice Baby!

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I was wearing another one of those little 6-pan Essence eyeshadow palettes. This is the Ice, Ice Baby! palette, and I was also happy with the pigmentation of these shadows.

(Base: primer – Wet n Wild Prime Focus The Impossible primer, foundation – L’Oreal Paris Infaillible 24H Fresh Wear foundation (shade: 015 Porcelain), concealers – e.l.f. 16HR Camo matte concealers (shades: Light Sand + Fair Warm), powders – e.l.f. HD Undereye setting powder in Sheer + NYX Can’t Stop Won’t Stop mattifying powder in 01 Fair. Face make-up: bronzer – Fenty Beauty Sun Stalk’r Instant Warmth bronzer (shade: Inda Sun), blusher – Catrice Blush Box Glowing Multicolour blusher in 020 It’s Wine O’ Clock, highlighter – MAC Flashing Ice Extra Dimension Skinfinish Trio: Light (shade: Glitzed Out). Eye make-up: base – MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Painterly, eyeshadows – Essence eyeshadow in 05 Granny Pants + Essence Ice, Ice Baby! eyeshadow palette (shades: VIP + Collaborate & Listen + Rock A Mic + I’ll Glow), mascara – L’Oréal Lash Paradise mascara in Moonlight Noir/Black Navy, eyeliners – NYX Slim eye pencil in Sapphire + MAC Technakohl liner in Sterling Silver. Eyebrows: Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Freeze + Maybelline Brow Ultra Slim pencil in Medium Brown. Lips: Essence Stay 8h lipliner in 04 Naïve + Wet n Wild Megalast High-Shine Brilliance lipstick in Raining Rubies)

I Like To Mauve, It Mauve It!

Here’s the make-up I wore with this outfit. I was wearing the Essence I Like To Mauve, It Mauve It! eyeshadow palette, and as you can see, the pigmentation is really nice. I wear a lot of purple eyeshadows, but rarely more muted, mauve purples, but I think the look turned out very pretty.

(Base: primer –  e.l.f. Poreless Putty primer, foundation – L’Oreal Paris Infaillible 24H Fresh Wear foundation (shade: 015 Porcelain), concealer – L’Oréal Infaillible More Than Concealer (shade: 322 Ivory), powder – Laura Mercier Translucent Loose setting powder. Face make-up: bronzer – Huda Beauty GloWish Soft Radiance bronzing powder in 1 Light, blusher – Clinique Cheek Pop palette: Warm Up (shade: Nude Pop), highlighter – Essence Glow Like A Pro loose highlighter (04 Purple Scandal). Eye make-up: base – MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Painterly, eyeshadows – Essence I Like To Mauve, It Mauve It! eyeshadow palette (shades: Move It + Ya Nice + Fantastic + Into It + Energetic), mascara – MAC Magic Extension mascara, eyeliner – NYX Faux Whites eyeliner in Lavender Blush. Eyebrows: Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Freeze + Maybelline Brow Ultra Slim pencil in Medium Brown. Lips: NYX Slim lip pencil in Natural + Essence Hydrating Nude lipstick in 301 Romantic)
