Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, houndstooth

Here’s what I wore Thursday October 31. I thought it was very fitting to wear a Beetlejuice inspired look on Halloween last year, and I was very excited about the fact that one of my students recognised the inspiration right away.

Duckie Dale who?

Here’s what I wore Wednesday October 30. It’s not the first time I’ve worn an outfit inpired by the character of Duckie Dale (from Pretty in Pink). His style is iconic and a great inspiration for Halloween or another occasion that requires a costume or any other day to be honest.

Clown chic

Here’s what I wore Monday October 28. It was the week leading up to Halloween, so I decided to wear Halloween/costume inspired looks all week. My inspiration for this look was clown but make it chic.

70’s earthy tones

Here’s what I wore Saturday October 26. My boyfriend and I went on a brunch date, and I thought this earthy toned, 70’s inspired look was perfect for the occasion.

Fashion over practicality

Here’s what I wore Friday October 25. The fringes might be a bit impractical, but it’s such a fun suit, so I don’t care. It’s fashion over practicality for me.

(Hat – H&M, blazer + trousers – Extro & Vert, shirt – Monki, boots – Jeffrey Campbell)

Comfy, casual zebra

Here’s what I wore Friday October 11. For my last day of animal print week, I wore some more zebra print and paired it with pink and green, and I think this is a really nice comfy, casual look.

(Shirt – second hand, T-shirt – McBusted Tour 2014 T-shirt, jeans – H&M, sneakers – Nike)

Zebras and leopards

Here’s what I wore Thursday October 10. This might have been my favourite look from animal print week (I loved the Tuesday look too though). There’s something so fun about mixing different animal prints, and zebra print and leopard print go surprisingly well together.
